Untidiness of the exterior of the inn and the doors on the accommodation needing to be decorated

Staff were very friendly and helpful, sorting out a complicated booking problem.
Expensive, but this is Tetbury and opposite a wedding venue!

a proper old traditional looking pub with beautiful stone and beam features and very helpful staff
only issue was access into car park needed resurfacing

A very enjoyable stay. From the time we arrived until we left all the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless and comfortable and the breakfast menu and restaurant had a good choice of food.
There was nothing to dislike.
4.5
The room was spacious and comforting … TV a little small and on an awkward position though … minor detail
The steak in the pub was really tough unfortunately but otherwise lively country pub

Breakfast was good.
Visit was to support our football team. On returning to the Inn at 10.50 pm we wanted a pint before bed. We were told last orders had been called and refused a drink, even though we were residents! Went to our room and the TV did not work! Room was basic staff unfriendly.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and great value for money in a quiet location, from which great adventures begin.
There is nothing not to like.

I really liked it.. the room was massive, warm, clean, nice tea and biscuits. really comfortable great value for money. The pub is an amazing old pub well nice the food was really good. The breakfast was amazing. massive car park
The only thing I would knock about it is the lady on reception I was talking to didn’t come across very friendly and a bit arrogant I thought. The younger bar staff and the breakfast lady was really nice though. other than that really good I would love to stay here again.

Great location for visiting the south Cotswolds. The hotel was just right for us
Only down side was the quality of wifi - connection dropped often. However that wasn't a big deal for us and certainly didn't spoil our stay

very old , could do with a coat of paint but was comfortable for a short stay
quite noisy

We stopped here for 1 night as we were due in Nailsworth early the next day. We arrived late and had a drink in the bar. The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing a good service. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with an en-suite. Plenty of towels were available. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. As we were leaving so early, we didn't have breakfast, but having looked at the menu in the dining room there was plenty of choice. This is a quaint place to stay and clearly there is a lot of history in this building. There is a huge car park at the rear, which is very useful. A great place to stop, I would certainly recommend it.

Location to wedding venue- ideal. Excellent lady at check-in. Breakfast was excellent.
Food service stopped quite early ( we're city folk) plus fire alarms repeatedly going off during the night - not helpful.
But, the positive view is that they do work...

the road was a little noisy at times.
4.5
it was a lovely weekend, the rooms were all warm and comfortable, my mother had the little hobbit room in the corner that had a lot of character. The staff were brilliant and very welcoming, I had forgotten to book a table for the evening meal until the day before arrival and even though we were in the bar the food and service were excellent.
There is not a lot to improve on really, one of the rooms had no shower gel and one had no toilet paper but I am sure these little problems were sorted quickly.
