Best place to stay, highly recommend!!

Really nice spot, great location. Clean and comfortable room, They have handy private beach included, yummy breakfast. Staff good. Really enjoyed our stay here thank you. We recommend this!

방이 넓고 깨끗 합니다.위치가 나트랑의 중심에 위치해 있어 이동이 굉장히 편합니다.

아쉬움은 조식이 좀 약했습니다.맛은 괜찮아요

프론트 데스크 직원분들이 너무 친절하세요. 1시간 정도 빠르게 체크인 도와주시고 하루전날 예약했는데 18층 나름 오션뷰로 배정받아서 뷰도 너무너무 좋았어요!! 침대도 크고 청결했고 위치는 최고예요^^ 나트랑 시내 호텔은 레스참이 제일 좋습니다.

No so good stay in Nha Trang

-Hotel stuff are very nice people, which always ready to help you. -Relatively big room, but not very convenient due to bad room layout and furniture arrangement.

-Room looks old near taken out, older then it is, probably due to bad maintenance, and differ from "Booking" photos which much far from reality. -The water from shower was leaking to toilet section and form there whole puddle. -Awful sound insolation. Especially on the 18th floor, due to close proximity of pool on top of room we were constantly listening water movement through tubes on the evening. Street noise also constantly annoyed due to balcony door can not be closed tight, so we were constantly listening bip.. bip.. from vehicles and motorbikes (if you know how it sounds in Vietnam), crying of street sellers, karaoke singers and low frequency sounds of the city. -The room was not clean. -There was unpleasant sweetish smell in the room. -The breakfast was not good by my opinion, for oriental people probably it may be suitable, but it completely doesn't suit me (absence of porridge, lot of spicy and roasted dishes, and absence of simple dishes). -The streets around are overcrowded, but sometimes it is a plus.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben auf der 16. Etage in einem Zimmer mit Kingsizebett mit Balkon übernachtet. Die Aussicht war fantastisch rundum Glas 😃 Bett sehr komfortabel, Zimmer groß, Frühstück sehr vielseitig ( nur wie immer : für Vegetarier weniger Auswahl 🥴aber ok). Ich hatte unglücklicherweise einen Fleck ins Bett mit meiner Füllfeder gemacht … habe es sofort gemeldet… wir mussten nicht extra für die Reinigung zahlen: top 👍🏼 Der Türwächter hat mir beim Weggehen gezeigt wie ich einen Voucher auf ‚Grab‘ einschalten muss, um weniger zu zahlen : top 👍🏼

Frühstücksbuffet für Vegetarier doch ,wie leider immer , ziemlich begrenzt.

Great hotel with amazing pool!

We only stayed one night but this is a lovely hotel, with an amazing pool, friendly staff and our room had a great view and was very clean and comfy. Great stay.

Personally I wasn’t so keen on the breakfast, I didn’t think it tasted very good.

if i were to visit nha trang again, i think i would choose a different accommodation as i don’t think the quality matche

the personnel was very friendly and helpful when needed. the view of the room and pool on roof was beautiful as well.

two families checked in next door three days before we left and they were so noisy! i could even hear them when we were all in each other’s room. also didn’t like how the bathroom didn’t have any locks on them, it was just a slide door. sometimes when i went in the bathroom, the water in the toilet smelled very bad for some reasons. the room was also not so spacious as i initially thought and there were only few sockets in the room. there was also a safety vault in the room which stopped working on the third day and would only open after multiple tries.

No complaint besides the weak AC.

I like that the hotel provide a safe to keep your valuables. The staff was very helpful booking our taxi. Also there’s an avocado ice cream shop nearby that is to die for.

The AC was not strong enough and it turns off when I leave so I always come back to a hot room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a comfortable and hassle-free stay. While it may be labeled as a 4

The location. The space.

The rooms are not properly air conditioned, even with it running for 2 hours doors closed at night time, still could not cool the room, their solution is to supply rooms with a fan. Nothing “premium” about that. If you stay at a high floor expect to have the pool water pump start at 4am and wake you up for an hour. You pay the extra for a better stay and have a worse off stay. The bathroom was dirty. The shower was not sealed, it leaked all on the bathroom floor and in the toilet. Staff were not helpful at all, expect to carry your luggage from your taxi up their stairs because staff just stand and watch you. The worst “4-star” hotel I’ve ever been to, this hotel is closer to a 2 star.

We loved the location...in relation to price was a few interesting blocks to the beach 5 minute walk. Also had local markets nearby selling all kinds of fascinating fresh produce! Loads of local restaurants to eat at. Most of all the service staff were extremely helpful especially by Khan and Nahn. Thank you all so much for our stay. We are flashpacker style travellers and never stay 5 star but this defintely felt like 4 star property to us. If this is you it should work for you as well. 😊

Only mprovement I could suggest is yoghurt and honey to the buffet. But there was enough to get me started for the day.... And I've put weight on since coming to Vietnam anyway!!😉

Friendly staff and professional staff , clean and luxury feeling of the room , room service and good food , roof top pool and restaurant on property, Gym also. Daily cleaning. The location was good for food and the convenience of anything. Also recieved a free key chain as a checking out gift and a thank you note which I found to be very thoughtful and warming.

Parking is small and not convenient! We don’t have any information from Receptionist about buffee breakfast don’t include in Room Rate! it’s very bad when I came The Restaurant!

Best accommodation and customer service we had in Nha Trang!

The location was great, Nha Trang beach and night market were 7-10 mins away via walking. Everything was nearby the hotel and easily accessible by foot....food/drinks/spa/market/convenience store. Staff were very friendly, room was cleaned daily, I was able to speak to someone via Line Chat which was great! They helped setup airport taxi for me, accommodated my stay by having all the 3 rooms we booked on the same floor, and we got offered 1kg of free laundry daily per room which made it even more convenient to stay at Le's Cham. The hotel has a very easily visible sign which made it easy to find. They also had a scale which we could borrow to weigh our luggage's. We hope to stay there again!

I wish the swimming pool was heated on those cold/cloudy days we had in Nha Trang. Otherwise there isn't anything which we did not like at Le's Cham.
