About this cottage rental
This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! Walk to Sea St. Beach and Keyes beach which is only120 steps from your door. This two-bedroom cottage can sleep 6 and is the perfect vacation spot. All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy the lovely ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck. Our cottage is great for children of all ages. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. The cottage features AC throughout, LED TVs in living and bedrooms, Blue ray DVD player, Strong WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker. Sleeps 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The beach is perfect for children. It is a sandy beach, calm waters, warm temps and is rarely crowded. There is a pool onsite which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours may change at any given notice pending weather or employee availability. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and is the perfect location for day trips to anywhere on the Cape including Provincetown. Sorry! No Pets..

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!

This little cottage, located a 3 minute walk to the beach, was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We also had just enough room to host our son and family for one night. Great coomunication with host.

My husband and I stayed here for one full week with our 3 and 8 year old girls and it was perfect. Kitchen is a lil small but the full sized fridge and the rest of the amenities made up for it. The beach is really sweet and the pool made the kids so happy. Perfect 1 mile walk from Main Street that we did almost every day and about same distance to the harbour front. We will be back next year!

Our stay was wonderful. The host, Tom, was excellent at communicating with us (before and during our stay) and the place was impeccable. We had our two kids with us (ages 2 and 7) and this was a perfect place for a family of 4. We've vacationed on the Cape for many years, and this year's experience is the top of our list! The location is unbelievable- quiet street, safe for kids, steps from a very nice beach, while also being extremely convenient to Hyannis Center and every retail store imaginable. You can't go wrong staying here! Specific note for families w/young kids: having a tub in the bathroom was a huge plus; it's not too common in cottages down the Cape and is super helpful with little ones!

Everything was very nice. Great location. We were very disappointed that the beach was closed to swimming due to ecoli etc. That was the entire reason for the booking. To be able to walk to the beach and not have to pack the car and pay the $25 parking fees! I realize that’s out of people’s hands, but it was still disappointing.

Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!

The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. Clear instructions prior to arrival. So peaceful to sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing, read a book, just hang out and relax. Main Street is a couple blocks away from the cottage really cute town. Thank you Tom and Kerrie will definitely stay again next time we visit Cape Cod!! :)

A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod.
The cottage is cosy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen - exactly what we want in a vacation rental.

Clean. Great location. Steps to beach. Easy access to stores, shops and restaurants. Deck with afternoon sun. Easy parking. (Early Spring stay, so cannot comment about the pool as it was closed, nor the BBQ since it was not yet available...which was unfortunate, given the great weather.) Would recommend and return!

We came to here last year and again we loved it. The weather was cooler but we love that we are able to take a nice walk, have a view from the deck, and able to walk to town for dinner and shopping. We really enjoy your place. Thank you again!!

Tom’s cottage was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was very convenient to get to the beach as well as easy access to good restaurants. Tom was very communicative and we experienced a stress-free, easy long weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

This house is in a perfect location. 90 SECOND walk to the quiet, clean beach. Pool on site. 5-10 minutes into Hyannis and all its amenities. We loved being so close to the beach, no schlepping the kids into the car and driving to a beach, looking for parking, paying money every day and then schlepping back again!! Simply had to bring our beach bag and chairs and walk down to the sand and sea! I could easily have stayed longer. We were so relaxed in this quiet cul-de-sac but so near the town and all the tourist amenities we could want. Tom the host was great when we were in contact. I would definitely recommend this house and area to anyone who wants to visit the Cape.

Great location! Beautiful Beach. Great view of ocean from deck. Short walk to town for shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway, could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Hosts were fantastic, checked in to make sure we arrived and that we had everything we needed.

This cottage was clean and set up with all that we needed. Keyes Beach is a short walk away which was really convenient. We preferred driving to Kalmus Beach which was only like a 5 minute drive. There are many shops and restaurants on Main Street which is also a short drive from here.

We stayed at this house for a weekend, my 2 sisters and brother-in-law. The house it’s self is clean very comfortable. Easy. Access, bed are comfortable,, You can see the beach from the deck. The beach it’s self is very clean with in walking distance . The sunrises and sunsets on the deck were beautiful and peaceful. The owner was super nice easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation, I will definitely be back

This property was a little gem! The location of the property was perfect. It was well appointed and adorably decorated. Perfect for a couple or a small family. We will definitely be returning. Our host had excellent communication before arrival and when we departed. I’m sure if we needed anything during our stay he would have immediately responded. We DEFINITELY would love to return!

We were extremely happy with this cottage! It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a cozy extended weekend. We were particularly impressed with how sparkling clean & fresh it was. The location is great, just a short walk to a pretty beach and quick drive to plenty of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the area right around the cottage as well as exploring other cool towns and beaches on the cape.
We would stay here again and we would recommend this rental to others :)

We wanted to stay near the ocean and be able to walk to dinner, etc.
It was perfect for our weekend. We had perfect weather to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck. It was quiet and peaceful.
We were able to walk the beach and then town for shopping and dinner. The place was cute and perfect for the two of us.
Tom was wonderful to work with. We are hoping to come back again.

We vacationed here for a week with our two kids 5 and 7 years old and it was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, perfect size, nice and clean. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus, other than that a quick trip to the grocery store for food and it had all that we needed!

Tom was an awesome host! Adorable cottage, steps away from the beach. You are minutes from the ferry, downtown, and other amenities. Can I tell you how clean Tom’s cottage was? So cute, light and airy. Tom anticipated every need you could think of to make us comfortable. We definitely will be back!

4th of July Week
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Barnstable. The walk to the teach could not be beat and even on the busy 4th of July weekend, it was not overcrowded. The beach has the perfect temperature and has amazing sandbars you can walk in the morning.
The location on the Cape was perfect and we explored the cape from Brewster and Harwich all the up to the Race Point Beach in P-town.
The house was also conveniently located to the ferry, which we took and explored Nantucket.
I could not have been a better week. From vineyards to the Cape Cod League games, it was an awesome experience.
We definitely we be repeat renters, in hopefully the near future.

A central delight
Centrally located, with a cozy little beach just steps away and easy day trips all over the Cape (literally; we spent days in Ptown and an afternoon in New Bedford; everything is in easy reach) this cottage was a delightful home for our family of four for a week. The kitchen packs everything you could ever need into the space, the bedrooms are perfectly arranged for comfort, the deck is a delightful meal space. The pool was so much fun for the kids— everything was so very smooth thanks to a most thoughtful host. Thanks for a great week!

Great home base for exploring the Cape
We really enjoyed our week at Tom's cottage. The central location was ideal for our family to explore the National Seashore beaches, Hyannis port, and other attractions on the Cape. The front deck was awesome for relaxing at the end of the day - we could hear the waves from the beach right at the end of the street. We'd definitely return in the future!
