Overpriced

Outside the town in a neglected area . No facilities, bar non existent, no restaurant. 4 stars out of date . Tired looking building. Room basic .The only positive thing was the underground parking which was very secure . Certernly not a 4 stars standing.

Für einen Zwischenstopp völlig in Ordnung!

Familienzimmer, war ein abgetrennter Bereich, welcher aus 3 Doppelzimmern bestand. Dadurch war der Platz ausreichend und man hatte 3 Bäder für 5 Personen! Es war alles sauber.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Just a place to sleep whilst travelling

Convenient for the town centre. There was free parking. There was a kettle in the room. Staff were good and all spoke English. Comfy bed.

There was no bar area to speak of, and you had to call reception to be served. A plug socket near a mirror would have been a bonus.

Very comfortable room, perfectly located to go on a road trip to the Loire châteaux and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Majda was very helpful, we had a problem with our room & it was dealt with extremely well.

The rooms could accommodate a family of 5 which is sometimes hard to find.

Easy stop on our way to Bordeaux.

We had plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for us and the three children. The city center is just a short walk away.

The hotel is right next to the railway station, so it's a bit noisy, even at night.

Great hotel close by the train station

We had a quick stay in Tours to see the Chateaus, and this hotel was very close to the train station and walking distance to where our tour was meeting. A nice good sized room, big bed and quiet despite being so close to the train station, and quite a lot of restaurants nearby, not just fast food eateries. We walked into town and around looking at the attractions, so well situated.

Connecting rooms are superb. Good for family. Clean & comfortable.

overall good. The staff was very nice and welcoming, specially Majda who is very attentive and solved our querries swift

the room was specious and clean.

No air conditioner! We booked it because it mentioned that the AC was available but it was not. Our first room was too hot.

poor location next to the railroad. the rooms are very basic and needs a bit renovation. No gluten free options for breakfast although we asked in advance.

Pleasant

It was the general tourist hotel what I had experienced for a long time. The parking space is quite ok if you don't missed the correct entrance, The parking space is next to the front of the hotel. It is short stay purpose then it is perfect. Nearby the train station.
