Micul dejun acceptabil. Amplasarea este buna dar conditia este ca vederea din camera sa nu fie catre un bloc de locuinte sau catre zona in care se construieste.

Personalul hotelului foarte plictisit si arogant. Am primit o camera foarte mica avand vederea catre o zona in care se construia si din acest motiv am solicitat schimbarea camerei in speranta ca o sa primim una mai buna avand in vedere si pretul destul de piperat dar am primit una si mai mica si mai intunecata iar in acest caz am renuntat de a mai solicita o alta schimbare de teama a nu primi una si mai proasta - se pare ca la ei schimbarea camerei nu este cu una mai buna… Recomand mare atentie la rezervare. NU RECOMAND aceasta locatie decat in consitiile in care clientul este cu adevarat apreciat si respectat.

Beautiful and quiet hotel with great breakfast

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Despite being near the train station it is very quiet. Attentive and welcoming staff who changed my room immediately upon request (one of the lights in bathroom was flickering and I have epilepsy). Fantastic breakfast, great selection and quality of food. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom. I have only positive things to say.

Fin beliggenhet ved elven. Solrikt stort rom, med rene flater over det hele. Stort og rent bad. God frokost med mye å velge i. Rask innsjekk og utsjekk. Hyggelige ansatte.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, beautiful lobby area where it is possible to hang out, with a bar and everything. Right next to the train station.

It was pleasant.

I liked the modern finish of the hotel. Everything was very clean. My children and I loved the breakfast buffet and woke up looking forward to it each morning. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

The family room was too small with barely enough room to manoeuvre around the beds. The open wardrobe is not ideal and makes the room messy. The half glass shower screen floods the bathroom floor when the shower is on. I couldn’t find a phone to ring reception but that could be just me not looking hard enough. Would be nice to have a safe in the room, or a kettle or a mini fridge. Very basic room.

Parking. We knew it wasn’t included. however the garage was blocks away. Once there it was impossible to work the auto ticket machine with no English instruction. Once figured out my card wasn’t accepted as a pin code was required. American Credit cards don’t have pins! so I never paid. Turns out weekends were free. hotel didn’t tell us that! They also started to mention their “green initiative.” Politics should be kept out of hotel stays.
