Excellent choix à Luang Prabang

L’établissement est parfaitement situé à proximité de l’animation et des principaux sites d’intérêt. Il reste toutefois au calme. Le sympathique responsable parle français et il se montre efficace pour s’occuper des excursions et des transports. Le personnel est très souriant et très efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La présence d’une piscine est un atout indéniable.

Hyvä hotelli pidempäänkin oleskeluun.

Hyvä uima-allas. Lähellä keskustaa. Sijainti hyvä mutta rauhallisemmalla kadulla. Viihtyisät ja siisitit huoneet sekä hyvä palvelu! Allasosasto oli todella kiva lisä.

Sehr gute Lage nahe Night Market, sauber und freundlich.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception. Sie organisierten Zugtickets und einen Ausflug für uns, hat sehr gut geklappt. Schöne Anlage mit Bäumen, Blumen und Wasserkanälen und Pool.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend undauch die Anlage entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Gute Lage zum Nachtmarkt.

Der Toilettendeckel passte nicht zur Toilettenschüssel.

A clean good reasonably priced hotel

This is a good small hotel with clean and spacious enough rooms and clean toilets. Front desk staff especially Mr. Noum and a Vietnamese girl were polite, friendly and efficient. Food street, night market and restaurants are all within walking distance from this hotel. Even though the breakfast spread was limited, probably due to low season, it was tasty and had sufficient quantity. Lunch and dinner were not available in this hotel. Since cold water is always available in the restaurant, there is no need to buy water from outside. The front desk staff will assist you with booking train tickets to Vang Vieng or Vientiane and arranging a Luang Prabang tour and Mekong cruise. Don't forget to tell the front desk at least 3 days before your travel if you need a train ticket. The hotel has motor bike renting facility, but you need to deposit your passport here.

Top preis-leistungs-verhältnis, trotz kleiner Abzüge.

Badezimmer top, Betten sehr bequem, haben ein kostenfreies Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Lage super um zu Fuß in die stadt zu kommen. Wir wurden umfangreich zu unseren weiteren Reiseplänen beraten.

Frühstücksangebot für Vegetarier schwierig und überwiegend auf chinesische Gäste ausgelegt.

Agradable y bien ubicado!

Lugar agradable con naturaleza, desayuno suficiente y cerca del pueblo. El personal dispuesto a ayudar y resolver requerimientos !

A veces estaban fríos los alimentos del desayuno, poner más atención; el Wifi tenía intermitencia y teníamos que trabajar, deben resolverlo!!

Loved this hotel so much…that we went and stayed another night at another of their hotels.

Loved the veranda area, how spacious the room was and the very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was lovely too. The staff were all absolutely amazing. Always so helpful and spoke excellent English.

Great Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here, we moved from a nearby hotel and this was luxury in comparison. Room was comfortable. Balcony area was really nice and staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Für einen Städtetrip eine gute Unterkunft!

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und hatte ein großes Bad. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Besonders hat uns die Lage gefallen, da man zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen konnte und abends noch einen Spaziergang an der Promenade machen konnte.

整体都很棒

早餐很不错，比较丰富，中西式都有，且比较符合我们的口味。酒店地理位置优越，周边环境很好，离着主街走路五分钟的距离，酒店内景观打造的也特别棒，真的爱了

唯一不足的是我们入住时房间内没有一次性拖鞋，找前台要，给了两双使用过的，不知道是当地酒店都没有一次性拖鞋这种东西吗？

- sehr zentrale Lage (Nachtmarkt und Mekong ist fußläufig)

- Zimmer sind ok (wir waren zu viert in einem großen Zimmer mit zwei separaten Räumen) - Zimmer sind aber verhältnismäßig teuer

Great location but overpriced for what it is

Good location, comfortable beds, very clean rooms

I honestly don’t think this hotel is the best value for how much it costs. Breakfast was always super crowded and busy and things like eggs or bacon were constantly running out plus the bread was cheap (sad in a town with so many great bakeries). Our AC was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. We had arranged pick-up from the train station through the hotel but the driver never showed. We waited for 25 min. The hotel manager apologized (and said the driver was there and couldn’t find us which is simply not true). For how much we paid for this place, the service, amenities and food are not worth it in my opinion.

great stay !

room was good , bed comfortable but very dark room ...that is the only negative !!!! staff was wonderful , pool was great , breakfast was sufficient and the location is great ...close to everything ...I would recommend !

Room is dark ...nothing much can be done about it ...it is cool enough in the morning to open the door on the balcony

Location is perfect, pool is nice, wide variety of tours possible and only a few minutes away from the Main Street in Luang Prabang

No Wifi in the room, dogs barking and crying all night, for this price I expected to sleep better.

Poor value for money

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, good location.

For me, the hotel feels a bit tired and poor value for money. Maintenance issues were patched over eg damp, door latch was broken, privacy blinds between toilet & bedroom damaged, toilet seat was broken (we mentioned the seat and was fixed straight away but we didn't want to spoil our holiday with a list of issues they are clearly aware of and ignoring). Breakfast was disappointing; one small coffee machine just isn't enough for the number of guests. Breakfast selection limited, not great quality eg orange juice, coffee and insufficient quantities put out so guests were constantly following up for different items which when replenished were quickly taken. When you can walk out the door and get great coffee and pastries at many places in town, product availability isn't an excuse. Watch out for 3% charge to pay by credit card; my main objection is that this is not communicated in advance when you could bring additional cash like we did for general spending in Cambodia/Laos. We only received an email from the hotel on the same day as check in but nothing on the booking.com site and nothing in their terms & conditions and payment info. They removed the charge for me and I recommended they update their hotel booking info for the future but I can see nothing has changed so far.

Perfect peaceful haven!

Could not have stayed in a better location! In a quiet street, approximately 5 mins walk from the morning market, the night market and major sights. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, with excellent a/c and s small terrace leading out to the pool. The pool and gardens are exceptionally clean and well maintained, with beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. The staff at Sunrise Gardens were very friendly, helpful and helpful. Everyone at reception spoke English. They recommended restaurants, places to visit, arranged taxis etc. They were a pleasure to meet and a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast, which was the only meal served there was fabulous! Always a combination of western and Asian food, and wonderful fresh fruits, changing daily. There are also laundry services at the hotel, useful when traveling!

There was nothing to dislike!

Peaceful and great location

The hotel was very tranquil in a beautiful setting. It was also a great location where you could walk to everything in the city. They arranged a driver for us for a day tour, and it was very affordable and worked out well. They had very good customer service.

the breakfast was very limited and you couldn’t order anything off of a menu.
