Vi fick ett större rum efter påpekande, god frukost, vi hörde inga andra gäster, vi fick hjälp när extra städning behövdes. Snabba svar när jag sände meddelanden.

... Att vi bokat på ett hotell, men samma dag hänvisades till ett annat på norra sidan floden. Ett systerhotell. De bjöd på frukost som kompensation sa de (i mitt minne hade jag bokat det), men gav oss först ett långt mindre rum än vi betalat för. Lite krångel med parkering och info kring denna, även om det slutade väl. Trevlig personal, men det var mycket som kändes krångligt.

Déçus...

-L'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds -Le surclassement

-Le paiement était géré par l'hôtel. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu à plusieurs reprises des messages nous invitant à nous enregistrer et à payer en ligne, ce que nous avons essayé de faire à plusieurs reprises mais un message d'erreur apparaissait après le paiement, dû à un dysfonctionnement du site. Notre banque nous a confirmé qu'un paiement avait bien été effectué malgré les messages d'erreur. Mais en arrivant à la résidence, le réceptionniste a maintenu que nous n'avions pas réglé à l'avance et a refusé de nous donner les clés si nous ne régliions pas. Nous lui avons expliqué toute la situation. Il nous a alors tendu un numéro de téléphone nous laissant nous débrouiller avec la centrale de réservation, en plan dans le hall de l'hôtel avec nos valises. Inadmissible ! La personne au téléphone a confirmé que tout était OK et que le paiement avait bien été effectué. A partir de là, le réceptionniste s'est montré très mielleux...Bref, mauvaise expérience avec ce membre du personnel. -Utiliser le grille pain faisait disjoncter tout l'appartement -Une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas -Un des lits très inconfortable -Salle de bain trop petite -Le bruit des voitures pour les chambres côté rue (mais c'est la contrepartie d'un emplacement central)

Super sauberes und perfekt gelegenes Appartement

Empfehlenswert! Wir würden wieder genau hierher wollen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Küche war funktionell genau richtig und die Zimmer sehr angenehm, groß genug und bequem. Das Wohnzimmer war auch sehr groß. Die Lage ist grandios!!

Wer mit (kleineren) Kindern reist oder bezüglich Lärm empfindlich ist: Bei der Buchung anfragen, ob es ein Appartement abseits der Hauptstraße gibt, da die Straße (bis ca. 20.30) gut zu hören ist.

nice staff!

the noise in the apartment is unbelievable loud since there are no soundproof windows and the hotel is infront of a 6 lane busiy road with heavy cargo traffic. sleeping is impossible without ear plugs.

The appartement is situated close to the most interesting areas of Dublin. Furthermore there is someone at the entrance of the building who helps with questions or issues you have.

Everyting you really need is there but it's all fairly basic. When you get there by car it's not possible to drop off your luggage before the entry door.

Dublin trip

The convenience of an apartment, there were 5 of us in our trip so the multiple bedroom layout worked really well. The location is perfect for the central area of Dublin and all it has to offer, will definatly choose this type of thing agian for future ftrips.

The app/key system was a little trouble for a couple of our party, having to resort to a card entry in the end, but that's being a little picky if I'm honest, all things considered there were really no faults at all.

great location and staff, nice size rooms but uncomfortable sofa beds

location was great, room was good size especially the 1 bedroom apt we were upgraded to on our last night

sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. I'm petite so size was doable for me, but not for a full sized adult. also sofa bed was very uncomfortable, could feel all the metal underneath. Needed 2 duvets on top of mattress just to be able to sleep on it

A Well Designed Hotel

Thanks to the check-in staff, we were able to upgrade to a two-bedroom for no additional cost. The place was very organized and clean. The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with tea/coffee and milk. Our room was next to the street but sound-proof windows gave us a quiet sleep at night.

Shower door. Half glass shower door is just not our thing. The water would splash outside the shower. It's not an issue, just a personal preference.

Feel like Home - Will Stay at this Place When Available!

We liked this place so much so we decided to book it again a week later to spend our last night in Dublin. It is centrally located to museums and nearby attractions so we just walked to everywhere. Multiple tram/busses are nearby and convenient if you prefer to use that. I love that the key-less entry access (using your phone to unlock entrance and apartment doors). We were staying in the same room and noticed that some of the minor issues that we mentioned during our previous stay have all been addressed. This is a service that everyone should be looking for.

Staff were very helpful, booked us a taxi to zoo, recommended places to eat and interacted with our 1 year old. Bed super comfy and cot bed perfect for our little one.

Fabulous journey

Lovely location in Dublin close to center town, welcoming staff, comfy bed, good insulation in the apartments.

The electronic key with phone doesn't really work, I recommend to ask a classic card to open the door.

Fabulous apartments, excellent location

The location was excellent and within walking distance of Vicar street venue and other places of interest. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them

You can’t park at the door to drop off bags but that was a minor inconvenience and worth it for the facilities, staff and location.
