Staying at the Bloomer Mansion was truly an experience! The house is spacious with many bedrooms and a great dining room that accommodated all 13 of us. Loved the grand piano in the living room and the comfortable leather couches! The teenagers among us enjoyed the many recreational opportunities and the amazing theater. Great house and attentive management company.

Antiques were of the sturdy sort, a relief with dogs swinging tails. All the extras to care for pets and an infant; nice not to have to bring crib or high chair. So many entertainment options, and fun things to see/do locally as well. Nice to be able to seat all 12 of us at the table comfortably, and to have plenty of storage space in kitchen, as well as all the cooking gear we needed, since we ate in. Neighborhood was quiet. Great place for hanging out and spending time together! Loved that it was decorated for Christmas, since this was our Christmas gift to each other. Appreciated the prompt, responsive communication. We'd do it again!!

The house isn’t for everybody. It is old, full of antiques & has a unique atmosphere. Some of the rooms could use a little TLC, but most of us loved it. The basement entertainment center is awesome!

Plenty of gathering space for games, meals, and Movie watching in the new theatre. Issues with poor location of electrical outlets and bedside tables in some rooms for those with Cpap machines

We were a family of 11 staying for 5 days. This place was SO perfect for us. Everything about it was great. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids spent the whole time downstairs playing all the games and watching movies in the theatre. The Butler's Pantry was wonderful as we shoved all the food and snacks in that area. Felt like you'd traveled back in time with all the wonderful antiques everywhere. The place was clean and well supplied. Having 2 fridges was really nice too! Only negative were the mosquitos as they were relentless. Would definitely stay here again!!

Bloomer Mansion was perfect for our big family reunion! Great location with easy 10 min walk to the beach on a wooded path or street. Also very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We really had everything we needed to play, cook, and eat together! The piano, and downstairs theater and "arcade" was especially welcome with rainy weather! Also lots of toys (even duplos!) for the youngest family members. Lots of food prep supplies were provided and we really appreciated having 2 big refrigerators. Our only complaint is that only one of the 2 bathrooms upstairs had good water pressure and was easy to regulate the water temp. Definitely recommend the mansion, and would rent it again!

If you are looking for a nostalgic, almost mystical, vacation rental, you need to book Bloomer Mansion. This place has an aura of other periods in time. The main floor is a step back in time. If you are a senior like my wife and I, then it is your grandmother’s or great-grandmother’s décor, wallpaper, and window dressings. The wide stairway descends from the second floor into a large sitting area with a fireplace and a grand piano. The narrower Butler stairways to the upper and lower floors and the dumbwaiter invite observation of past luxury. My wife and I stayed in the Butler’s quarters, just off the kitchen. Bloomer Mansion just has a really cool vibe.
However, not just for old folks; there are several amenities for all ages. We were a family of 15 people. The lower level afforded all kinds of modern-day recreation: foosball, pinball machine, Air Hockey, Pac-Man video arcade game, and pool table were all well used and enjoyed by the Grandchildren. And the mini-movie theatre was as comfortable and modern as any multi-plex.
The home is very compartmentalized, as houses of 100 years ago typically were. So, the adult children and teenage grandchildren doused the lights at night and played a murder mystery game, sleeking through hallways, stairwells, bedrooms and an assortment of nooks while our niece and nephew played Munster-type foreboding tunes on the piano. A horror movie-type experience for all.
Outside of the home, there were plenty of activities as well. We were able to go razor clamming and got our limits. Being gold prospecting hobbyists, we collected some beach sand at Cape Disappointment State Park’s Benson Beach, only two miles from the house. Processed some very tiny pieces of gold we from 3 gallons of black sands.
So, the place is pricey, and as other reviews have mentioned, don’t expect a five-star Ritz-Carlton experience. That is not what this is. It is a very unapologetic, unique experience.

What a GORGEOUS home! The history and old magazines were an extra bonus.
We had a lovely time. Got lost in it the first day, lol. The house is huge! There was plenty of space and things to do in the house that made it even easier for great family time together. Every kitchen gadget you can imagine. The insta-pot seemed to be on the fritz and one shower didn't spray hot water and dripped. But, there were other showers to use. This house is now our favorite rental yet! We loved it and our time together. Our guests were from Tennessee, Alabama and all throughout Washington state, so one huge house was so awesome! Thank you for a great time! We will be back.

You Get What You Pay For
Very spacious yet very cluttery. Lots of old items possibly left behind. The entryway was almost unuseable as there were so many items left in the two closets and there was a huge dog kennel. The entire house needs to be decluttered and all of the old broken toys and games surplused.

Bloomer Mansion was the perfect location to rent for our wedding weekend! We originally decided to go with this location due to the size and amenities offered by the property. My Wife and I wanted a place our immediate family could be together for our big weekend and in one central location. We could not have asked for a better place. Not only was the venue big enough to hold our wedding reception (about 25 people) but it served as the main hub for our wedding weekend with plenty of things to do. The movie theater was a surprise addition from when we booked, and we were able to screen the new Suicide Squad movie with friends the day it was released. The various games and arcades kept our guests entertained and was one of the focal points of the mansion. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather; we were unable to hold our wedding ceremony on the beach as planned however the living room was large enough to serve as a backup plan for our big day. The weekend was mostly a huge success, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. The property is in decent shape for its age however it is a bit dated. There were a few minor issues such as the kitchen sink backing up, one of the recliners was broken and the amount of garbage under the sofa in the living room was bad for the amount of cleaning fee the property charges. The only major disappointment was the hot tub. We were told in April that it would be replaced by the time we arrived in August which was correct. The problem was it was small, hardly 3 people could fit (in a place meant for 14 people, this is tiny), the surface inside was like rough plastic, it was not comfortable to sit in for a long period of time as you kept "scratching" yourself when moving about. Also, the location of the ladder to enter is placed at the exact deepest end of the tub making it almost impossible to enter from the ladder side. I would highly recommend this place for your family vacation as it has plenty of space to celebrate.

We originally decided to go with this location due to the size and amenities offered by the property. My Wife and I wanted a place our immediate family could be together for our big weekend and in one central location. We could not have asked for a better place. Not only was the venue big enough to hold our wedding reception (about 25 people) but it served as the main hub for our wedding weekend with plenty of things to do. The movie theater was a surprise addition from when we booked, and we were able to screen the new Suicide Squad movie with friends the day it was released. The various games and arcades kept our guests entertained and was one of the focal points of the mansion. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather; we were unable to hold our wedding ceremony on the beach as planned however the living room was large enough to serve as a backup plan for our big day. The weekend was mostly a huge success, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. The property is in decent shape for its age however it is a bit dated. There were a few minor issues such as the kitchen sink backing up, one of the recliners was broken and the amount of garbage under the sofa in the living room was bad for the amount of cleaning fee the property charges. Amazing house with something for everyone!
We absolutely enjoyed our time spent at the bloomer mansion! It was very clean when we checked in. The manager was always very quicknto respond to us. There was something for everyone to do in our group which is difficult since we range from grandparents to little kids. The house was very well stocked even with towels and linens this is something we don't see often I our rentals. The location was perfect for a very small intimate wedding and the decor made for a million photo opts. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the wildlife(a young buck, a baby fox & tons of chipmunks). We will definitely be staying again!

We were pleased to find the screening room and the addition of a pinball machine to the game rooms. My grandsons loved being in the ocean and the game room, it may be a toss-up which they enjoyed more. The adults enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, even a salad spinner in the butler's pantry! The rooms and beds were comfortable. We explored the surrounding area. We had everything we needed. At four days our stay was too short. We hope to return in the future. We would be happy to stay here again or at another Bloomer Estates property. They were responsive, helpful, and pleasant.

Impressive, enjoyable and wonderful
Bloomer Manson, located in Seaview, Washington qualifies for a ten star rating! Spacious, extremely comfortable, well organized, with every amenity provided. (but there's more!)
We were amazed by the entertainments provided. The facilities, games, TVs, home theater and more are so astounding that we spent most of our time in the Mansion.
The Mansion has a large yard with ample toys and games too.
You will be about 10-15 minutes from the beautiful beach. Of course you also need to allocate time for the beautiful town of Seaview. We really enjoyed touring the many attractions offered. We're making our plans to return.

If you have a large party this is the place! Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with all the 'stuff' you need to fix a feast. Fully provided in and out door activities. Several arcade games, lots of TV's, excellent cable, jacuzzi and more. Close to the beach and town.

This property was overpriced I felt. It was not well stocked. It boasted an Xbox console but had no games so it was useless. No heat the first night. No hot tub the first night but I was warned it wasn't working because they just bought a new one however the new one is extremely uncomfortable. Mosquitoes were awful with no citronella candles or bug repellent. I was given half a roll of paper towels or 4 nights day. I would have been better off at a hotel.
