Top Hotel in bester Lage.

Wunderschönes Top Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal. Es wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Perfekter Service. Man muss nichts außerhalb organisieren, denn das Hotel organisiert alle Ausflüge zu fairen Preisen. Fahrradverleih kostenlos, Roller mieten möglich. Das Hotel hat einen neuen Luxus Van für Transport auch vom und zum Flughafen. Schöner Pool.

Die Fahrräder sind inzwischen etwas veraltet.

Teleurstellend.

Het personeel. Echt onwijs aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is prima.

De eerste nacht sliepen we in een achteraf kamer welke echt niet te doen was (kamer 308). Keihard bed, slechte airco, kussens veel te dik en hard. Volgende dag gelukkig naar betere kamer. Dat is, het bed was beter. Kussens zijn echt niet te doen. Stoelen op de balkons en bij het ontbijt zijn echt oncomfortabel. De gratis fietsen zijn mega oud en slecht onderhouden. Daarbij was er ook nog een renovatie in het hotel. Al met al teleurstellend voor de prijs die je betaald.

Great hotel recommend it to anyone

Nice hotel with good breakfast and very friendly personal. They are willing to help you any time. And the location is not far from the center and very quiet. Swimming Pool is great with lovely beds and towels.

Gute Lage und vermutlich sehr beliebt

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ein kurzer Sparziergang vom Markt und dem Zentrum weg. Das Personal hat sich mühe gegeben um aus der Situation das beste zu machen.

Das Hotel für Sich ist klein aber eigentlich sehr schön. Wir hatten Pech und es war voll ausgebucht. Dadurch bekamen wir ein Zimmer im EG neben dem Pool. Was erstens sehr laut ist wenn es so viele Leute hat und man keine Privatsphäre hat direkt neben dem Pool. Ich denke zu einer anderen Zeit wäre das Hotel sicher besser.

Beautiful hotel with excellent hosts.

The staff were so friendly and obliging. Breakfast was good quality and lots of variety. Room very clean, well appointed, with a lovely traditional feel.

The only thing I would say, there is no privacy wall or divider between balconies but this is a minor detail. I would still chose this hotel again.

Service personnel, breakfast

Bathroom: the day I arrived the holder of the shower head almost fell off, the water was running out on the wrong end from the shower head, spider webs all over the bathroom, I had no soap and when I turned on the water a little longer in the sink I suddendly had water on the bathroom floor. I mentioned the first 4 points to the staff and I received soap immediately after and at least the shower head they fixed (after more than 24 hrs). Pool: The only reason I booked this accomodation was because of the pool, however after the first time I went in, my newly washed white bikini was yellowish. I did see them clean it but after this I was not wanting to have another go. Wifi: very weak access in the rooms

The swimmimg pool and breakfast were very nice. Delicious coffee and friendly staff.

It was all great. Maybe having a more traditional shower next to the magic shower would have been a good suggestion.... (it is just for the swimming pool)

Second time Luang Prabang

The rooms are spacious and so is the setup of the property. The pool is nice and I loved the free bikes (considering that guided tours are so expensive in Laos, so we did a bit of discovery ourselves on the bikes). The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the curtains in the room should be replaced cause if you open them, everyone can see everything in your room, while keeping curtains closed is quite dark. The room has a lot of wood, but the floor is a bit slippery if you walk barefoot. Breakfast options were ok.

The hotel advertised that it has a restaurant, but it was closed the whole time. If not enough guests, I can understand, but inform the guests. This was a big minus/disappointment as one of the reasons for booking the hotel. The doors to the balcony did not close very well.

location is good. breakfast was very tasty and lots of fruits., staff were friendly and helpful.

facilities are a little old. our rooms air conditioner did not work at night and we had to move to another room which was not as good. bed and pillow was lumpy.

relaxing retreat in Luang Prabang

delightful retreat about 5/10 minute walk to night market n restaurants. large upstairs room with balcony well appointed. reasonable size bathroom with deep high bathtub with shower over same. careful on step to get out of bathtub. staff very friendly, helpful n welcoming!!! great clean swimming pool u can chill out.

just be careful getting in n out of deep bath.

Fab comfy oasis in the centre of my new favourite city!

Amazing location only a 10 minute stroll from the night market. Pool was a fab place to unwind around. Breakfast delicious with the friendliest staff. Bikes available to guests were a brilliant facility enabling fun exploring in the local area.

Only downer were the rude guests who congregated around the pool at a ridiculously early time and made loads of noise - perhaps the staff could respectfully intervene in the future?

Good value for money, very friendly staff and a big cool room.

Lovely big room and generally excellent facilities. Close enough to the centre of the old town to walk, and really quiet most of the time.

For a working visit the wi-fi was a bit unreliable. This was a particular problem as there is no 4G connection in Luang Prabang which made communications more difficult than usual.

A nice friendly hotel, good facilities and well looked after

The hotel was quiet and comfortable and of traditional design. Everything worked well - wifi, hot water, ac, breakfast etc. Nice swimming pool. Staff very friendly and helpful

It was quite a walk to the centre of town but the exercise did us good!

Very poor

A pity that I paid in cash and they took money from my bank account without telling me!! It is unacceptable for an hotel of this standing! Besides, the bathroom smells sewer, so everywhere it smells horrible!

Good location

Too noisy we had 2 rooms and the noise from the occupants of the rooms attached to ours on the second and third nights of our 3 nights stay meant we got very little sleep. There is no insulation sound proofing every word and movement can be heard. So only good if you happen to have empty rooms around you. We would not stay here again
