Condo is water view, it's located in a Gated Waterfront Community on North Beach.
2 DOORS TO POOL, STEPS TO THE BEACH! Secure High Speed WIFI. Ships Watch remodeled with attention to every detail to make your stay the best it can be. The living room has a Lazy Boy sofa and Lazy Boy recliner that is truly comfortable. A 32 inch TV is wall-mounted for easy viewing. The bedroom offers a very comfortable King bed and a built in vanity. You also have a small television, wall-mounted, in the bedroom. The bathroom is wonderful. You will enjoy the walk-in shower. The Ships Watch kitchen has all the conveniences of home. With the dishwasher and disposal, your meal preparation will be very efficient so you can spend more time on the beach or at the pool. This kitchen is nicely equipped with many small appliances and all the dishes, cookware and utensils you could possibly need. Ships Watch is a great location. You can sit on the balcony with WiFi and watch all the ships from the Savannah port pass by the complex. You have a front row seat to everything that happens in this complex. It's great fun for 'people watchers'. The secure WIFI in this unit has range to the pool, you can work, surf the net from inside the condo or at the pool.

We absolutely loved it and will try and plan another stay there soon. Very close location to both the business area of Tybee and a short drive over to Savannah to site see as well. We took full advantage of pool and beach areas and loved the peace and quiet of both. Great view to watch ships and dolphins at play. One of the best places you could stay for a visit to the island. The room was nice and cozy. Very small tv in bedroom with bad reception. The WiFi would go in and out. The trail leading to the pickleball court was overgrown like I was trekking thru a jungle.

The facility and our condo are definitely showing age. The whole place had a musty smell. The condo itself needs a refresh. The furnishing are old and are not clean. Some of the dishes had been put away dirty, maybe just rinsed. We ended up leaving a day early.

Was a little disappointed that we didn't have a view of the beach. We did have a nice view of the pool though. I would have really enjoyed the balcony had there been some comfortable seating outside to sit and have a early morning cup of coffee. Overall we had a nice trip with great weather and the condo was clean, neat, and well equipped with kitchen accessories. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

It was the first time for us on Tybee Island, and we loved everything about it. Our condo was exactly as it was described, and Debra was very easy to communicate with when we had issues or questions. The bathroom is small but has a wonderful walk-in shower. I was very glad I had purchased a hanging toiletry bag for all my skincare products; otherwise, there would have been very little storage. This was the perfect location for the pool, beach, and biking. If we come back to Tybee, we'll definitely want to rent this condo again.

The condo is GREAT for 2 people. Enjoyed the view from our balcony and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. There were 2 items that could have made our stay better. 1. LOW water pressure in the shower. I did not attempt to wash my hair as there was minimal pressure. 2. You can only watch 1 channel on the TV located in the bedroom. Other than the above, we enjoyed Tybee Island to the fullest.

Beautiful location with water view. Beside pool but yet very quiet. Condo was a little dated but didn’t bother us because it was very clean, bed was very comfortable too. My wife and I decided to get away a moments notice, and we were lucky to find this condo on Tybee Island...the condo was very warm and inviting of course now that we were pleased with our stay, we are sure to return for a longer stay...just steps from the beach, it seems to be the dolphins playground...

The condo had everything we needed. Beach location was nice (you cannot use a beach buggy) We enjoyed watching the shrimp boats & ships. Furniture is uncomfortable & being located right by the pool & parking lot, it is noisy. Plenty of parking! Owner was quick to answer questions.

Unit was fine. I do recommend owner spend about $200 and replace TV with new 32". Recliner tough to operate. Recommend 2 keys. At check in location I called number on contract kept saying number no longer in service. Tricky getting key out of lock box

First time to Tybee Island so was excited to go to a new beach. Property is an older property and I should have done better research as you could only see the beach from the right side of the porch. Also, the coffee maker needs to be replaced as it leaked as old coffee makers can do. Loved learning the history of the island though and climbing the lighthouse.
