Quiet location with rear garden, very comfortable bed.house is a modern build easy to heat if required. Area very tidy as had taken my dog with me and easy walking in area no litter which makes a huge change from the glass littered areas of Blackburn
Not much a couple of minor repairs needed, fan cord in the main bathroom snapped previously and could do with a towel rail in the downstairs bathroom very minor points on a comfortable house
4.0
Clean and comfortable. Photos on booking.com looked like the house itself.
Was only there for a night as we arrived later than planned so we could have done with checking out a bit later. No reply to my email re late checkout query
but I didn't call up to ask which would have been an option I guess.
Kitchen tap didn't seem to have hot water but bathroom shower was great and strong .
Nice and useful touch to have shower gel and washing up liquid @ house.

Comfortable beds & sofa
Advertised as a semi-detached property which is wasn't, more a town house
Advertised as No 8 Rider Gardens which is wasn't it was No 8A
Bath panel is spilt at top of bath
Convertor heater in conservatory, an end cap had fallen inside and was resting on heating element so when you put it on it started smoking, for safety reasons we removed the fuse this needs your attention immediately
None of the bins had been emptied, all 3 were completely full, whilst we were there noticed that neighbours had put out the blue bin so we put the blue bin out to be emptied
Outside fencing could do with being replaced/repaired
Back gate needs replacing

Very clean, comfortable and with all expected facilities. Very relaxing night during our long distance cycle ride.
Nothing

Good sized garden, kitchen simple but effective. Rooms good size, easy parking and quiet location. Has everything you need for a short trip.
Generally run down, a damp musty smell when we arrived that took a few days to air and the stale smell of smoke downstairs. Not very clean, and curtain rails either barely hanging on and gaps in the fence.
Could be greatly improved with a fresh coat of paint and new carpets

Overall space and facilities for a short stay were very good and excellent value for money.
Front bedroom lights did not work and there was a dead moth on the wall, which suggested the cleaning done prior to our move in was not thorough enough.

The location is fine and the garden was ok. The shower is great. With a bit of attention it could be a good place to stay.
As you open the door, there is a big stain on the carpet and an overwhelming smell of strong air freshener. It is a house for 4 adults but only has lounge seating for 2, it is poorly equipped and the WiFi is slow. At least 50% of the TV stations are not available, the bed in the back room is rock hard and the downstairs toilet is temperamental, something noted in a review last year! The back room is dark during the day and the wallpaper has been sellotaped where it has been ripped.

Ease of access. Good location. Comfortable with good garden for the dog. The prompt and friendly response when we reported some issues with the property.
Downstairs toilet was difficult to flush. Ants in the conservatory (ant killer provided when reported). Only 3 seater sofa for 4 people. There were no coathangers in the wardrobes and the main bedroom needed more storage (e.g. another bedside cabinet). A number of light bulbs weren't working. We had to replace very misshapen batteries in the TV remote, which involved a late night excursion to a local garage to purchase replacements.

I like the fact WiFi is included, and it's a smart TV in the lounge so the range is amazing. Nice sized rear garden, also a nice powerful shower.
Also apart from the ants it's one of the cleanest places I've been to lately
Considering this sleeps 4 people there is only seating in the lounge for 2 people.
On arrival there were also ants on the fridge later that day all over kitchen floor annoying but on eof those things

I loved the guited location absolutely amazing.
The house feels comfortable.
You get a lovely sound at night till morning of just nature..
Best thing was Skegness is only a 43 minutes drive away.
Smells bad as you walk in. Sugar set was used they should do like house or not at all
Spiders, dust, dirty carpet, curtain in main needs replacing, bins outside was already full, place mats was dirty, toilet downstairs doesn't work well, sink in bathroom doesn't work well and the hole house inside and out could do with paint oh the shed could do with a clean out..

Perfect for a weeks stay whilst working in the area

Location great to get to most places, 15 walk into Boston Town center, not far from Skegness and plenty of supermarkets for food shopping
Washing machine broke , reported it straight away still waiting for repair 4 days later , house needs a bit of tlc

The garden is very big and was great for my son and our dog. The lounge is quite spacious and the conservatory is really nice as there is a table you can eat around. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was a nice size. It’s around 50 minutes away from the beach which we really enjoyed (there’s quite a few dog friendly areas).
There was no baking tray provided so we had to buy one in order to cook our food (very little was provided compared to other places we’ve stayed). There aren’t many take aways available due to the location and limited supermarkets close by. The neighbours threw lots of cigarettes over our fence which was dangerous for both my toddler son and our dog.
