About this cabin rental

You will love this Central Oregon location. Ranch Cabin #20 is right off of Circle Four at #20 Ranch Cabin Lane in Sunriver. It is a 20 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, one of the premier ski resorts in the Northwest. It is also perfect location for a variety of spring, summer and fall activities with access to the 40+ miles of bike paths right in front of the cabin (great for cross-country skiing during Winter) as well as numerous mountain biking and hiking trails in the area. You will have access anytime for six people to the new SHARC facility just minutes from our cabin. There is a huge pool, lazy river and waterslides for the whole family to enjoy, a cafe and beautiful open area. *There is a great tubing hill there summer and winter as well as an additional indoor pool. If you are looking for a quieter swimming experience, the Ranch Cabin complex has it's own lovely POOL (which, unfortunately is CLOSED for repairs at this time65) for your use Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. You are a short walk to the Ranch Cabin Tennis Courts that may be used with your SHARC pass. The Main Lodge and Mall area are a short drive, bike ride or walk away. This smoke-free cabin is next to the bike path but far enough away for much privacy with an open grassy area and open view from the deck. Status of the SHARC swimming pool and other resort recreation can be found on the Sun River Owners' Association's Website (google the name to find on line). Please note: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

The cabin is very comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated with cozy furniture. The gas-fireplace works at the switch of a button for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin offers air conditioning for those hot summer days. There is a Flat screen 65 inch Smart TV, a DVD player in the living room and free WiFi throughout the cabin. The dining area, off of a well-appointed kitchen, is surrounded by windows and seats six to eight people.

The tastefully-decorated downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and full bath.
Upstairs there is a private bedroom with a Queen and Single Bed. On this level, there is also a loft area with a bunk bed. There is a Single on top (for a child, 100 lbs. or less) and a double futon on the bottom. This area has a 42-inch flat-screen TV equipped with Chromecast which is great for a children's area. There is a full bathroom also on this level. Note the cabin will only sleep 6-7 adults comfortably. Accommodations for 8 when children are on the bunk--full on bottom and single on top. *Top bunk for a child less than 100 lbs.. only.

The complex has its own swimming pool during the summer just steps away with a three-foot shallow end (unfortunately closed for construction of a new pool at this time). Outside the living room, there is a covered deck and gas barbecue. Treat yourselves to a memorable vacation at this great location!

We stayed here for a couple nights. Cabin was very comfortable and well appointed. There was a family of deer grazing just outside the cabin. We used the sharc passes and was thankful that this amenity was available. Will keep it on the list to stay in the future.

Cozy and comfortable clean cabin in a great location in Sunriver. Right next to the biking trail which is very convenient. The owners recently added AC which was a game changer for central Oregon hot summer months. There are also several new appliances in the kitchen. We will definitely rent this cabin again.

We loved our stay. This had all our favorite parts of a Sunriver Cabin. It is smaller than what we were used to for our group but it worked out just fine. We had my family of six and my parents and it was a little bit of a tight squeeze. Noise travels easy in this house. They had everything you need for the basics in the kitchen. Peg was very easy to talk to and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is clean and cozy. I loved the well-equipped kitchen and large dining room windows! The refundable deposit for this condo was quite large, compared to the overall price, but it was refunded in full after our stay, thankfully. The property owner was responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Cute little cozy cabin with lots of room for sleeping. Great for a base camp for our family of 5. Hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but property owner and cleaners got right on it and got it done quick for us. Host had great communication and was very kind and easy to work with. The kitchen was very well stocked, we didn't want for anything while we were there. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay, and were very comfortable and relaxed.

Stayed the first weekend in April and had a great time. The location of the cabin is perfect, you can walk off the deck onto the trails or wave at the cyclists going by. This place had everything we needed. The grill and oven were excellent but the microwave is in a precarious position on top of the fridge, be careful taking molten mac and cheese out! Southern exposure really let the light in to the dining room and the living room. The fireplace in the living room is amazingly pleasant on a cold spring night. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable retreat this place is perfect and reasonably priced. Not modern or spacious but makes excellent use of space and very clean.

This property was easy to rent, the owner was very responsive to questions and the property was just as expected. The only bad part was two missing puzzle pieces in the puzzle we put together. :) We had a fun relaxing weekend and we’re grateful to be able to fix meals between the basketball games we had that weekend.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas at the Ranch cabin in Sunriver. There are lots of walking paths to explore. We went to the SHARC and spent an afternoon tubing and had so much fun! You can swim there too but we opted to head back to the cabin and warm up by the cozy gas fireplace and watch movies and play games. We took a couple of walks around the pond and enjoyed the birds of prey exhibit at the nature center. There were also a beautiful pair of swans swimming on the pond just outside the nature center. Overall just a relaxing snd gorgeous environment.

I really miss this cabin but so glad for the memories made with my family here. We stayed three nights here and enjoyed every minute, we enjoyed the BBQ Grill on the porch saw many deer and squirrels the kids loved it. The village was close so we enjoyed nightly ice cream cones! The only downside was we just missed out on the outdoor aquatics that came w/ the Sharc passes please check the website and make sure you will have access to the recreations you look forward to Sunriver is a very seasonal place and unfortunately we went to early for summer fun and to early for winter, no fault to the hosts they do mention to check the Sharc website.. we did get to use the sharc indoor pool for a couple hrs. I also love they have a Guest Book I enjoyed cuddling up and reading it ! Thank you for lending us this cabin!! Hopefully we may return during summer.Love-A happy Family!!

It had been a while since we had been to Sunriver. We have worked all through the Covid mess and we were ready for a break. The cabin is not the Taj Mahal, but it is very comfortable for the Sunriver environment. Bring your bikes and kayaks, or skis during the winter. Enjoy the outdoors and wonderful pine smells, then return to the cabin for some needed relaxation.

We spent a week while attending a family reunion in Sunriver. Ranch Cabin 20 provided us with a restful quiet place in between activities. The cabin was well stocked and set up perfectly for our needs. We were there during the extreme heat, lots of good fans and the swimming pool. The owner Pat was very responsive and available. We came to this property just for the weekend and had a great time riding bikes and just spending family time. With Covid going to the Sharc can be a pain. We actually tried and it was booked almost instantly. Instead we went to the small community pool nearby and it was great! The outdoor pool looked like it would be cold but it wasn’t. I did try to contact the owner and she was super quick and sent me a text right away. I was sad the stay was so short and would definitely rent there again.

This is a sweet little cabin that is perfect for two couples and families with children. The location is quiet, away from the village traffic, yet next to the bike path for walking or biking. It's well equipped in all areas, kitchen, baths, and children's needs. Our multi-generational group all agreed we would love to stay there again.
