We were very excited about our stay at this vacation home, but unfortunately, we ran into several issues.
In the game room, there were no darts for the dart board, and the foosball table had a broken player, which we had to fix ourselves in order to play. The ping pong table was fun, but it only had two good paddles. The arcade machine, as shown in the booking photos, didn't work at all.
The main bathroom had a clogged shower drain filled with hair and debris, which we had to clean out ourselves before using it. Additionally, the bedrooms had sand in the beds, presumably from a previous visit to the beach.
On the positive side, the house itself was pretty and we slept comfortably. We were also provided with plenty of house utilities and kitchen supplies.
Overall, while the house had its charms and conveniences, it's unfortunate that we had to deal with these problems. We hope the management can address these issues for future guests.

The neighbor literally waited for it to be 10 pm to then tell us we had to get out of the hot tub no matter how quiet we were. She sat on the porch waiting every night to tell us and the other house on the other side that it was 10 pm and quiet time. Really rude and irritating. Bummer because the property was great and we really want to stay again but the neighbor really was a downer

We loved the space we each had for privacy and the view was beautiful. Please make sure to tell people that there are stairs leading up to the front door for those with mobility issues / disabilities

We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access to the beach. Thank you for a nice stay.

We'll maintained and organized with plenty of games and fun things to make our stay memorable. Loved the experience and house. Highly recommend.

The house was clean and laid out in a way that allowed the kids to have their own space. The games and hot tub were a nice way to spend the day. Just a short walk to a very nice beach and quiet neighborhood. Easily fit our 2 families and it was great we could bring the dogs. Loved the porch for fresh air and relaxing. As soon as we got home my kids asked when we could go again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location with decent access to the beach. We had napping age kids there and it was easy enough to stay quieter for them to sleep. House was very nice. Downstairs area was a good hang out.

We loved watching the waves and being so close to the ocean! We even had a tiny winter storm (it was fun). The kitchen is well stocked with herbs, spices and cookware. I look forward to returning with my family again.

The house is comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the game room and ping pong. It’s close to the beach (although the access path is a little rough) and has lovely ocean views. The only downside was the neighbor. There are signs posted everywhere that make you feel like you have to walk on eggshells. When we were out in the hot tub with our kiddos she was glaring at us. Our dog slipped out the door once and went a few feet into her yard before we could call her back and the neighbor lectured us for 5 minutes. Unless they put up a fence we probably won’t come back because of this.

So much potential! Perfect size for a family get away. Extremely short walk to the beach. Had all the necessary utensils/pots/pans for cooking.
BUT not only does it some attention/upkeep, but it didn’t appear to have been cleaned previous to us arriving. Oven was GROSS, human hair all over one of the bed sheets (mass amounts), moldy/mildewy shower curtain, sand all over the bedroom floor, tons of sand in the hot tub, inches of dust on the head boards, etc. If we’re paying large cleaning fees, clean the houses.

The house was smaller than it looked in the pictures but it fit our family of 9. There were plenty of rooms and beds. My kids loved the extra activities in the house (table tennis, arcade game). The view was nice. You could see the beach from many different areas. The hot tub was a bonus! Walking distance to the beach and casino.

Great location! The house was overall clean, just saw some things that could have been slightly better. Management was super easy to get ahold of and always got back to us.

The place itself was nice. A little disappointed that the hot tub did not work. I contacted the trip manager twice but they sent no one out to look at it. One major reason we picked this place. Otherwise location was nice.

Cute place with a great location! The house itself is not kept up very well and needs to be updated. The
Foos ball table is taking apart. The dart board needs to be replaced…darts won’t stick into it. There is rust on the exterior of the house all over the place. The hot tub didn’t work. The towels have been over used and need to be replaced. There is a bucket attached to the chimney with a note saying that if the flashing around the chimney starts leaking again, use this bucket. Why wouldn’t you just fix the flashing on the roof instead of allowing water to run down your ceiling and have your tenants tend to it with a bucket???
10am check-out time is ridiculous…12pm would be better, especially with a 4pm check-in time.

Property was not clean. Beds were made with dirty sheets. Beds had left over laundry from prior guests made up in the beds.

We stayed at this house two years ago, and the improvements since then are many. It's clear that the owner cares about this property and a lot of needed upkeep has been done. We had such a relaxing stay and would love to return in a future year for our annual trek from Utah to visit my parents. Thank you!

We loved the open living room / kitchen, it was great for a family beach trip. The short walk to the beach was very nice, although the road / path to get to the beach was a bit steep if carrying a bunch of stuff.
The layout of the house was nice, with the downstairs the kids could play in their own area, and the door to the hallway was perfect for keeping the noise down when people went to bed.
The table was large with plenty of seating for games and food, and the counter space was sufficient for cooking and serving.
The house was pretty clean. There was just a few little things here and there like a popsicle stick left behind, and some crumbs on the counter. Some dog hair left behind on furniture, but overall it wasn't bad. Some of the dishes had a bit of soap residue that needed to be re-cleaned.
The bathrooms, beds, fridge, table, chairs and floors were clean.
We didn't check out the hottub, so I can't speak for that.
PROS: The open design of the living room / kitchen was perfect for a family trip. Plenty of seating for everyone and a large table for board games. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the extra space in the kitchen cabinets for food / storage was appreciated. The downstairs area was great for the kids to play in, and the pac-man arcade was a big hit. The garage was very large with ample room for parking. There was enough space around the home to store all of our things without being too cluttered.
CONS: The towels could use some love, they were getting pretty thin and a little stained. The hot water didn't hold up well for us when taking showers / running the washing machine. We had to space out who took showers when so there would be enough hot water. The overall lighting in the home could use some improvements, the living room / kitchen area really dark at night. Even just swapping to some LED's might make all the difference.

The house had alot of room and the game room was great! The house definitely needs some upkeep and the hot tub needs cleaned there was sand and hair in it. We also had to wash our own sheets due to there being sand in them. I assume they were never changed.

Beautiful home with a game room and ping pong table in the garage! We had a wonderful time playing the games and just being together! Beautiful open kitchen. Nice to be able to cook and still visit with everyone. Walking distance to wonderful beach! The dogs had a great time too!

The location was perfect. Super close to beach access. The common living areas had beautiful finishes especially in the kitchen. The ocean views from the kitchen (adequately equipped), dining room and far living room were unexpected. That was lovely. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread everyone out between the two families. The only disappointment was the Pacman video game was completely non-functional. Honestly the game room and video game were a big reason we chose this home. Hot tub was working perfectly and we loved the property had beach towels for us to use. Recommendations to property: A full size broom would be great to have. It is getting time to freshen up some paint and trim in spots inside but overall was a good fit and a very pleasant stay.

Despite the wild stormy weather and crazy wind gusts that made us avoid using the upstairs door (it only latches when locked and the lock is tricky) we had a warm, cozy stay for the weekend! My teen son was a little disappointed about the arcade game not working, but he fished a bunch of dart parts out from underneath it and managed to put enough of them back together to be able to play darts, which made him happy. :)
We really appreciated how scrupulously clean everything was.

The house was stocked with lots of amenities that made our stay even more relaxing.

Great vacation rental. Everything was pretty clean, nice location close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook. There was a couple things that seemed like they needed updating in the house. The front door knob wouldn't close unless the door was locked. The packman game that we were looking forward to didn't work. None of the darts had any fletchings on them so we couldn't play darts. We did run out of laundry soap before we left. But other than these few things everything was great!

The property was clean and had all Amenities. It is very large and close to the beach. The reason I didn’t give you a better rating was that the yard wasn’t Maintained. The yard was completely over grown with waist high weeds. I would certainly stay there again but it worth the money. Spend the money and clean it up. Housekeeping staff did a exceptional job on the interior.

Nice place. Video game was fun. Master suite was nice. Nice kitchen. Ok view. Hot tub was clean and hot. Nice having long garage for housing a vehicle. Yard overgrown. Plenty of towels and bedding. Washer and dryer nice to have. Very expensive for the property but that’s probably just the way it is now.

Trip
The house and location was nice the house it self was a not very clean but it is not that big of a problem. The neighbors however to the left of the house are very rude we would use the jacuzzi and we would turn off the bubbles and everything and would make sure to be quite as to not to disturb them and yet they were still very rude.
