Budget friendly house

Location was very residential with plenty parking Kitchen was modern and clean , didn't use oven so unable to comment on this , liked having a whole new house instead of a hotel room . Shower was good and hot . Fabulous free wifi

Not the quietest of areas kids playing and neighbours playing music so no good if you want quiet area . Tv only worked on Netflix, no other channels available Only one tv in whole house , one in bedroom would have been nice . Some areas of house could do with some TLC as starting to look tatty in areas . Trip hazard in hall as carpet starting to lift . Above are all constructive criticism, as i would stay here again regardless of what I didn’t like , the good outweighed the bad things .

This property was ideal for our needs, everything was clean and fit for purpose, slight deficit on the wine glasses but not the end of the world

Nice house good base just needs some attention to it

Had everything we needed as a base, decent size

Needs some love and attention, carpets and wallpaper coming off, while we were out someone had come in the garden as the chairs were moved and made me feel abit uneasy as wasn’t sure if someone had been inside or not. Also couldn’t watch Netflix or view the tv guide as only half the remote worked

Location and the face it had it’s own driveway. Loved the fact that there was all the essentials there needed…washing up liquid, tea towel, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, shower gel, toilet roll. Loved the garden area although weather didn’t let us use it it was perfect for families!

Very tired and dated needs a good bit of decorating. This was the only let down. Wallpaper hanging off in bedrooms, half finished papering, fridge dented, carpets very worn and stained.

Exceptional

Very clean house with every piece of furniture and equipment that would be required. Large spacious kitchen and garden including table and chairs in and out. Two very large double bedrooms (no wardrobes/cupboards/hanging clothes). Very clean modern bathroom. Approx 15 walk from town centre. Nice walk. Definitely recommended.

A very well situated, self-catering, small house with parking right next to it.

Taylor Close was exactly what I required. I needed somewhere to stay while movers were packing up my house. I was continually carrying my possessions backwards and forwards, so I required parking close to the house, and somewhere on the ground floor to put them. I was pleased to find that the house has a full size fridge, microwave and cooker. The bed and sofa are comfortable, and the TV is large and works well. It was nice to be able to eat my meals in the garden.

The rubber insulation around the oven door has come loose. I am just tall enough to reach the string to switch the electric shower on. I suggest this be extended. I would have appreciated the use of the garage. This was not advertised on your web site, but the owners told me it was available in the message they sent after booking. However, when I arrived, it transpired that it was not available.

Nice house but could be better with very little expense

The property was easy to find and parking was more than adequate. the kitchen was also well equipped and the bed was comfortable and it was clean throughout.

it was very sparsely furnished especially the bedrooms. No bedside lights and one bedroom had no hanging space for clothes, not even a hook on the back of the door. The garden was nice but couldn’t enjoy the garden furniture as there were no cushions on the chairs and the bases were too dirty to sit on.

I like the location,it was very quite and calm.well behaviour of the staff’s over the phone.kitchen & garden was good,toilet was clean also.

There was no hanger for hanging our jackets, no clothing storage in the room and no bin for the waste .only bad and corner in the room that’s it.and the bed was bit dusty and the pillows are not comfortable.

Really nice place

Really nice to have the basics like toilet rolls, some soap, salt, rubbish bags, we are used to taking literally everything as usually these rentals are stripped clean, really nice surprise.

The beds were a little uncortable / lumpy which is why i marked down a point.

Very good property. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The neighbours let the property down a little bit. On our arrival - 5.30pm, the neighbours were arguing and swearing at each other from their gardens. Apart from that everything else was okay.

They had CCTV (whether it works or not is a different question) which was needed with the area.

Everything. Carpet is ripped, pulls up and has so many stains it’s hard to tell where they end the the carpet actually starts. Every door has a dent in it The house stinks as if somebody has smoked in it for the last 20 years. External Gas and Electric cupboard doors were on the floor when we arrived. Looks like the furniture and decorations have been there since it was built.

previous occupants must have smoked smelt of stale tobacco, also lots of cigarette ends at front and back door, we are all none smokers so was off putting, we bought some air fresheners to plug in and put around the house, the dustbins were full outside we put them out on the Tuesday as per the rest of the houses close by but nothing got collected?

Nice little house but needs some changes

However the house was spotless on arrival. A nice little garden and the house was in a quiet location with room to park your car at the front of the house. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and chip shops around. It really is good value for money and the beds were very comfortable.... but the changes listed above I feel are a must!

We enjoyed our stay at Taylor Close however there is room for improvement. First of all there was only one 3 seater sofa in the living room. This was really no good being as we are a family of 4! An extra armchair is 100% needed. The living room could also do with a freshen up as its quite dark and gloomy. Secondly the bedrooms have no wardrobes so you literally do have to live out of your bags! And last but not least the kitchenware seriously needs an update! There were no tea towels, only 1 cereal bowl, polish but no duster and just a lack of general cleaning equipment. These changes really are inexpensive so I dont understand why they have not been done.

Superb

The kitchen, the telly, the sofas the place was spotless, the location is great, We loved everything, its a nice little house which offers so much. Definitely recommended.

Just morning time someone entered the garden to do the gardening which broke our sleep. My partner got a little bit scared. I got in the room looking for wardrobe. But that's fine am not really fussy. I enjoyed it.
