The Loggia is a sqm apartment. 53 comprises entrance hall, living room with kitchenette (equipped with hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher), one double bedroom, one with single bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, under a veranda, it has a table with chairs.
The apartment has, in common with the other guests, a swimming pool of m. 10 x 5, parking, a room with washing machine and iron, barbecue.
The Loggia is built in an old villa of the '600, recently restored, set in a panoramic hilly position (200 m / s). Distance: 5 Km from Pistoia (where you will find supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants, pharmacy and railway station); 35 km from Florence (Vespucci airport), 45 Km from Lucca and 70 Km from Pisa (Galilei airport).
It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday: enjoying the swimming pool immersed in the green of our unmistakable Tuscan countryside, walks in the surroundings, or going to the thermal baths (Grotta Giusti or Montecatini Terme). It is also the ideal place for a cultural holiday: less than an hour's drive you can reach the main art cities of Tuscany: Pistoia, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Arezzo. For lovers of good food, remember the excellent restaurants in the area and the cellars where you can enjoy and buy Tuscan wines: Chianti, Brunello, Morellino, Montecarlo. For the youngest, let's remember that we are close to Collodi (the village of Pinocchio) and to the zoo in Pistoia. For all: in one hour we can reach the beaches of Versilia.

We stayed one week in this beautiful Apartment which is one of 4 in the total villa. Nice country view from the kitchen/ living room and another two bedrooms with 1 double and one single bed.Typical Tuscany moebles and kitchen. Only the entrance is difficult to enter with two steps.
Air conditioned bedrooms with extra charge (10€/day) what is a must in July with constant 36 degrees. Friendly hosts (Italian/Swiss).
The usual Morning dog barking at 6 was a little bit annoying.
Nice pool as usual depending from the other guests (children/teens)
Many cities around (Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Florence)
Overall a good stay.

Ideale Entspannung und Ruhe
Sehr abseits, ruhig, mit vielen Olivenbäumen umgebenes und Aussicht bis nach Florenz gelegenes Objekt. Typisch toskanisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr schöne Poolanlage und Anwesen, alle sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Für uns war das der ideale Urlaub zum Entspannen sowie viel Kultur in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde ich’s nicht empfehlen, es ist sehr abseits gelegen und der Pool nichts für Nichtschwimmer. Idealer Pärchenurlaub bzw. mit jugendlichen Kindern, die gern sich Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen. Danke Agatha und Marco für eure Gastfreundlichkeit !

Agatha & Marco were great hosts and very helpful in printing some forms and tickets for us. Also gave us a sample of their homemade wine and olive oil. Great stay and not very far from Pistoia, (stores, restaurants, church and train to Florence)

What a lovely, clean and super located stay!
Located in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, with the most beautiful Italian cities around you! Great to combine culture (in the morning) with relaxation in the sun by the pool (in the afternoon). Really pleasant hosts! Would definitely recommend!

Absolut traumhaft!
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dem tollen Appartement genossen. Bei der anlage, in der 4 Ferienwohnungen untergebracht sind, handelt es sich um eine Villa aus dem 17. Jh. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool, die Sauberkeit und umfangreiche Ausstattung der Wohnung - besonders in der Küche war alles zu finden, was man brauchte (sogar selbstgemachter Wein der Vermieter als Geschenk :-). Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, denn man hat einen Blick auf Pistoia und die Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!

Traumhafte Aussicht und total nette Gastgeber. Haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt!!
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, da wir im Stau standen und später am Abend ankamen, wollten uns die Gastgeber sogar Abendessen machen. Da wir aber schon Eingekauft hatten, haben wir uns selbst verkostet. Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnungen haben sie vor Ort. Insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten. Am Pool hat jede Wohneinheit seinen eigenen Bereich mit liegen und Sonnenschirm. Vom Pool oder aus der Ferienwohnung, hat man einen Traumhaften Blick bis hin zur Kathedrale von Florenz. Die herzlichen Gastgeber produzieren selber Olivenöl. Muss man unbedingt probiert haben und für zuhause kaufen und mitnehmen. Haben nie ein besseres Olivenöl verkostet und das obwohl wir vor 4 Jahren schon mal in der Toskana waren :) die Gastgeber sprechen italienisch, französisch, englisch, deutsch und schweizerisch. Sollte also eigentlich für jeden eine passende Sprache dabei sein :) wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder…können wir sehr empfehlen!!!

Casa al Sargente is perfectly situated up a quiet winding road on a property with 2000 olive trees, beautiful garden and essential and fabulous pool. Marco and Agatha gave us the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back.

Vacanze immersi nella natura
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso questa splendida villa immersa tra gli ulivi con una vista dalla piscina mozzafiato. Abbiamo utilizzato ogni spazio della villa per aperitivi o cene e i proprietari non ci hanno mai detto nulla, c'è stato anche un bagno notturno in piscina Peccato che non cerano le zanzariere alle finestre e le zanzare ci hanno divorato, assolutamente Autan e zampironi. Vicinissima a Lucca Pisa Montecatini Terme e Firenze, anche le spiagge di Viareggio raggiungibili in un ora.

Très bon accueil, les équipements proposés comme la piscine avec vue sur les oliviers sont très appréciés. Un seul petit bémol pour la petite chambre, des rideaux occultants auraient été apprécié. Merci encore à Agatha et Marco pour leur hospitalité

Das Domizil in einer alten Villa in den Hügeln über Pistoia ist in jeder Hinsicht absolut empfehlenswert und wird für unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Toskana garantiert wieder zum Ziel!
Die Gastgeber Agatha und Marco unglaublich freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und aufdringlich.
Das Haus mit dem traumhaften Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt, in der Wohnung fehlt es inklusive Klimaanlage an nichts.
Dabei ist das Haus mit vier Wohnungen individuell und ruhig zugleich.
Die Ziele in der nördlichen und mittleren Toskana sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Wir sind erfahrene Ferienwohnung-Nutzer. Gastgeber und Haus, als auch die Lage bekommen in jeder Hinsicht 5 Sterne von uns.

Grandiose Lage, circa 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Florenz entfernt.
Freundliche aber unaufdringliche Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage auf einem Berg, toller Pool!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub Anfang Mai sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits und ist nur über eine relativ schmale Straße erreichbar. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt.

We loved this location a few miles outside the fabulous town of Pistoia which has all the architecture, culture, food and amenities with a fraction of the tourists. The villa is beautifully maintained and presented, the pool area has great views over the olive groves, and the owners are lovely.

Gepflegte und freundliche Unterbringung
Die Eigentümer sprechen viele Sprachen und standen unaufdringlich und freundlich für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Pool und die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Etwas mehr Geschirr und gute Messer hätten wir uns gewünscht (aber das ist schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau :)

Traumhafte Tage
Sehr schönes altes, aber saniertes Anwesen. Die letzten 2,5 km zum Anwesen sind nicht so einfach zu fahren, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. In FeWo hat es uns am nichts gefehlt und wenn hat Familie sehr schnell reagiert. Die Besitzer sind sehr lieb und bemüht dass man sich wohlfühlt. Absoluter Höhepunkt ist Pool mit grandioser Aussicht Richtung Florenz. Wir waren im Juni dort und wurden sehr von Moskitos geplagt, also Mückenspray ist in dieser Zeit ein Muss. Da Anwesen abgeschieden liegt, sind die nächsten Supermärkte und Restaurants nur mit Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Toscana und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht! Super liebe Gastgeber. Die Gegend zum Erholen perfekt. Der Pool ein Traum. Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Lotti! Kommen gerne wieder und können alles nur weiter empfehlen. :)

Prachtige locatie en fantastisch appartement
Het appartement was echt geweldig. Prachtig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is precies als op het plaatje. We hebben heerlijk gezwommen in dit privé zwembad het is alleen voor de gasten. Kortom, dit is een plek waar we absoluut nog een keer gaan terugkomen!

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht , dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
Das wunderschöne alte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ganz besonders aufwändig saniert.
Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die antiken Möbel passen wunderbar ins Gesamtbild .
Der Pool ist ein Traum !
Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage mit einer grandiosen Aussicht .
Der nächste Supermarkt ist im 15 min entfernten Pistoia und sehr gut sortiert .
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !
Achtung : Adapter für die Steckdose nicht vergessen ( kann man zur Not bei Familie Lotti leihen ) und beim hochfahren zum Haus vor jeder Kurve hupen . Sonst wird’s schon mal eng :-))

Wunderbar
Der Agriturismo liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch in den Hügeln südlich von Pistoia. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, nachts sieht man die Lichter in der Ebene funkeln. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und zum Teil mit schönen Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Es gibt überall genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei.
Viele interessante Orte sind schnell zu erreichen, auch Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus sind möglich. Ein Navi ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Es gibt vier Appartements in diesem sehr schön restaurierten Anwesen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
