It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay, comfortable beds and enough space to chill out. Kitchen was well equipped. Very clean and the perfect location for walking into York

It was such a modern an clean apartment, spacious with a big window looking out onto the river! It was 5 minute walk to The Shambles and the centre. 100% staying here again on our next visit

Superb

Lovely and clean. Everything you need for a short stay, we stayed two night. Good kitchen with Everything you would need to cook a meal. Bed was comfy. Lovely view of the river outside, nice a peaceful. I would definitely use this apartment again.

It was a tiny bit out of the way but once we had worked out the short cuts and all the little back streets it was fine.

Lovely weekend away

Quirky little apartment. Very clean, it has everything in it that you may need. So lovely that a bottle of red wine left for when we arrived. I went with a friend and the couch converted into a double bed. Such a lovely place and would definitely recommend. Lovely quiet area didn’t hear any noise from any other apartments. Very central too.

A lovely stay in the heart of York

We loved the location and the decor. It was a beautiful area and so nicely finished. The bottle of wine was a really nice touch, though we don’t drink. It was very quiet and we felt really safe. Netflix and wifi were a huge bonus. The shower was lovely too.

It was very hot. We couldn’t sleep under the blankets. The fan wasn’t really effective. We couldn’t open the windows wide as there were a few pigeons desperate to try out the accommodation too haha! A small bottle of shampoo/body wash or some milk would have been nicer for us personally, rather than the wine.

Great views of the canal, quite and relaxing place.

I loved the quite location, it's near the city centre. The property indeed exceed our expections. I strongly recommend it, hopefully we will go back next year.

Amazing place and location

The apartment was really clean and pleasant. With great simple decor but still felt cosy. Had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the main areas of the city. Would definitely recommend here to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay

Comfy room, within walking distance of city centre

It was a lovely room, with good facilities in a very secure building. It looks straight out onto the river, which was lovely and (though the geese are loud) for the most part it was very quiet. Both beds were very comfortable.

If approaching from the footbridge via Garden Place, it is very dark, especially if you're on your own. One night, I could clearly hear the people upstairs moving about at night, which could disturb a lighter sleeper, but didn't bother me much.

Great Apartment, great location, helpful host!

Really well equipped and decorated. Great options with the smart TV and the Super Nintendo games. Kitchen and bathroom very clean and well presented. Location was great and close proximity to a secure car park. Also some one on hand to message with any issues, they fixed a minor issue with hot water in no time at all.

Bit confusing to find right door to building but only took couple of minutes really, nothing major.
