The bathroom was nice, I liked that there were a washing machine and a dryer. The host was very easy to contact, I appreciated her assistance.
The sheets were slightly stained.
The sliding door separating the bathroom and the main room was impossible to fully close, which makes it hard to have privacy.
I would suggest to take your own towels as the white towels available are white and it will be charged if it is stained (picture attached).

Every thing was great wasn’t to far form what we went see
That’s it was two apartments in one.. witch is not a bad thing just had loud people next door when we stayed

The apartment was very clean, spacious and surprisingly super comfortable. Centrally located to a lot of the city attractions. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It's so home-like. It had everything we needed to fully enjoy our extended stay: washer & dryer, microwave, fast & secure wifi, streaming services, fully equipped kitchen & free parking. I absolutely loved the shower. We experienced a small hiccup during check in but the host helped us out and resolved the problem with no issues.
Some parts of the neighborhood is a little sketchy.

How the house was set up was amazing and something my family has never seen before. We loved the antique vibes and that it was close to the French quarter.
We couldn’t find a broom or a dustpan lol but other than that the property was wonderful.

I loved this property so much. It was small and cozy and perfect for our trip. It was only a 9 minute drive to Bourbon Street and everything else was so close as well.

Location was close to French Quarter, very close to the hospitals.
Back bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but if that’s the worst thing to complain about.

Nice bathroom.
I was given a space that was not correctly listed on my initial booking reservation. It was considered a “back house” according to the host. Me and my friend are sure it’s a renovated shed of the house we booked .

I love the architecture of the house,
The wifi was hit and miss most of our stay, and a couch in the living room would have been nice, the shower door would not stay closed.and a small eating table would have been nice too.

1st of all the area is HORRIBLE! the oven doesn’t work, somebody That’s been stalking me who I have a restraining order on found me and kicked the door in and I cried to the owner and told them what happened and she was not very compassionate at all !!!!! I lost $800 from this experience!!!!!!!! the beds are small & uncomfortable & I almost lost my life there !!!! DO NOT STAY HERE YOU don’t matter to them!

The room was perfect for what we needed for our stay in NOLA. We did not need to go anywhere to pick up a key, the host was great with communication and went above and beyond to give us recommendations on restaurants, and it was affordable compared to everything else is the area. It was small but clean, cozy, and recently upgraded.
The location is not the best, we had to walk about 30 minutes to get to Bourbon but as long as you do the walk during the day its not terrible. The walk was very enjoyable!

Historical and stunning over all!
It was dirty- we drove from out of state so we were drained as we arrived at 10pm. I usually check the house. when checking the beds my children were going to sleep on they were stained and crusty. I was mega disappointed and messaged the owner as it was a rental house. she apologized which i appreciate but still disappointing as we just wanted to rest. Im just glad I brought blankets to replace the bed with.

The living space was roughly the size of a 12x32. It was the perfect size for me and my husband to stay in for the weekend. It was close enough that we could have walked into the city, if we had the energy, but still close enough to drive and park without losing time in traveling. The unit had everything that we needed and the privacy of having our own place was very enjoyable.
We came into the city after dark and we felt a little nervous of our surroundings when we came to our unit, BUT... it didnt take us long to feel that we were in a safe location and the residential neighbors were very nice and helpful when we were trying to find where we should park. We never had any problems of any kind with anyone or anything. It was very quiet after dark as well!
We had a very positive experience with the whole weekend adventures. The price for two nights was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. Quality and value were top notch!

An amazing location, you are close enough to walk to most things! The beds were comfy, air con worked really well and the shower was great! Also the host (Kim) is fantastic, she will get back to you within minutes and has some great recommendations!
The only slight issue for us was walking back from French Quarter at night, the area is very dark and it gets very quiet away from the buzz of the main streets. Although we had no issues, after night one we decided to Uber back and forth once it was dark! This is obviously no reflection on the host or the accommodation itself, just a note! Also Ubers are very cheap at around $10 each way, so wasn’t a big problem!

The room was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed (iron, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, very nice shower, washer/dryer, small heater, air-conditioner). Very quick street car ride to bourbon st area. There is a lock on the gate and front door, as well as another lock that can only be locked from the inside. We felt very safe in the home.
I would not recommend walking the area at night. Lyft/uber was pretty cheap from Bourbon or Frenchman st though. There also is no place to hang clothes. Adding a couple hooks on the walls and providing a couple hangers would be an excellent addition.

Everything was nice and clean. We had snacks and coffee and that meant alot after a long drive. Kim was amazing. She helped us with everything from checking in to problems with the renters next door. We had issues with the adjacent renters banging on our door at 4am and continuous noise. I spoke to Kim about it and problem was solved. I could not be more pleased with her and the way she handled everything.
The location wasnt the best. But it was just 2 blocks away from the streetcars. That made it easy to get to the French Quarter but I would not hang around outside after dark. We had no issues whatsoever, but we were worried all the time about our cars being parked on the street.

This was in a very convenient location just a block off Canal to catch the streetcar, hail a cheap Uber, or drive. The house (2038) has a very cool vibe with a lot of space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The rooms, the bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean, and the middle bathroom has an awesome shower.
Communication with the host, Kim, was all through text messaging, and they quickly responded to any questions and gave excellent suggestions for local hotspots. (The Ruby Slipper nearby was an excellent brunch spot on our last morning!)
The AC didn't quite keep up with record heat in the latter part of June 2022 in the back bedroom of the house. The rest of the house would have to be kept super cold in order for the back bedroom to stay just this side comfortable...but it was never unbearable.
Even though the beds were somewhat comfortable, they were very noisy...every movement sounded like we had our very own personal concert from the French Quarter bucket drummers.

Clean, comfortable and location close to the french quarters and bourbon street.

Property management staff was helpful.
Pictures were decieving, thought I was booking a whole house with two separate rooms, was only an addition on the back of the property. Air conditioning was very poor.

The apartment was clean and the bathroom was a good size.
I had no idea that I was getting a tiny studio apartment with a trundle bed. I would have never booked it had I realized. It was very misleading on booking.com with the trundle bed pictures tucked far behind in the images and I don't even know where "studio" was indicated but I never saw it. I don't even know why a studio with a trundle would come up under a search for "2 beds" on the booking site. Technically, yes, it is two beds. But that is not at all what I was expecting or probably what most people would expect. You had to crawl over the other sleeping person just to go to the restroom at night. There was also no comfortable place to relax. It was a twin bed or a single wooden chair, no other options for seating. Had I been a singleton staying, it would have been okay, but for two people it was VERY uncomfortable and inconvenient. I informed the owner immediately of our surprise and dissatisfaction but nothing was done. We should have just gotten a hotel room. We won't be staying here again. :-/

Rooms were nice, bathrooms also, and cleanliness of house was good. Could use a warmer comforter in last room. The location was also good. We were happy and would stay there again.
The stove glass top was filthy and the oven was worse. I took the time to make it look better but did not attempt to clean oven because it was so bad, therefore, we could not use either one. Maybe a microwave could be put in the kitchen instead as an alternative.

The only pleasant thing about my stay was the hostess, Kim. The room was not what was advertised!! The WiFi was very weak and the coffee pot didn’t work.
Location! Area surrounding house!
Uncomfortable bed! Terrible location for TV! Broken coffee pot. I left after one night and would like a refund on the second night along with the return of my deposit!!

The Host(ess) was very proactive and responsive to questions
The studio had little things that showed thought (dishsoap, sponges, a few snacks and bottles of water)
The area was close to all the places we wanted to go
There was good security measures and made us feel safe

The houses were nice and clean, plenty of room . Great location. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
There was no dish towels. The oven needs cleaning. The drawer under the oven also needs cleaning. This was 2028.
