Great location and responsive staff!

Great location, washing machine and dryer provided.

It will be good if a water cooler where we can refill water can be provided at the lobby/first floor.

It was an enjoyable 5 days stay. Everything from transportation to restos were accesible.

The property is about 10mins walk to Kyoto station. There are several nearby convenience stores. I love all the amenities such as the mini kitchenette inside the room with all the basic things you may need in a kitchen and especially the free laundry area with both washing and dryer.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The sides of the room especially the windows behind the curtains were dusty.

Excellent stay at RESI Stay Corrine Kyoto, room was very nice and comfortable with adequate space for family of 4. Would

Room was very clean and comfortable, really quite spacious and easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids plus 2 medium sized suitcases and other small luggage with plenty of floor space left for kids to play and people to move about. Bathroom had a good amount of bench space and shower had excellent water pressure. Beds were a good size and we all fit and slept comfortably though we did have to do one adult and one child per bed due to the size of the beds. Complimentary large bottle of water was very much appreciated as was the free luggage storage after check out. Having Netflix was a delightful bonus which we all enjoyed after long days of sightseeing. Location was good with lots of useful bus stops within 5 or so minutes walk as well as conbinis and restaurants just a minute or two away. Nice and quiet.

Beds and pillows were quite hard. Only one very small lift which we had to wait a long time for around check out time and no stairs to use instead.

住所附近有大型商店，兼有大型超市，方便逛街及買食物回去自己煮食！附近亦有巴士站，方便不想趕路的旅客慢遊京都。本身住所亦提供公用煮食地方及自助洗衣及乾衣，又可以自己寄存行李，十分方便！

因為京都站實在太大，所以實際又不是那麼近，要小心選對閘口出閘，也要步行10分鐘左右，才可找到Reception check in，之後再行去住所寄行李，加上全程露天，所以有太多行李的要預多些時間才好！另外如果房內有提供加濕器會更加好！

Affordable and rather central location!

Location was about an 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station and quite easy to navigate with luggage. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 of us with both our big luggage. The washing machine and dryer at the common area was useful as well. The hotel is located near Yodobashi which was great for shopping items from GU, Uniqlo, electronic things etc.

Nice hotel

The hotel location is good.. walkable to the bus stop / train station. Clean & chic design which we like. Recommended for big group. We had a good stay.

the check-in place is at another location, which is about 5-8mins' walk to the hotel.

I'd recommend it.

The rooms were very spacious compared to many Japanese hotels.

The lift broke down for a whole day. The hosts didn't even apologise for the inconvenience.

Good value for families 5 minutes from Kyoto Station.

Kitchen facility with common room that had books, games. Modern and beautiful common area. Ideal for families. Great access to Kyoto Station and the food halls. Luggage storage closet is convenient. Close to several temples and gardens. Liked the coffee and tea amenities and small refrigerator in the room.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Close to the station, a great plus to have the laundry service within a very quite stay. Happy we chosen it.

Very good

It was a nice, quiet apartment-like stay. About a 10 min walk from Kyoto Station. You can enter the station via nearby stairway entrances if you're not lugging bags...great shops and restaurants in the Porta shopping mall below ground as well. The shared kitchen and lobby is spacious and a great place to telecommute and hang out. There are 2 really good local restaurants next to this location but you better get reservations in advance.

The reception desk is really close to Kyoto station but they are not properly staffed. It seemed too small to bring baggage and the whole family up in the small elevator so they had to wait on the street. It wasn't clear that the facility had laundry and it turned out it was the best facility we had seen the whole trip. 4 washers and dryers to use free of charge with provided detergent pods. We'd have planned our laundry differently had we known this. I looked back at Booking.com's notes and still could not find this listed.

Resi Stay hotels are our favorite places to stay in Kyoto.

The concierge at the check-in location was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and overall fantastic. There was a theme to our room that was supposed to end a few days before our stay. We were contacted and asked if we would like for the theme to remain for us since it was part of the room advertisement. We really appreciated that they checked with us on this.

we had a fantastic 6 nights - we used it as a base to wash our clothes and to take day trips to Osaka, Hiroshima and to

the location is a short 400m walk from Kyoto station so it is the perfect base for day trips via Shinkansen. The laundry room with washing machines and dryers was fantastic, and having shared kitchen and dining space was great to have a break from the room. the family mart convenience store is virtually at the bottom of the building so super convenient.

the sofa bed is quite short and very firm so there were complaints from the children asked to sleep on it.
