Fantastisk personal. Bra frukost. Älskar deras sängar och att det är så smidigt att ändra temperatur till precis den man vill ha i rummet (jag vill ha kallt när jag sover). Gillar lounge området och att det alltid finns kaffe frukt och snacks tillgängligt.

Low value for money

Breakfast was quite good, and the location is the best, if you want to stay near the train station and within convenient walking or transport accessibility from popular attractions.

The room's windows overlooked the lobby. I'd never seen anything like this before, and they don't inform you about it when you book. This room should actually be listed as a windowless room, since you had to keep the curtains closed to avoid being seen by people eating breakfast or sitting in the lobby. Other guests with similar rooms also kept their curtains drawn, which I completely understand. The hotel should notify guests about this feature and reduce the price for these rooms accordingly. We had requested a room with a double bed, but this was not provided. We pushed the beds together ourselves, but during cleaning, they were moved apart again. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, yet I received no acknowledgment from the hotel. I often travel on my birthday, and in most chain hotels, I usually receive at least a slice of cake and a greeting, sometimes even champagne. It was disappointing that a well-known hotel chain didn't acknowledge my birthday in any way.

Absolutely loved it

Absolutely outstanding. Centrally located. A 2 minutes walk to the train/ bus station. Easy access to trams and public transport. Extremely friendly staff. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The restaurant had lots of choices with great dining. and the breakfast was excellent.

It was a decent stay, nice location. I kinda expected more as I’ve had a better experience at Radisson Blu elsewhere. ve

The location and the interior of the lobby and dining area are very nice. Restaurants, grocery stores etc are right by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not noisy outside nor inside the hotel. There’s a parking lot.

Not a complaint but the breakfast buffet could’ve been better. E.g the fruits were bland and the croissant and bread were kinda stale and boring. The view from the bedroom faced another building. We were only two guests but somehow the couch was out with bedding on. The shampoo and conditioner felt like it was bad quality as my hair become more frizzy after using it. I’m surprised the hotel didn’t provide q-tips, toothbrush and tooth paste (and slippers).

Great location, rooms were nice and big.

There is a dj on a Friday night so the bar turns in to a club. Music does go down after 10pm, but if staying on a Friday and if you don’t want to join the bar fun, make sure you have a city view room

Lage & Preis-/Leistung erneut Grund für Buchung. Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert. Personal freundlich.

Die Lage ist wie immer gut. Auch der Flughafenbus hält nicht weit vom Hotel.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte weitere Renovierungen vertragen. Mein Zimmer schien renoviert, aber die Seifenspender in der Dusche waren schon wieder lose und wurden nur hingestellt. Nebenan wurde gearbeitet, so dass man einmal im Kreis gehen musste um zum Zimmer zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, aber Tetrapakei war mir etwas zu flüssig. Ansonsten ist die Auswahl schon recht üppig. Wie immer schien das Hotel bei Amerikanern beliebt zu sein und es war ausgebucht. Leider sind die Behältnisse in denen Frühstück serviert sind auch nicht so ausgestattet, dass das Essen wirklich warm bleibt. So ist es eher lauwarm.

Stort og fint rom. Flott hotell som ligger sentralt til.

Vi bestilte gjennom booking.com og hadde krysset av for frokost inkludert. Tenkte dessverre ikke på dette før bestillingen var i boks, for da så vi at det ikke var inkludert. Vi betalte ca 800 kr ekstra for fint hotell, men så viste det seg at vi måtte betale ca 1000 kr til for frokost to dager.. Og det var dårlig utvalg i egentlig alt av pålegg der kl 08.30, så det ble frokost kun en dag der. Sånn sett altfor dyrt i forhold til alle andre hoteller vi har vært på i Gøteborg.

Great choice for a city hotel

Location was very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also located very near the Central Station. The staff at check-in was very helpful and as we requested to have the 2 rooms on the same floor, he gave us an upgrade to a junior suite (for one of the room) which was very big and comfortable.

SUPERBRA om man får rätt rum rätt dag och varm frukost!

Perfekt läge nära järnvägsstationen. Fina rymliga rum, jätteskön säng, många tv-kanaler Bra frukost, inte jättestor men tillräcklig. Tyvärr bara ljummen äggröra, bacon, korv.

Vi fick ett rum på 4:e våningen med fönster mot restaurangen. Vid åtta-tiden var det ett h-vetes oväsen från AW där nere. TVn hördes inte! Omtänksam personal erbjöd oss nytt rum på samma våning med utsikt mot järnvägsstationen istället. Där var det himmelskts lugnt. Vi tackar personalen för en lugn kväll och god natt. Undrar om det är så varje kväll/fredag?

Magnífico sitio, limpieza habitación mejorable.

Desayuno completísimo y excelente. Diseño vanguardista y bien aprovechado. La recepcionista nos dió una habitación en el 5 piso, con hermosas vistas hacia la estación central.

La limpieza de la habitación consistió en estirar el edredón de mala manera. No hubo una limpieza adecuada. Además había moho en la ducha, señal de que no se limpia a menudo. La TV no es Smart TV, solo permite conectar un Chromecast (si lo hubieran descrito, lo podríamos haber traído). Hoy en día cualquier hotel lo tiene.

Hur service/lösnings inriktad personalen var.

Jag hade beställt spjälsäng och reste ensam med två barn. Jag hade ringt vid två tillfällen innan för att bekräfta att allt är klart när vi anländer då mina barn sover tidigt. När vi kom fram fanns ingen spjälsäng på rummet trots detta, och ingen fungerande telefon på rummet. Jag fick springa upp och ner flera gången med två små barn på grund av detta och telefonen var nedstänkt med något kladdigt material som fastnat i hela mitt hår. Vi fick hjälp med nytt rum av Genna i receptionen som även gav mig produkter för att rengöra håret och snabbt få upp spjälsäng till rummet. Hon gjorde så att en obehaglig/obekväm situation blev till något bra. Fem stjärnor till personalen! På grund av den hjälpsamma personalen så blev vistelsen ändå bra.

Breakfast was great. Excellent variety. Although the booking price did not include breakfast but the hotel didn't charge us for the cost. Hotel is 2 minutes walk from central station and 2 minutes walk from city center and restaurants.
