Ottima esperienza ci tornerei ancora

Ottima posizione vicino al centro ed alla stazione ferroviaria. Parcheggio a pagamento attaccato alla struttura, pulizia cordialità dello staff. Ottima colazione di qualità.

Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende locatie, naast parkeergarage in de oude stad. Bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Station dichtbij, wij zijn met de trein naar München gereisd.

Badkamer is wat klein.

Kleines Hotel mit persönlichem Flair und gutem Frühstück in bester City-Lage

Tolle Lage, man ist sofort zu Fuß in der City, und in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Frühstück war super, große Auswahl. Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Sehr nettes Personal.

Eine Glastür im Badezimmer, durch die man den Partner auf dem Klo sitzen sieht (obwohl das Glas satiniert ist) - muß nicht sein! Das Bad roch etwas, wahrscheinlich aus dem Waschbeckenabfluss. Parken muss man extra zahlen, es gibt ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Cosy little hotel, excellent service

Lovely little hotel right in the city centre and very close to the main sights. Breakfast was delicious and service excellent. I very much liked the online check-in possibility. I felt very welcome. I had a room in the 5th floor. The window was small, but the view reminded me of Italy, with all the rustic rooftops and old buildings. The bathroom was big and recently renovated.

I chose a budget room, so the main room was very small. However, the bathroom was big, so the bathroom took most of the quadratmetres. The air conditioning was efficient but blew right towards the bed, so I could not keep it on during the night. So there was quite warm.

I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the center of town. I would go there again.

The friendlyness of the people working there. There is nothing more pleasing than a friendly receptionist instead of the self check in. Especially whem being on the rod all day by yourself. Also the willingness to park bicycles indoors

Great intro to Germany and wonderful place to stay

The breakfast was one of the best in all the places we stayed in AU/CZ/DE. The healthy extras like the Immunity Shot Smoothie and the Chia Yogurt Pudding and all the vegan options were a really nice touch, as well as having water available. Staff was excellent-kind and very helpful and the room is stunning. Loved the decor of our room-very eclectic and the amenities were very nice.

We were on the 5th floor and the room was hot in June-being able to open the window helped.

The best hotel from all the hotels I stayed on during my trip. Excellent location in the heart of Augsburg. Walking distance to everywhere. Many restaurants around. Great breakfast with a lot of selection. Staff is extremely nice, and everyone tries to make your stay very pleasant.

We arrived at the hotel early in the evening,so we only slept there.The room was small,as was the bathroom,but it was clean.The staff was kind and friendly.The breakfast was good.

Location is ideal. Five minute walk from both station and city-centre. Breakfast is a great spread, lots of fresh bread and other produce, and they cook omelettes if required. The breakfast-room is also lovely.

Friendly staff was extremely accommodating; they even had umbrellas for us to borrow. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many choices.

Elevator is very small, but there was plenty of room for our luggage and one person.

Ideal location for connections to the airport approx 1 hour away to Munich..Centrally located. My single room was basic but was clean well presented and had all I needed for my 1 night stopover.

Ideal place to stay in Augsburg! Highly recommended.

This perfectly located hotel (very close to the main station and to the city center with all its attractions) surprised me not just with an extremely helpful stuff, but particularly with an incredible breakfast (and you can eat it until noon!)

Love it!

Great location! In walking distance to everything. Loved the breakfast, lots of choices, tasted good. The restaurant the breakfast was served in had a great atmosphere and service. Will stay here again.
