Really enjoyed our stay. Delicious evening meal and good breakfast. Spa facilities good.
A little dissappointed to be told that we all had to eat off the same evening menu (all had to eat from main menu and could not choose individually to use set menu or main menu).
Outside Jacuzzi a little cold.

We have stayed at Cadbury House before but this was the best. The whole place has had a maintenance makeover - the rooms, reception, swimming pool, everything was topnotch. Beds are so comfortable, MPW restaurant À la carte menu is extensive and great, bar cocktails wonderful (we had several), and breakfast in the garden roof with conservatory roof rolled back was lovely - oh the 12-year-old used the new pancake machine and managed three different toppings on her choice. Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered us from before!
Well if I had to be picky the noise from the dustcart, laundry van and fresh vegetable deliveries at 8am but to be honest just snuggled down and went back to sleep...

Grounds was really nice
The room was very small for 4 people, reception staff not helpful, mould on bread at breakfast, the wheel on my suitcase broke on the way down to check out asked reception if they had glue was told they couldn’t help! See someone from maintenance who went to get glue and helped straight away

Location, the staff, the grounds, the facilities. Breakfast was good.
The room was not as good and comfortable as I expected. The dinner was, in my opinion, over priced. I wouldn't recommend Marco.

Beautiful hotel close to Bristol airport. Great price.
Our meal wasn’t quite as excellent as expected - the meat was tough. The restaurant staff, who were very professional and helpful, were aware of this from other customers.

Beautiful surroundings.
The room was clean and modern.
Breakfast was 10 out of 10 all needs catered for.
There was not an opening window in my room, so no fresh air. the was air con but this plays havoc with my sinuses, so my sleeping experience was terrible.
The shower head broke off the shower, so I was therefore showering under a powerful pouring tap/hose. I did report this approx. 7pm before I had dinner but it was still like if when I returned to my room later that evening. So in the morning I had another terrible shower.

Front desk/room service did not answer frequently. Need better hair dryers.

Staff were very polite, check in was smooth. Our room was ready, very clean and comfortable and good size towels in the bathroom.
The WiFi was very poor in our room, best place was the bar.

Stayed here with a group of friends on a short tour of the west country. Overall we found this a reasonable overnight stay. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were engaging and friendly. We ate in the Bardolino restaurant in the evening, which is actually in the health club a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast was up to standard too, so all good there too.
The hotel was a little disjointed.. our rooms could only be accessed from the lobby/bar/restaurant area by quite a walk and 2 lifts.. or by going outside and along.. be advised if you have some mobility problems.
But the big issue which caused us to be grumpy was the £7.50 parking charge for each motorbike.. yep.. each bike, same as a big car.. so we had 4 bikes in a bay next to a single Range Rover.. we pay £30 for a parking space, they pay £7.50... should we have moved each of our bikes into individual bays..? we aren't so mean.. bad show.

Superb breakfast and friendly staff.
Parking charges are steep as it's all on-site in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were good quality but smaller than expected - okay for a short stay.

Die Dusche war merkwürdig. Es war eine Wanne, aber es lief aus. Zum TV fehlte eine Fernbedienung. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

The setting is beautiful, we ate at bardillinos and the food was gorgeous, best pizza 😍…. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond ,pool facilities were lovley but the steam was out of use for our visit, the bar was really cool and had a good vibe too,
There were room service trays lefts in the corridors and on window seals in the corridors to the rooms with open food surrounded by flys and it was there for our whole duration of our stay - we stay from checkin 4pm until 11 am checkout next day and they were left there to rot, really let the hotel down as the rest was lovely, rooms were comfortable and clean, also who came up with the room signs - thought the single could be better we got lost quite a few times

Room was large and very clean.
Water pressure excellent - made for a very quick bath for the kids!
Food at breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice.
Swim facilities really nice, but if you are travelling with children, note the last entry time is 6pm and they have to be out by 7pm
The thing that massively lets this hotel down is the parking.
Parking is £7.50 per vehicle, per night. We didn't realise this and due to my husband travelling separately to meet us there, it became £15 per night for us, which was very expensive. Especially considering this is an out of city hotel!
Also, BE WARNED. I personally had a dreadful experience with the charges. I paid the parking for the 2 nights at the hotel desk, and have since received 2 separate parking tickets from a company called Britannia since returning home. They are external to the hotel, yet you have to pay the hotel for the parking - clearly there is a serious breakdown in the process between the hotel and the parking company. I have since spent hours trying to sort out these charges and the hotel want nothing to do with it shrugging it off as an external company who handle the parking. It's an expensive hotel to start and I paid the parking charge correctly, yet all I have had is hassle post my stay. Unfortunately, this has massively let the whole experience down for me as the rest of the facilities and hotel itself are amazing.

Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. Rooms big and very comfortable. Staff couldn’t help enough. Very relaxing.
To get to the room was a bit of a faff - lift to the wrong level then walk around then down a flight of steps. Only stayed one night so got lost a couple of times.

Fabulous room and facilities, especially MVP location.
Having spent several hours watching the 'cow' from our fabulous view a note to explain its a life size cow would be useful 😂🤣😂
Nothing I didn't like.

The swimming pool is always a welcome way to relax after our drive. It takes about 15 minutes to the airport which is great for early flights. It has a good steakhouse on site.
The pool is now colder than it used to be, BS about the environment does not wash in this context.

Having to pay for parking wasn't ideal but we understand why.
