Enjoyable and comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, spa and sauna.

I enjoyed my stay there except for the room that was small to accommodate us.

The place is situated in the right place, transport is very accessible.

The place is very noisy until very late. I struggled to sleep due to the noise. The room was a studio very small for me and the kids. I requested sea facing room but the one I was in was facing the buildings.

The pool was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly especially at reception. Check in was quick.

This apartment really needs an upgrade. The kitchen had an awful smell. Not sure if it was the drains, the sink cupboards, dishwasher or the bottom of the cupboards that are starting to rot. It really wasn't pleasant. And theres cockroaches. The bathroom is terrible. It's really difficult to use the shower. The hand shower can be used on a bracket but water goes all over the place and floors so U forced to use it as a hand shower. The water spout is coming off the wall. Water sprays all over from it. The shower curtain is dirty and needs to be changed. The mirror was filthy.

I was not impressed with so many things but it was not bad.

I liked the fact that they have warm pool inside, even when it is raining, we were still enjoy the pool.

I didn't like when cleaners came early for cleaning, check out time is early and we had to wake up early, but cleaners come hour before time. Durban spar is not clean, toilets have bad smell, and cockroaches in the kitchen . And their staff make noise at night. We have struggled to get the reception on the phone in the morning.

I liked the view from the apartment. I liked the size of the apartment.

I didn't like that they couldn't give us extra door cards because it becomes difficult when kids want to go-to the pool. Cockroaches is a problem. They everywhere in the apartment and the fridge . The stove didn't work properly. Didn't get hot enough. For big apartments you'll must give at least 2 lights during loadshedding. Although there wasn't loadshedding all day we couldn't get access to the Jacuzzi. Their excuse at reception was loadshedding. Aircon in one bedroom was not working.

There was cockroch and on Sunday and Monday they didn't change our bedding and the sheets were very dirty and I think there were bad bites there rooms are dirty I will never go there again

Pleasant

The beautiful view I was given , was able to watch sunset and sunrises..

Bathroom was abit too cramped. I had to wait for over 10min at 2am because there was no security guard and the gates where locked and I couldn't park my car. I had to then call reception for help.

Beautiful room view, beautiful service

I liked the location, facilities, staff, service except the WIFI was a nightmare and i was supposed to work virtually and i coukd not at all it sucked

The WIFI sucks there was no way i could work from the hotel. Not even a mere chat they should try and improve it
