Bring your Surf or Paddle Boards!!!! and walk down your semi-private path (shared with only 4 homes) to one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Montauk. Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! but Beach passes are included to explore other Town beaches both ocean and bay as permitted. The property is called Twin Pond and is a magnificent compound on 2.5 acres on Old Montauk Highway. This studio has a full kitchen with with panoramic views of the ocean with (1) Queen Size Bed. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and it' near some of the best restaurants.. It's modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small family (small dogs considered). Bring your Pack&Play. There is outdoor dining for 4 and a weber gas grill. This property is located high on a hill just across the street from the ocean.

Cleaning fee is $175 cash on check in. The dog fee is $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

This was our second stay here. It is a great space with spectacular views. Ocean views with an occasional whale or dolphin sighting! Jeanne is a fantastic host who is super responsive. Walking distance to town and the beach is literally just across the street. Love this little treasure!

My 22 year old son and I had a wonderful stay. Close to town, closer to the beach, simple and clean. Table and umbrella outside the front door so I could work and gaze at the sea.

We decided kind of last minute to head out to Montauk for the long weekend . What a pleasure it was ! We stayed in the studio ( which had a kitchen ) and plenty of room overall . The unit also has a deck w/ barbecue which was great . The view of the ocean from top of the property is amazing ! The grounds are perfectly manicured and our overall experience was exceptional ! We are actually coming back in July . Thank you Jeanne for making everything great ! Very best ! John & Larene

If you’re looking for a great escape, this rental is perfect. A short walk down a private path, and you’re on Montauk’s beautiful ocean beach. Amazing sea views are right from your deck. It was tranquil, private and just all around perfect!

Can’t say enough good things about the property and Jeanne. I needed a couple relaxing days and that’s exactly what I got, overlooking the ocean no less! Very short walk to a beach entrance, and easy to get to the grocery store + downtown. Jeanne is very accommodating and helpful. Will no doubt be back.

Just set back off Old Montauk Highway is this hidden gem offering incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to the beach and to town and the manager couldn't be more lovely. Offering tips for dinner, lunch and activities and checking on us to make sure everything was as expected. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for us - short walk to a beautiful beach, great outdoor space, lots of unexpected amenities in the kitchen, beach chairs, towels and umbrella, friendly and helpful property manager. The unit is at the end of a row of 4 similar places with an ocean view and a big lawn in front. It's expensive, but I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, quite property that is within a short walk to the beach. It has a beautiful deck on a slight incline so that you have an awesome view of the beach. It has a nice patio dining table with 4 comfortable chairs, a nice BBQ, and a couple of nice chase lounge chairs. This is an excellent location, full kitchen, clean tile back room and everything we needed. And it was a very short walk into town with access to a grocery store, 7-11, wine/liquor and all kinds of other shops and restaurants. Or an incredibly short drive if you prefer not to walk. However, it was just far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet! Perfect for us and I highly recommend this location!

My husband and I had a lovely couple of days in Montauk! It was quiet, clean and close to the beach and town. Sally texted me first thing the morning of our check in date to communicate our timing and make sure we could get in when we were ready! This was a great property and a very accommodating host! My girlfriend and I spent three nights here for a friend's wedding and loved it. Sally couldn't have been more accommodating. It really was like being a local for the weekend. The space was great, the bed and bath were comfortable, the deck overlooking the ocean was out of this world. And the little touches like beach towels and beach chairs and even plastic wine glasses made going down to the beach so nice—especially for two people flying in. Oh, and the beach? Across the street and so peaceful, away from the crowds. And town? A ten minute leisurely walk. Pro-tip: when you walk to town, take the beach. Shorter and, well, a walk on the beach.

Small but perfectly set up studio with a comfy queen bed and room for a third person on an air mattress. View of the ocean from the sliding glass doors, sleeping to the sound of waves, grilling fresh fish, dining on the front deck, and walking our little dog on the beach before 9am and after 6pm--all lovely ways to spend our days away from the crowds of Montauk itself but within walking distance if we want lobster roll, ice cream, groceries, or iced coffee. Sally the owner is so lovely and accommodating. Be sure to ask for the Old Montauk Highway address since the address given on Twin Ponds cannot be accessed from a car.

My husband & I loved our week long stay in the studio. Sally was a helpful host & on hand for any questions or needs. The studio was bright, clean, spacious & fully stocked with whatever we needed to cook etc. The grounds were pristine & the studio was perched on top of the hill overlooking the ocean. Was gorgeous & just nice to have the old Montauk "mom/pop" feel w/o all the new MTK pretensions at other hotels & properties. We found our new beach home away from home❤️🌊🏖🌞🙌🏻

This is a beautiful place to rest your head. My brother and I came here to enjoy Montauk. We missed it as soon as we left it. I brought an aerobed was there was only the one bed in the studio. Sally kindly offered me the use of an aerobed when we arrived, not knowing I brought one. We arrived a bit early and as the room was turned over, she let us check in which was an unexpected kindness that we appreciated. The view of the ocean was beautiful in the photos, but was beyond amazing in person. A quick walk to the beach was a highlight as well. I think the owners aim to help their guests have an easy, enjoyable vacation no matter how long the stay. We will definitely be coming back to twin ponds!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Twin Pond Motel for a birthday weekend and had the most wonderful time. The space is immaculate, 2 minutes from a quiet beach and a 15-20 minute walk to the center of town. Sally was incredibly helpful throughout the weekend. I can’t wait to book another trip here. The property at Twin Pond lane was lovely. The studio is cozy and well appointed. The beach is right across the street, and the center of town is just an easy 15 minute walk. If we decide to visit Montauk again, we will certainly try to stay here again!

First visit to Montauk and plan to return next summer to this same property! Sally and Laura were super patient and accommodating! The studio was perfect for us, a couple; we had everything we needed. The BBQ grill and deck are a highlight of the unit; spacious, comfortable and really nice view of long front lawn of property and ocean. Walk to beach was very short. And walk to town only 10-15 minutes. We highly recommend!
