Disappointing

We were moved from our hotel room without being notified because there is an owner coming in the hotel room we were in, the room we were moved to had no hot water...the hotel maintenance guy fixed the gyzer the following morning and it took him hours...so a lot of our leisure time was wasted, from being moved around to waiting for the gyzer to be fixed before we could bath the next day... I don't think you should allocate guests in hotel rooms that will need to be used by owners before the guests day of departure.

The unit was good, clean and homely Staff was very friendly and helpfyl We enjoyed having the ubit that is sea facing

We didn't like the room changing, it delayed us by half a day, waiting to move our luggage etc. The parking is of poor standard, first the garage and then move to the back of the building where we found it hard to get in next to a suv which took up most parking space

overall stay is good

Location is good and close to Water park, and walkable distance to Addington Beach. Cleanliness is also good. overall good

With AC in bed rooms , only one AC in Lounge. Pvt Parking is expensive and coming with extra charge

Great accommodation just proper placement of aircon plus management should look into having 1 In main bedroom

I did not like the fact that there was no free WIFI. I mean in this era and time why cant there be access to free wifi? The voucher that was said to be free was not really worth it. Please be reminded that nowadays technology is advanced and if anything at least include the charge in the accommodation but WE NEED WIFI

The proximity to the beach and Marine World and shopping mall.

The room was not clean. Sticky surfaces. Ingrained dirt on light switches and sockets. Very noisy.

the location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Ushaka and the beach, the view from the room was beautiful

Silver sands 2 is disappointing

The location is beautiful,and the room was nice and big,loved that it had an aircon.

The stuff where slow,lazy and unhelpful,parking is a nightmare.The TV and dstv had issues all the time.Everything is money related.Check in is only at 3 so the whole day is wasted and you need to leave the place neat and clean so I don't understand why the late check in.

Our visitors our priority at all times.

Room set up.

Bathroom should have a door or curtain. At reception we were told our booking was not appearing on the book, instead of being welcome in and told to take a seat whilst checking. We asked to see the manager, the lady who came through was not at all friendly telling us that we should call Booking com for our reservation, concerning arrival time instead of explaining to us that rooms were being cleaned Secure windows at least with a burglar, we have kids. We were given a clamping device, to clamp the car on our own being ladies, when telling them that we were failing, we were told that we never asked for help.
