Everything they were lovely room was perfect, it’s a bit of a maze to find your way but that was probably just me lol
Trying to find my way around lol

Location and it was a clean room , luckily we had one of the updated rooms
Breakfast wasn’t nice , no air conditioning, no water in the room . At the price for one night could at least include the price for parking . And you don’t have Wi-Fi just at the reception area

Two single beds pushed together to make kind size was a bit uncomfortable due to beds coming apart now and again

Stayed in the refurbished room. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly, polite and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely, nice cooked food available hash browns, beans and scrambled or fried eggs. The beds were very comfortable and had a spacious clean room. Great location as the hotel was very near to the beach around a 5 minute walk.
When we arrived there was no parking on-site rang reception and was advised to park in another large car park associated with the hotel- for 24 hours the parking charge was £10

Nothing
The staff were racist and very rude

Location is good but on a hill so those with mobility issues consider this if you are out and about but the hotel itself does cater for this. Close to amenities the harbour, cheap to get a taxi if needed. Breakfast good value compared to other places we went to. WiFi in central areas OK but not in room. Was an OK place for what we needed but would look elsewhere in the future.
Room could do with updating, water stain on ceiling, shower rail needs to be sorted. Didn't realise there was such a hill so might have chosen a different hotel if I,'d realised but it was very close to the venue we were attending. WiFi in room not so good, a bit of a necessity in this day and age. Get the lift people out as not known such a slow lift in a long time and where did the stairs go on floor 4!@!

Where else can you get a sports bar and large cabaret room with entertainment included with your stay. Room was comfortable but compact. Good breakfast and staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking.
. Amount of stairs to South wing bedrooms. Bathroom good facilities but cramped for space. Poor reception on tv

Very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent for the price and staff were excellent.
Bed was too soft for my liking and I didn't have a good night's sleep.

Stsff friendly and helpful hotel clean
In a very dated room but hotel is being refurbished throughout although for the price I would have expected to be in a room that had been refurbished. I cut my foot on the tiles in the bathroom as they were cracked and the grout was no longer in them

The breakfast was very good, food was great, but we had finished eating before we were offered any tea or coffee which was a bit annoying as we had to wait to be served this and couldnt help ourselves.
Show bar was great. OK entertainment, rooms were tidy anc clean and staff were great. Would definitely come back for another stay
Not much to complain about
