Charming barn in Stoke-by-Nayland
We had a wonderful stay at Rose Barn this winter. It was warm and cosy, specially with the wood burner on! It is well equipped, clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend! We would love to be back in the summer when the pool is open.

Family reunion at Court & Rose Barns
We were travelling from the USA to visit family and friends in the Constable Country area, and couldn’t have wished for a better venue. The location is idyllic and the facilities with pool, tennis courts and spacious entertaining areas made for a perfect holiday. We would highly recommend and would look to stay here in the future.

A romantic honeymoon
What can we say about our stay at Rose Barn, apart from it was the most romantic and wonderful start to our honeymoon celebrations.
Beautifully presented in a stunning location with amazing hosts.
Rose Barn was so comfortable, well equipped and quaint. We felt so relaxed during our stay. Set in beautiful grounds surrounded by roses and a wealth of great facilities. A perfect place to unwind and soak up the atmosphere. We would recommend this Suffolk gem to all. We can’t wait to stay again to celebrate our first anniversary!!!

Comfortable stay at the Barn
Lovely location. Rather strange with open mezzanine bedrooms. Quirky. Well appointed in the main living area.
The company should seriously consider providing a good food welcome pack which is pretty standard with other cottage rental firms. The kitchen and bedrooms are looking a little faded. The bedroom window had a large cracked pane. The owners were very welcoming.

Beautiful Barn
We loved this beautiful barn it’s very spacious with vaulted ceilings two bedrooms up spiral stairs either end of the barn. The bed is very comfortable. Downstairs either end are two shower rooms with the second one being new and we had amazing lovely hot showers beautifully decorated. The barn had everything you could wish for super comfy sofas with large tv, log burner, plenty of music to play on the CD player, games and a beautiful library area with so many bookshelves and books and a lovely comfy chair. Kitchen area has plenty of utensils a washing machine, fridge only thing that would improve it is could do with more space for food but it’s a really good size we cooked a curry and roast dinner. The views outside are lovely. We didn’t use the swimming pool as wrong season but it looked lovely along with the tennis court. We have all ready booked to return a further two times. We came home completely relaxed and can’t wait to return. Izzy our Labrador settled in very quickly and loved running around the field which is just through the gate.

Authentic Suffolk barn
This is comfortable accommodation in a wonderful location on the edge of Dedham Vale. Lovely walks in the area and not far from the coast.

Barn of great character
The barn was absolutely stunning and the associated outside space, gardens and facilities were excellent. The hosts were very welcoming and any maintenance items were dealt with efficiently by a delightful gentleman who was also a great source of information about the surrounding area. If we had a criticism, we felt the kitchen and shower room would both benefit from an upgrade/redesign. However we had a great week in the barn and would happily recommend it to friends. We really enjoyed the local area too.

Pretty Rose Barn
Generally Rose Barn was fine with very good furnishings - but we stayed in the very hot weather and lack of air circulation and ventilation made sleeping in the eves of the roof (barn conversion) very difficult..
Would advise that elderly people do not stay - the spiral staircases are narrow and difficult to manage, especially in the night.
