About this apartment rental

This studio-style suite is popularly known for its bright colours, uniqueness, and artistic inspiration. The Kokanee Suite is our most desired suite. It has its own private entrance and deck that overlooks the picturesque West Arm of Kootenay Lake and Grohman Narrows.

With the open design of the kitchenette and bedroom, this quaint room is complimented by its skylights, retro appliances, and creative flooring.
The claw-footed bathtub is perfectly placed under a skylight, great for stargazing!

An excellent choice for a business trip or a romantic getaway! This suite comfortably sleeps 2-4 people, as the couch folds down into a futon.
For bigger groups, we highly recommend booking this suite alongside the Valhalla Suite and/or the Selkirk Room for extra elbow room and privacy.

The temperature never warmed up in the studio. It was really cold outside and I never really got the chill off. Beautiful property.

Had everything we needed and was a great stay. Close to downtown, many restaurants and the main road (3a) to explore outside Kootenay lake north of Nelson. New fridge. There is also a shower that I did not see in the photos. Very happy

Very well-appointed, and VERY convenient to downtown Nelson. Surprisingly quiet. Lovely heritage home. All the modern conveniences of home were in our unit. Loved the still-working retro refrigerator!
