Nice house, beautiful lot, and very pleasant experience

We enjoyed this home so much! Had everything you needed and more! Our kids are already asking to go back! Would definitely reccomend this vacation rental to our friend's and family!

Great time

This was a very nice house conveniently located for our ski trip to Cataloochee. It even snowed on our last day. Great place, highly recommend!
4.8
Nice home away from home. Comfortable furniture and beds. Hot tub is a nice amenity. Creek provides a beautiful backyard view.
4.8
Nice property in Maggie Valley. Easy check in process. All necessary amenities. Nice stream in the backyard. Hot tub is a plus.
Only negatives are that the gas fireplace does not produce appreciable heat and that some minor updates / maintenance are needed at this price point. For example, a few blind blades were broken. This is an easy fix.
4.8
Water was leaking in fridge and toaster kept buring toast. Otherwise, very pleasant. Would stay again.
Thank you

Awesome place to stay love listening to the creek each morning while drinking coffee off the back deck …very clean would highly recommend

We liked the location.

The property suited us and out little doggy just fine. We enjoyed the spa nightly in the cool of the evening. The house is close to neighboring homes, but felt quite private. Very well provisioned. Everything we needed for a nice vacation.

The house & views are amazing! My husband, myself, and our four children all enjoyed the location and amenities of this home. My only recommendation to future renters is to be cautious not to leave anything behind. My five year old son decided to put his book of Pokémon cards in the bottom dresser drawer and we failed to realize this until we got home, after contacting the property manager we were informed that new renters had already occupied the house and they would be unable to check the home until they departed and the next clean was done. Unfortunately by the time the next renters left so had my little ones entire Pokémon collection. If people and their humanity were as wonderful as this home it would have been a perfect weekend getaway.

This was a great place to stay for our daughter’s college graduation at WCU. A beautiful creek in the backyard that was great to just sit by and relax. We look forward to booking it again the next time we travel to the area, great value for the cost.

This place is incredible. The inside is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need or want while away from home. The outside was exceptional. The backyard with creek access and a fire pit was perfect for any family with children or teenagers. The hot tub and corn hole boards were enjoyed by all. Our favorite spot was probably the bench located in the corner of the backyard that overlooked the creek area. It is the perfect spot to have some peaceful time. We loved to sit out there in the mornings. We also had two smaller dogs and this location was perfect for them. The backyard was nice to have to walk them for quick outdoor needs, but there was also easy access to a sidewalk into town that was perfect for longer walks. We have been coming to Maggie Valley for over 20 years and have stayed in some great places, but we all agreed this was our favorite place yet!

The property was beautiful and clean.

The house is very quiet and nestled right on a stream that's extremely relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here.
Also, the amenities that make the stay comfortable were very well thought out; for example, we found extra scrap paper with the board games and batteries in the kitchen for a dead TV remote.
4.8
Property had everything we needed. Clean and had no issues. Will stay at this location again.
4.8
The house was clean, updated, and had everything we needed - even long forks for roasting marshmallows! It was close to Cataloochee for skiing (which was our reason for going). The best part was the backyard- there is a hot tub, fire pit, and a stream with rushing water that was just so relaxing.
4.8
Cozy clean and safe. All the extras in kitchen and baths. Didn’t need to buy anything.

Nice property right in Maggie Valley. Quiet street, beautiful view with creek in back yard. House was perfect for our family of 4 (toddler and 5y/o) and 2 older doggies.

This place was perfect for our adventure. We had 4 motorcycles and a trailer this place met our needs: flat driveway, hot tub, fire pit, and an added bonus of the creek! Beds were super comfortable and the house was air conditioned. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

It was clean and awsome

Nice property, love the creek!
Property met our expectations, loved the outdoor space and creek.

Absolutely loved this property! Very clean. House looked updated and had lots of nice touches; beautiful fire pit with wood, hot tub, fireplace, TVs in each bedroom, plenty of linens, etc. The property is right on Jonathan’s Creek so you get the great view and sound from it. The house has three decks/balconies that are covered so you can sit outside if its raining. Driveway is paved and large enough for us to park a truck, trailer and two motorcycles. Indian Trace Rd is a bit narrow, so keep that in mind when coming and going (backing in and out mostly). But there is almost no traffic so its all good.
Property is centrally located in Maggie Valley so you’ll be able to get to anywhere in a short period of time. I highly recommend staying here!

Great little cabin without the climb into the hills. we were actually sad we didnt get to hang out and enjoy the cabin a little more. we had a vehicle show in town and were rarely at the cabin. comfortably hosts 6 people. beautiful little stream out back that could lul you to sleep. nicely set up yard for hanging out with friends.

We were very thankful for a place that allowed pets and the location was beautiful and close to everything. The river in the back yard was exquisite. The check in and out was super and communication was always right away.
The house on the other hand was extremely dusty and you could tell had not had a deep cleaning in a very long time. Tons of huge dust globs hanging from the ceiling above the ceiling fans, in corners etc, floors not very clean, the laundry closet literally has trash just laying all over around the floor (not just a couple pieces but tons) washer/dryer, low quality kitchen items, - we found melted utensils just put back in the drawers, the ice maker ticks loudly all night, super not comfy furniture (thin little recliners that won’t stay leaning back). The back yard was literally shin deep in leaves while the houses to the right and left had clean yards. It wouldn’t take a ton to make this a nice, quality comfy home. I think it would benefit tremendously for the owner to make a visit to this home.

Renting the property was easy. But the tub downstairs had a lot of dog hair in it. Other than that the house was nice and clean.

Mostly good.
The property was as clean as any I have stayed in, and it was very well stocked. My only complaint is that the company didn’t tell us that there was a house being built across the street. The workers started hammering early each morning, and they hammered all day every day. Sleeping late was not an option. I wish the rental company had disclosed that construction was taking place. Otherwise, all good.

Great stay
Everything was so clean! Very nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes there too! Also it was wonderful by the creek.

The proximity to Maggie Valley and the surrounding area was ideal. The outside back deck was perfect for entertaining with all necessities like a grill, hot tub, Cornhole Games for outside playing in the backyard. The backyard provided a firepit with surround seating and the relaxing sound of the rushing stream. The home is nicely decorated providing relaxation and comforts of home.

Great location. The stream is beautiful and listening to it on the back deck or the firepit area is very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Firewood was provided for the firepit. Overall, we would stay there again.
A couple of minor negitives. Toilet in downstairs bathroom is loose and need to secured to the floor. Needs a light at the deck stairs, very dark area at night. There is a light there, but it wasn't working.
Overalll we had a great experience! Thank you.
