Very nice place. Had all we needed for our stay. Took a while to get up the drive when we arrived due to the enormous amount of sand that had drifted onto the driveway. We did quite a lot of shoveling to be able to navigate the drive. Other than that the house met our needs quite well.
we arrived due to the enormous we arrived

Love this property fit the family comfortably with a little space for everyone. The beach access was amazing we spent almost all of are time on the beach. When we went there our kids were busy playing in the sand in the front or back yard. Great house to get you fix of the beach life in.

The workout to the beach is great! The pool table waa a hit and we had a great time.

We stayed for 9 sleeps. The front room is small and has enough space for 5 of the 8 people to sit and visit. We love coming to this beach and it is the first time we stayed here at this house. Once you clear the dunes you are greeted with lots of wood and debris for at least 20 feet until you reach the shore and ocean. The bed in the main bedroom is horrible. It is lumpy and really needs to be replaced. The back door is located in the northwest bedroom and unfortunately the screen is rusted shut and you cannot get out to the beach unless you go out the front door or down through the front garage door. Use caution when using the front steps as they were loaded with sand making it a hazard when going in and out. Having a garage controller would have made coming and going much easier. The main guest bathroom toilet runs and needs a new gasket seal replaced in the tank. The blinds won't open in the upstairs northeast bedroom and the window won't close. The kitchen table leaf pinches you if you are not careful and the chairs are too tall for the table leaving you hitting your knees anytime you move. One of the chairs was broken and just set together like it worked until you moved it. The basement is musty and needs to be aired out. You will want to bring dishwashing tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, and laundry soap if you are staying here for more than 2 days. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pans and dishes which made meal time enjoyable. I did appreciate having the use of a washer and dryer.

Had to go thru the front to access the beach as the back door was broken and couldn’t be opened

You truly can’t beat the location of this house. The views out of every window are spectacular. It is a bit of a hike to the water but absolutely worth it. We visited during the peak of the Perseids Meteor shower and were able to see a ton of shooting stars. I have never seen the sky as clear and the stars as bright as I did from this beach.
We stayed from Mon to Sat, check in was a breeze and the house came with everything we could have needed including a crab trap that we used to haul in a quite a few crabs! Our group of 8 age 10weeks-67 years had a wonderful time.
The master bedroom was big enough for a toddler cot on one side of the bed and a portable crib on the other. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We also took advantage of the grill in the garage. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone including several beach towels!
I would warn future guests that driveway can be difficult to get up due to its slope and drifting sand.
The house does get a little warm during the afternoon but cooled off nicely at night. It did help close the shades when we weren’t in the room.
I was surprised to find out the bunk bed room was down stairs and only accessible through the garage.
Never being to the Oregon Coast before I was a bit skeptical about coming to beach where the high never got over 65 but now I can’t wait to come back and I’m already trying to plan our next trip and we would absolutely stay at this house again.

Location was great - a bit of a hike through sand dunes to the beach.
The house sits on a sand dune. Plenty of beds for the 7 of us, kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Living and dining areas were pretty small. The house got pretty hot in the afternoons but cooled quickly.

Great location right on the beach, beautiful views, comfortable beds and pet friendly. However, the house needs some upkeep. Electrical outlets, ceiling fan and overhead lights did not work in master bedroom. Only light is from one bedside lamp. Downstairs bunk room is accessed through the garage and lacks windows.

The process of renting and check in was great. There were a few issues with the house on arrival, most were resolved and a couple remained through our stay.
The house was very clean and well furnished. Nice white towels and comfortable beds/bedding.
It would really be nice if living room windows opened. The ceiling fans that worked were very helpful.
Fun to have the pool table for entertainment and the extra area available.
Thank you for sharing the home and offering a perfect place to gather as family. We are grateful.

We really enjoyed our time in the home. Great views from all the windows. Very clean. My only suggestion is to add cleaning the driveway when you know someone is coming. It was quite a challenge to get up the driveway. It took 4 phone calls to VACASA before it was fixed.

We loved absolutely everything about this rental. From the location, to the views, thoughtful decor/ to the doggie stairs!

Week on the Beach
Really great place to stay. Besides some of the previously noted quirks (refrigerator door seems backwards) we really enjoyed our stay. 4 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space to gain privacy as needed, and the overall layout of the house really worked well. Had everything we needed for an epic vacation. Also liked that everything was clean and in good condition, however didn't feel like we couldn't unwind and relax without worrying about damaging anything.

Great View. Vacasa hard to Reach. Noise in House.
We stayed here over Spring Break. We had teenagers and a grandparent in our group. We've rented dozens of Oregon beach houses over the years, and they each have their own personality... This house, overall, is nice. It can accommodate a lot of people in beds. However, the upstairs living area is very tight for seating, if you happened have somebody in all the beds. The living room only seats 4 comfortably, 5 if you sit shoulder-to-shoulder on the couch. When we arrived at the home, there was a loud "speaker feedback" noise coming from two locations: one in the basement bedroom, and one in the main living room (both from what looked like built-in speakers in the walls). The noise coming from these was intolerable. I waited on hold with Vacasa for over 30 minutes in order to report the problem. While on hold, I found the corresponding breaker in the box down in the garage, and turned that noise OFF. However, that left the front bedroom and bathroom without overhead lights. That was fine, as long as the noise was silenced :/ There were just a couple of oddities that might be mentioned. First, the beach access is through one of the bedrooms. So, if you want to exit the house without going out the front door, you have to go through somebody's bedroom. Second, the bunkbeds downstairs seem perfect for kids, but there are large sharks adhered to the ceiling right next to where the upper bunks are. So, if your kiddo is afraid of hammerhead sharks, this might be an issue lol. Finally, the TV (Roku) system was a pain, and there was no stereo system that we could find to stream our music on. For some reason, the Roku wouldn't let us sign into our own streaming accounts on Netflix or Pandora, and in general we found the entertainment system to be difficult to run. We would have liked to listen to music, but didn't bring our own speaker, and could not locate a bluetooth connection for that on the TV, either. Not the end of the world, but ambient music is nice when you're at the beach. On the plus side, the view is outstanding, and the pantry was well stocked. The refrigerator opens the "wrong way" which we all got a big laugh out of every time we tried to get in there while other people were in the kitchen (you have to back up in order to open the door). Again, a nice house. Just a few "bugs" that could be improved.

Nice change for Christmas
The view was great. Smaller in the main room than expected but were a close family of 5, how about down sizing the coffee table. The doors on the refrigerator are reversible and that would be helpful. We had a lovely time but a new kitchen table possibly since you've gotten great use from this one. I got pinched in the arm between one of the dividers on the table. Pool table downstairs for used plenty. A small refrigerator in that room near the bar would be nice.

could be much more
Great ocean views, however few of the windows open and none towards the ocean. We wanted to be able to see & HEAR the ocean, especially in the evening. Some electrical problems...outlets on west wall not functional and fan in front guest room stays on for 2 minutes and then turns off....not good on warmish nights. Pot/pans mostly unusable...had to go buy a fry pan at Ray's. TV/entertainment only has Roku access and DVD player. No local/state tv channels. Some of the old entertainment equipment in basement still has 'cable' connections but non-functional. Otherwise the ocean is so beautiful!

Beachfront house with an amazing view
We enjoyed the wonderful location of this beachfront house. The beach towels, chairs, and sandtoys are provided. There's even a crab trap and large pot to cook them! Only downside is that the house has no air conditioning and there are no screens on the windows, so we couldn't leave windows open while we were out of the house and it got really toasty. Other than that, it was a great location for either relaxing on the beach or exploring the coastline!

5 star location
The location is excellent. I’d give the property five stars but the driveway entrance was filled with sand making access quite difficult. Sidewalk to stairs filled with sand. A couple of windows need maintenance. Everyone had a great time. I would rent again but think the property could use a bit of attention.

Perfect beach house for a family beach getaway
The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved that it had three bedrooms, three full baths, and a rec room with two sets of bunk beds and a pool table. Being right on the beach with our own beach access and enjoying the amazing views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and deck was just what we needed. The house was perfect and Vacasa made the entire process super easy. We’ll be back!

Great Beach House!
Great house - as advertised. Had plenty of space, love that it was right on the beach (sand right up to the house). Beach was quiet - kids had a blast. All the ceiling fans were nice. We'll be back!!

Spring Break
The best thing about this house is the gorgeousviews of the ocean to the West and the Bay to the East. The boys enjoyed the bunks and pool table downstairs. Master suite was very nice.
We had to clean some of the pans before cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked . Had to sweep sand off the stairs and deck which I'm sure is an ongoing issue considering the location. The stairs were a challenge for a couple of us and our older dog.

Great views!
We spent a week at this home in February and had a mix of rain and sun. This home is right on the beach, which has its benefits and drawbacks. Benefits include uninterrupted views of the ocean. Drawbacks include wind blowing copious amounts of sand everywhere (literally everywhere) and obscuring your view (when it sticks to the front windows). The house is very nicely stocked and very comfortable and convenient to the beach.

I was glad to see that I did need to use all my lysol wipes that I brought with me! Everything was very clean and that was amazing thank you! The location was perfect and the home was well stocked. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Bayshore Modern Beach House
What an amazing location! The house has unobstructed views of a beautiful, sparsely populated beach, where you can enjoy the surf, watch playful seals, and maybe catch an occasional whale sighting.

Great Location
This place is great! Literally on the beach with views of the ocean and the bay. Great game room in the basement and large view windows on the main level. With it's location, expect lots of sand everywhere. Beach is quiet and you'll have nearly the entire thing to yourself.
