Exactly what I paid for 1st night, spoke to the owner who is a character to say the very least. Ended up booking bigger room for the rest of my stay with more people, Peter really does go above and beyond to make sure your stay is what you need. Highly recommended!!
Bring your own shampoo as the complimentary wasn't to my liking, but I am fussy.
Anything that i thought I didn't like was promptly sorted with the owner.

It was a good size, clean and central, location.
Only thing I can think of would be a mirror above the couch would be useful for drying hair etc.

The unit I stayed in was compact but had everything I needed including a microwave and crockery. The owner was very friendly and came to meet me when I parked up to show me where I was staying.
It was clean, had good facilities and was comfortable.
I would definitely stay again

Amazing experience with this property. Staff is so helpful n friendly. Rooms are very clean n nicely equipped. The best part is that it's close to most of the place. This place is in the heart of the city

Very little to be honest apart from the price.
The owner is a decent guy
Cramped horrible room. All the building work going on in other buildings which gave the place a really awful look.
Someone getting in to the hotel at 2am to pick a fight with a resident

Host Pete was great and couldn't help us enough

Handy location , easy to find ( opposite Aldi ). As a retired lorry driver I was perfectly happy to sleep in a lorry. Only being there at night I just needed a bed, a shower and a toilet. For fifty pounds a night it was all I needed.
Not a problem with myself but some people require more space and may have wanted a third room to relax in. That being said Peter showed me the work now taking place with the hotel buildings. Before long there will be plenty of multi room accommodation available and it will be really tip top.

Rooms were excellent, very comfortable and clean. Communication was great with clear instructions on how to gain access to the rooms. Cannot fault The Townhouse. Highly recommended
Nothing really, everything was spot on

Peter was lovely, friendly and chatty, I got the impression nothing would be too much trouble. Late check in accommodated no problems. I think I got the last available room so probably the smallest, it was clean, comfortable and still had everything in it I needed. Thank you

Nothing.

The kitchenette in the room was a lovely touch, especially as it had a fridge, being a mum with two children I had travelled with some snacks that the girls like and some required to be refrigerated
The bathroom was a little small, the shower itself was very spacious but the remainder of the bathroom there wasn’t much room to move around in

The room was small and comfortable. Comfy beds and pillows. Everything you needed was there. Clear instructions for arrival. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to return and would recommend .
The only thing I could say. Is need to get better coffee. 😩.

I was taught that if you have nothing nice to say, keep quiet.
Appearance - standard of accommodation - Not a Hotel / guesthouse, its is a "house of multiple occupation" students, itinerant workers etc.

There was no breakfast (intimated in advance). Adequacy of room though small. Comfortable bed.
No advance intimation that canopy above access door was above a side door. That was obvious when I looked round the side later but from where I parked the side was not visible and I went naturally to the front door which was immediately obvious to me from my parking place though I found it did not allow entry. A phone call clarified the difficulty.

Good location, friendly proprietor, cheap accommodation, but nothing more.
The room was in need of a good clean, carpets, walls, bathroom all a bit dirty, though bedding was OK. A very tired room.
The room was cold and a bit damp on arrival, though turning the heating on before going out for dinner did get a bit of heat into it, but not the en-suite bathroom unfortunately, getting showered reminded me of student days.
