Beautiful place

A very beautiful peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. Preferable for people who like long walks. Stunning views as the hotel is located on a mountain and overlooks the whole of Zurich. Friendly staff who respond quickly to requests. Good accessibility to public transport. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Overall a great place and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great property, surely would come again

When we arrived, the sofa bed was prepared for our 2 kids and a teddy bear gift for each. We loved this gesture. The view from the room was the most thing i liked during my stay plus the quitness of the place.

The hotel didn't have a gym

Location mostly is great.

Horrible, horrible service. Worst ever seen. Staff in restaurant was horrible. Not Family friendly at all. Not recommended for visiting.

I would like to give my thanks to Eric at the Reception for arranging for a day use room on my last day of my stay as my flight was late in thr evening. His professionalism is highly appreciated. I enjoyed staying at Sorell Hotel tremendously especially when the hotel is near to forest and further away from the city center. A great stay for some peace and quietness

Great place to stay with great view make it a special stay

Location and view from the restaurant terrasse great breakfast buffet, good restaurant in the hotel. Free parking ticket for the stay

Rather tight entrance/access into the room for guests with rolator and/or luggage. No cups on the room (to prepare a tea, for example)

I have always stayed here when in Zurich, never had any problems.

Good location breakfast was excelent, evening menu could be more varied. room clean and well furnished. WiFi no problem.

Cost is a little expensive but thats Switzerland.

I love the location even in Winter. i love the rooms in the new wing and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. I have been at this hotel every summer since 2020 and now the first time also in Winter.

wonderful location with easy link to center by Tram

Wonderfully located on a hill outside the center. great hotel all round. Tram link to center is every 7 minutes and tickets sold from hotel are €8.80 per 24 hours. definitely worth the 15 minute trip to Zurich to stay at this marvelous location

Cakes at breakfast was same for 4 days. might be good idea to change otherwise we’ll done
