We've enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's nice, quiet, clean and green. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nelio, Carlos, Rubel, Claudia, Hassan, and many others for making it a vacation to remember. It'll be great to come back!

Half board, food was value for money and tasty. Beds were comfortable and clean Shower was fast hot and powerful but not adjustable. 2 ring kitchen and TV was good.

I expected better facilities in the room for a 4 star hotel. Else I had a pleasant stay.

The location and the beautiful gardens.

The facilities in the room were pretty old, there was rust in the kettle, bathtube had some yellow spots.

Good stay other than that!

Great that dinner and breakfast are included. Dinner had some nice dishes. Room was large and clean. Gardens were well maintained and beautiful.

Unfortunate experience with the staff for breakfast. We had to leave for our flight at 7 AM when breakfast begins so they said that they would bring it up at 9 PM the night before. She asked for dietary restrictions and I told her no meat or dairy. Dinner was not brought up to the room until 9:30 PM and consisted of meat, cheese, bread and yogurt. It was as if they brought everything I couldn’t eat! When we attempted to get breakfast at 6:55 AM the next morning before the flight, the staff was incredibly rude, wouldn’t let us in even a minute early, even though our taxi was waiting. Not what you would expect from a high end hotel. Very disappointed.

We had stayed here many years ago when the development was new and wanted to revisit.

The studio room was well equipped and clean with easy access to the large dining area overlooking the pool. The restaurant where we had buffet breakfast and dinner was exceedingly well managed .

Although clean and well fitted, the studio room was a little dated in decor and equipment in the kitchenette area. The room had been described as overlooking the gardens whereas, in fact, it looked out onto the car park with some greenery behind.

Location and acceptable facilities.

Prices of drinks so expensive in half board. 4.50 euros one bottle of water (75 cl). Before ordering drinks, waiters do not inform us about the prices. The hotel access’ is not comfortable if you have to pick up your luggage on foot. Price of parking 0,68 euros/hour. But at nights parking price is 2 euros per hour. In winter, you can find parking places in blue zone but in summer is very difficult, so the the parking in the hotel is essential.

A lovely place to spend a restful holiday.

Staff support and helpfulness with clean and well presented accommodation. The food was good with plenty of choice including location. Evening entertainment was just perfect.

Cost of laundry has high. Otherwise could find no fault.

loved the garden and the authentic feel of the building and decorations. the staff was very friendly. we had half board, the restaurants were lovely and food was excellent.

Very good dining. The stuff were friedly and helpfull. The room was bigger than we expected.

The shower was not good. It wasn't clean when we came, we could see hair in bath from people before us. The water temperature was very hard to control and stream was broken. We used flip flops to go showering.
