The breakfast

Only few minutes hot shower, no taxi arrangements, minibar had barely any drinks, massage closed after 6 and the entire Sunday.

Would go elsewhere next time

The staff were pleasant especially in the restaurant

No twin rooms Had to book another room so we could have a seperate bed Water in shower was TOO hot and unable to be used - yes we did try to add cold. Told numerous staff members over the couple of days we were there and no action taken.

D'avoir une chambre sur le rue principale, dommage pas de vue et bruyant le matin. Le gardien a l'entrée de l'établissement pourrait saluer les arrivants et sourire

Best for Family

Just stayed for 3 nights with my family. We booked 2 rooms in reasonable price from booking. both of the rooms were fantastic. 1. Nice valley view from our room. 2. Super clean bathrooms. 3. Room service was excellent. They refilled room amenities timely. 4. Location is great. On the left, upward road goes to bhanu bhaban in 5mins and shortcut to mall chowrasta. On the right 5-7 mins Walking distance to Glenarys, Keventers, Clock Towert and mall market. Highly recommended for family travelers. My family loved this Hotel.

The only problem was Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi connection was very poor in this hotel. Btw Wi-Fi problem is everywhere in Darjeeling.

Passable could have been better

location was ok and clean

providing food after 10pm was not entertained even though the restaurant has people when we checked after 10pm; so had to arrange biscuits from nearby for the child.

Comfortable stay in central Darjeeling. Offers good views and the food is really good.

Restaurant staff was amazing . Helpful and really sweet group.

Bed linens were dirty and not changed from prior occupants when we checked in. There was hair all over the sheets. Although they did change it immediately after I reported it - I’m curious why it wasn’t changed in the first place as it’s greatly unhygienic.

It was pleasant stay. Mall Road was just 5-10 min walk

Breakfast had many options and was all fresh. The taste was equally good. We were greeted well upon arrival. The front desk helped with all the details. The restaurant gives the feel of the colonial era, surprising the hotel has a rare lift in the hill station hotel. The staffs are helpful.

Great location and a great hotel

The staff were really polite and were very responsive to our requests, with special mention to Sovit from the kitchen and Prajakta and Sneha from the Reception.

The only concern was the Wifi speed which was sporadic.

Superb

It was clean and well equipped. The rooms were pleasant and spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful. The location was convenient and central. The service at the hotel was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel

Darjeeling lacks proper hygiene and santitation which requires focus.

Location ; staffs were welcoming and served with patience.

View is good Staff is polite and prompt Right in the heart of the city so connectivity is good

Room size was small.. there was something wrong with the drainage system.. the stink was coming in the room. Se had to use the common bathroom at the reception. The staff is courteous and prompt no contains on that front. However the buffet was taking long to get replenished. I wouldn't want to come back.

Firstly, I believe, mentioning the hotel’s location is a must. The stay at the hotel was quite cozy and comfortable. The service staff were kind enough and I’d like to mention some of their names @Sneha, @Prajokta, @Adarsh, @Ashish, @Pemba, @Prajala, @Shubham.

Honestly, nothing that I can talk about at the moment.

the reception staff very kind , gentle, helpful. the restaurant staff very pleasant, kind , helpful, smiling. love them.

nothing exceptional. real ordinary. it has to be removed from the 4 star category. The personnel are 4 star but the hotel equipment is 3 star maximum.

tv didn’t work, we tried to put it on without success. the night tables too low, not practical. the shower is really basic… nothing to hold soap, shampoo… have to leave it on the floor . the lighting in the toilet/ shower insufficient. I repeat: it’s too basic. simply can’t be rated four star

Room No. 101 is full of bad smell. Can not go to toilet due to smell. No lock to close the toilet door from outside to get rid of bad smell. Bad maintenance
