Lovely old buildings and beautiful gardens
Limited menu. Ongoing renovations happening/needed

The place is in a colonial style that reminds the old past. Such a romantic and inspiring place. The pool is big and surrounded by the lush garden. Both the staff and the manager were very professional and attentive.
The pool bar area was under renovation, but we were served our drinks directly by the pool, so no worries.

I liked the architecture of the buildings. It felt nostalgic, like being in a French colony in the 1870s. The staff was kind.
I didn't like the toilet and bathroom parts. The toilet was not isolated and was very close to the bed.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
Free of cost shuttle bus times to village center and back to hotel limited in between 17:00 to 20:30 or by addition fee per person of 5 USD per way. There is free of charge bicycle services available however that is not convenient for everyone. Shuttle bus need to be requested over line or what’s up. Response or confirmation needs to be improved. We waited for pick up at airport for more one hours and just when local person called the hotel we got confirmed that bus is on the way. We had another insufficient response for village to hotel return shuttle bus request where we after multiple requests received a confirmation.

Breakfast was delicious. Coconut porridge is a must. Had stayed there in 2019 and it had closed due to Covid.Reopened now and even better. Terrific staff. Stunning old colonial house with atmospheric bar/library. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Spacious rooms with every amenity.
Could not find fault with anything. Staff so welcoming and helpful. Wonderful property.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We stayed 5 nights and could have stayed forever! The staff, rooms, food, comfort, swimming pool was second to none. Fabulous! Somphone looked after us at breakfast very well and couldn’t be more helpful.
The property is slightly out of town but that gave it the tranquility but as previously mentioned there is a very good shuttle service whenever you need it and we borrowed bicycles too.

We really felt that the staff worked very hard to smoothly and efficiently make our stay the best one ever. We visited during their soft opening, and even though we expected some hiccups, we didn’t experience any. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We would love to visit again!

We were pick up by Ms. Pop and her colleague at the Pier in Luang Prabang. This was only the start of our stay. The pick up service was and still is amazing! SuperB! The hospitallity, the service, our room, breakfast, personel, everything is superB! Transport towards the post office. Breakfast! No bufet, but you can order what you would like to have (Western and Asian style). They arranged a scooter for us. The Residence does have bykes for their guests. The residence is outside the city centre, but Luang Prabang is not that huge, so everything is within walking distance and they have the post office shuttle bus. Special thanks too for Ms. Nang and Mr. Wat!
Nothing! Keep this level!
