Great place for 2 couples! Not sure you could fit 6 comfortably unless they are small children, as it's a small, tight space. Right on the beach, clean and ideally located. It's definitely not a "fancy" place, but great for a getaway to the beach. Easy check-in, good communication with the owner.

We had a wonderful time at this property and it fit everyone so well! The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. It is a great place to stay with children because of the proximity to the beach. We would stay here again :)

Cute condo, perfect for our family vacation. We could not have been closer to the ocean. Wonderful views of the beach, just steps from the condo. The owners were very prompt to answer any question we had. Very close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We had a wonderful week and will return!

Our overall experience was really good! Very nice and clean place to stay! Direct access to the beach with a wonderful ocean view on the deck! Owners were very helpful and respond quickly with any questions we had! Would definitely recommend!

This was our group's 2nd visit to this condo and we loved it just as much. The location is ideal, right on the beach. It is very close to great restaurants-Chimichanga Llama, River City Cafe, Bubba's, Conch Cafe... We will definitely go back!

Only a few steps from the beach, nice-welcoming neighbors, wide sugar sand beach with lots of shallow water, the property was just as described and very clean. The only thing I wish we didn’t have to bring was sheets for the bed but in the end not a big deal. The weather was perfect, not super hot and warm enough to swim. I would love to come back next fall and everyone in our party agrees. Excellent hosts.

We had a wonderful vacation! The property was just as described. Very spacious, clean, excellent location right on the beach. The hosts (The Graydons) are very nice and responded immediately to any of our questions. We had a problem with the wifi and they did not hesitate to have Spectrum come out to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Great house, great location and great views. Can’t say enough good about this place. The beach was just a stones throw away and in an area that was never over populated.Restaurants and shopping we’re also very close. We definitely want to do this place again.

Perfect place in the perfect location. And the best hostess ever! From the get go, she communicated well, answering lots of questions and making sure we had the best trip for my daughter’s birthday. The neighbors were friendly... only one couple was there the entire week. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our week. We appreciated the promptness with our ant problem. The gentlemen was prompt and very curious. Our only complaint is we felt cleaning service could have done a better job. Would rent again.

So close to the beach!! The kids wanted to head right out when they woke up and didn’t come in til sunset! Extremely convenient and perfect for our family!

Great place if you are looking to be close to the ocean. Very private. Saw dolphins from our balcony every day. Beautiful sunrises! Only thing that might concern someone is the stairs. It’s a third floor condo and the spiral stairs to get up to the master suite loft were very steep. My friends and I enjoyed the exercise but someone with bad knees or an elderly person would struggle. I will absolutely stay again.

It was not disclosed until check out that there was a *$XX Insurance policy needed OR a *$XXXX hold on my credit card. After several weeks of looking at places I didn't want to start over so I paid for the Insurance. Very unhappy about that! Condo is okay. Ocean front is fabulous. Pots & pans need to be replaced because they are very old and peeling nonstick is not good to cook with. Clean but could use a deep cleaning.Owner was easy to communicate with and lock box access ment no waiting for someone to arrive to let us in.*Unable to state amounts per VRBO policy... :( Maybe time to look for a new site too!

4 girlfriends on our annual beach trip. The weather was lousy, but we had a great time. The condo is right on the beach and has a balcony, so we enjoyed the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. It is within easy walking distance of a great restaurant on the beach. We used delivery a lot and it was quick and easy. Several great choices for local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at this property, and we love it even more. Perfect getaway for our girls weekend. We love watching the sunrise over the ocean from the deck. Being just steps from the beach makes it so easy to enjoy the day without having to haul a ton of stuff back and forth. Thankful for the wonderful memories we have made here.

My family and I came down for the week! It was such a relaxing week. With everything going on with COVID, we felt so safe! The location was great and everyone was able to distance themselves to have a great time. The house is well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. The property owner was so quick and pleasant to reach. We will absolutely stay here again.

This condo was even more nice than we expected. My entire family were in awe of the location. Beach front is the only way to go and this condo delivered. Very clean and up to date. Plenty of room at the beach as well. For our first family vacation with grown children I was told by them that I hit it out of the park finding this place!!

We enjoyed our visit to the beach! The condo is directly in front of the beach, with great views from the balcony and windows. The 3 bedrooms were nice, but I will say the upstairs master is fairly open to the downstairs and you can hear everything from the living room. Being on the 3rd floor was tiring for the kids towards the end of the week. The beach was much busier than I had hoped, but overall the trip was nice and I have no complaints about the condo. The kitchen was small, but equipped with everything we needed. The drive to Myrtle Beach was not too bad if you want to check out the tourist spots. The owners were very easy to work with and were very prompt to answer my questions. Overall, I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are traveling to the area.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Surfside. House had everything we need and the owners were very quick with answers to all of our questions prior to coming down. We enjoyed all the beach time we could squeeze in (right outside the door) between a very busy week of baseball games. Couldn't have been happier with our choice and thank them for sharing their house with us. Definitely would recommend to others.

My group of 4 adults and 2 children rented this place in June '16. The location is fantastic. Easy to find, plenty of room to park and private beach access!!! The unit itself is great. Updated, plenty of space, made for a very comfortable stay. The views from the rocking chairs on the balcony were priceless. Our favourite part was the proximity to the beach. We had early morning walks, swims anytime of the day, and watched fireworks st night. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I can't think of a single complaint. I would definitely rent here again.

Worth every penny!

This unit has everything that you need and then some. The owners were very quick to respond and even went above and beyond by leaving a couple of bookie boards for our kids to play with! That was so thoughtful! The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. We loved the fact that we were right on the beach and the beach was not crowded at all! All in all, we would stay here again tomorrow if we could. Great place!

My family and I stayed here this year for our annual vacation and loved it!! The condo is roomy and decked out in beach decor! You are so close to the beach and it's breathtaking! We were able to wake up every morning eat breakfast with a beach view, go down to the beach in a few short steps, and enjoy the private beach. We would definitely recommend it!! The owners were so very helpful and friendly! We hope to go back next year!!

This was a great condo! Our family had a wonderful vacation. The very best part of the condo is OCEANFRONT!!!! We have two kids under 5 so to be able to walk down two flights of stairs to the beach with towels, toys, drinks, snacks, and our EZ-up....PRICELESS!!!! The décor in the condo was so cute!! The "noise" of the surf lulled my babies to sleep every night! All that being said.....IF you have small kids and have lots and lots of stuff you travel with (like we did)..... there are two flights of stairs to get to the condo from the street side. PACE yourselves in carrying everything upstairs at one time. :-) BUT THE VIEWS ARE SOOOOO WORTH IT!!!!! :-) The parking was zero problems. We have a minivan and F250 and we had no problem getting in and out of our dedicated parking spots. The only "issue" with noise was in the bedrooms. Anyone who is standing outside the bedroom windows in the grassy area two stories down.....EVERY WORD (drunk or sober) can be heard loud and clear. The layout of the condo is absolutely perfect! You walk in and walk past the bedrooms, into the open concept floor plan with dining, living, and kitchen. Both kitchen windows have perfect ocean views....the porch is right there off the living room! Best location EVERRR!!! The owners.....SUPER ATTENTIVE! So grateful for y'all sharing your vacation home with our family! Thank y'all sooo much for everything! We loved it! Great memories!!!!!
