Great stay near the airport

The hotel staff was absolutely great! They helped us with everything during our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable - just what we needed. The shuttle service from and to the airport worked well.

The AC in the room was a bit loud but did not bother that much.

I would always stay here & have recommended heartland hotel to family & friends

I love staying here it is the only hotel I use before flying out of nz

Not being able to heat our microwave dinner in our room, BUT the bar staff were so very accommodating when I asked if our meals could be heated 10/10 for their service...

Chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus to and from the airport for an early morning flight. Room was great service was great. Friendly atmosphere all around.

Great reception Night Shift Manager he was awesome!!

The reception was GREAT!! He was very helpful.... Our television was not working for some reason but we did not stay long at the Hotel to get another television.

Always offers exactly what I need.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and will be there again 2 more times in this month, it offers me everything I need, happy with the rooms, location, shuttle and secure parking.

Great location and easy transfers to airport

Room was next to main road which was noisey. Also carpets very worn in places giving a very tired look to the place

空港シャトルは便利だったが、国内線のお迎えの場所がメールで頂いた場所(ドア7番の出た所)と連絡を貰いましたが、実際は出てから先の道路の所で、走って行ってようやく追いついて乗せてもらいました。

Very good airport hotel. Would return.

Large apartment type rooms with lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed. Good food, great little bar and much needed gin.

I was blown away that we were able to get a shuttle to and from the hotel at ridiculous hours. Perfect for in between flights.

Comfortable and convenient

Free airport transfer is brilliant and the response to concerns re the heat pump not working was excellent

We were given a room for disabled people which meant we had a big shower. However the shower was at wheelchair height! The heat pump did not work and a portable heater had to be brought in. We were offered a room change but we’d got stuff everywhere and felt changing rooms was too awkward.
