Conveniently located at GBG station. Comfy room, good breakfast, but could use some renovations.

Location is one of the best in Gothenburg, it being situated at the train station. For me travelling in from Stockholm it was really convenient, and there are lots of shops and cafes etc at the station. Breakfast was very good, with a typical breakfast buffet and lots of seating. Comfort wise it was fine. It is not the newest hotel and does need some renovations and upgrades in the rooms, but overall I felt that the room was comfy enough. The gym is quite a unique experience because it is directly above/ in front of the train tracks so you get a view down onto the trains from the treadmill. It's a smallish gym but had enough weights and machines to have a good workout.

The sauna is only open from late afternoon which was a shame because I couldn't use it. I would prefer if it was open in the mornings or daytime.

Rum Deluxe, mitt favoritrum. Härlig utsikt från fönstret, tyst, rent och rummet har allt du behöver. Toalettartiklar, minibar, vattenkokare, skrivbord, smart TV så du kan koppla din telefon mot Tvn. Bra säng med härliga kuddar. Vaknade utvilad. Mycket bra frukost, äggröran är fantastiskt god. Profesionell och trevlig personal. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel mit großzügigen, modern eingerichteten Zimmern und grandiosem Ausblick über die Stadt.

Die Lage war super, wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Zwar liegt das Hotel in einem Bahnhof, davon haben wir im Zimmer aber so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Das Zimmer in der 7. Etage war riesig, modern eingerichtet und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht herausragend.

Leider hat unser Sohn gleich am ersten Abend ins Bett gebrochen. Zwar wurde uns direkt frische Bettwäsche gebracht, die schmutzige aber nie abgeholt. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass beim Frühstück zu wenig Personal zur Verfügung stand, das das benutzte Geschirr von den Tischen räumt.

Convenient location

Very convenient location, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly.

The first room we were assigned was not cleaned from the previous guests, we were given a new room after a short wait. Our room was dated (just looked old) with creepy artwork. We did see a sign that many rooms are getting updated.

Hotel im Bahnhof mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt im Bahnhof und hat somit eine sehr zentrale Lage. Vom Zug ausgestiegen ist man fast direkt im Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, frisch und lässt kaum Wünsche offen...auch vegane und glutenfreie Alternativen sind vorhanden. Im Bad gibt es Produkte von Rituals. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine sehr bequemes Bett. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sehr sauber.

Leider kann man keines der Fenster öffnen, ich vermute zur Lärmminderung durch den Bahnhof. Ich hätte es über Nacht gern mal an gekippt zur Zirkulation. Klimaanlage/Regulation gab es aber und hat halbwegs gut funktioniert. Ich hatte eine Couch im Zimmer, das ist toll. Leider hatte sie aber einige diffuse Flecken, welche man bestimmt hätte reinigen können.

El peor personal que me he encontrado en años viajando

Horrible el trato del personal. Por error hice una reserva para una persona en habitación familiar y éramos 2 adultos y un bebé . Hice la reserva una hora antes de llegar, me di cuenta y se los dije para modificar la reserva y me cobraron 110 euros extra, cuando en Booking eran solo 20 euros extra. Les pedí cancelar y hacerla por Booking y de malas formas me dijeron que si cancelaba era no reembolsable . Un trato horrible y déspota , no lo recomiendo ni volveré nunca

Very nice stay for a couple days or more. Really enjoyed it

The bed is extremely comfortable Bedroom was big and enough for 2people and maybe even 3 Breakfast had a wide variety (typical breakfast buffet in Scandinavia hotels) Staff is friendly and quick to answer when needed

We didn’t have any shampoo nor conditioner when we arrived. We had to go ask at the reception The walls in the room were stained from luggage’s and so on. Would say it needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Citytrip

Super Frühstück, es hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Alles war sehr sauber. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und vis a vis hat es ein grosses Einkaufszentrum. Der Busbahnhof (zum Beispiel mit Flyingbus direkt vom Flughafen) ist gerade nebenan. Sehr komfortables Hotel und ganz freundliches Personal.

Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Unser Zimmer hatte Sicht auf den Innenhof (Busbahnhof). Aber es war ruhig.

Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen.

Das Hotel liegt quasi in dem wunderschönen Bahnhof von Göteborg. Die beiden Gebäude sind architektonisch sehr gut miteinander verbunden. Beim Frühstück konnten wir aus dem Fenster in das Bahnhofgelände schauen. Vom Hotel aus kann man ohne Probleme zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen.

Es war enorm schwierig mit dem Auto das Hotel zu erreichen, da überall Baustellen waren. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption ein Parkhaus genannt bekommen. Der Hinweis auf dieses Parkhaus sollte auf der Webseite stehen, damit man nicht unnötig suchen muss.

Good hotel but could use renovations to look more like a four stars hotel

The location is very practical, on top of the train station, close to tram,bus,taxi. In the room you don't t hear the noise of the train station. The staff was friendly and the room and the hotel in general very clean. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice.

The room could use a bit of renovations, the ground was quite damaged and the paint looks old. No need to take a room with a view. The window was dirty and the view is on the parking, a lot of cranes in the horizon, so no great view. No fridge in the room and the hairdryer is kind of a travelling size.

During the morning, around 8:30, while we were sleeping, the cleaning service entered into the room. After that, despite us putting the "go ahead" sign on the door, the room remained uncleaned for the rest of the day.
