The location in Kreuzberg was good for my short stay. Well presented and very clean. Quite small but just fine for my needs - solo traveller.
Apartment got a little warm in the afternoon due to direct sun. The curtain and opening the window mostly fixed the heat.

The hotel in general, the staff and location

Room was clean and the staff was great

Great location if you like Neukölln; it was definitely perfect for us! I liked that it was very clean and functional as a room; the beds were comfy and it was great value given what you find in Berlin!
There was smell in the bathroom, I think coming from the sewer- the problem is that it arrived at night and reception is not available after 7 so we could not even talk to anybody about it. It was alright, we just let the water run with some soap, but still inconvenient. Also the room was very warm even if the heating was off - we slept with an open window, in February, which is a bit much!

Great location, friendly staff
In a 6 day stay the room was never cleaned, neither fresh towels. Everyday I left the apartment at 8:30 and I returned at 22:00, cleaning service never showed up.
In case simple maintenance is not provided during stay wasn't mentioned on establishment 's Booking page.

Perfect location for Kreuzberg, which is the area we primarily visit Berlin for. Walked to everything.
Very comfortable bed, and homey experience in the studio apartment. Well-equipped kitchen for a vacation.
The apartment got weirdly hot? Even with the radiators off. I think it had something to do with the placement of the apartment in the building. On the same note: the outside staircase/fire escape was very close to our window so when people walked on it, they could look directly in our bed if we hadn't closed the curtains.

it had everything you need, the bed was big and the apartment was cozy
the location is kinda scary during the night
2.5
- It is close to many good restaurants
- Not very clean (definitely no one cleans behind bed or bed table)
- Not welcoming staff

I've had two sets of guests stay here in the last 2 months. Both enjoyed their stay. Some items like the bed were a little worn and the walls in places looked like they would benefit a fresh coat of paint but everything was clean and for the price it was fine. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. A broken bulb was immediately fixed. The location was perfect for our needs because I live in the neighbourhood. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and it's fairly easy to get to other parts of the city. The area is a little dark and can have groups of people hanging around at night so for solo travels especially women this might be worth consideration but in general the area is very safe.
Nothing.

Bathroom ventilation was not working and the elevator had some minor technical problems.

Very clean and well equiped appartement.
The appatement is situated next to a park full of drug dealers and drug addicts. It was unpleasant walking to the hotel at night, although nothing had happened.

a lot of noice from the street (also during the night)

We had a great stay, the staff were very helpful and the room was very cozy and clean. They have some toys for kids, they even let our daughter take some blocks to the room to play.
