Wygodny Hotel z świetną lokalizacją

Pokój fajny, czuć że, odświeżony. Łazienka fajna, najważniejsze miejsca w Krakowie spokojnie obejrzelismy bez konieczności podróży tramwajem czy taksówką. Układ pokoju też fajny i bylo czysto. Sporym atutem była lokalizacja oraz miejsce parkingowe (płatne 70zł ekstra). Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Spodziewałem się podstawowych produktów, ale było wiele więcej: jajecznica, kiełbaski, pieczarki smażone, panna cotta, owoce, jogurty oraz wiele innych dobrych rzeczy. Obsługa hotelowa super. Pomocna i bardzo dużo pomaga. Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócę.

A questo prezzo pretendo un po’ di più

L’hotel è situato in centro, la struttura è molto pulita

Il letto è pessimo, bassissimo e con un materasso quasi inesistente, senza lenzuola e con piumoncino; il lavabo del bagno è rotto. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La colazione è quasi totalmente salata

Bardzo udany wypoczynek. Wspaniałe wrażenia z pobytu. Chętnie wrócimy do hotelu Alexander!

W hotelu było kameralnie i cichutko. Czysto i elegancko. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. Dystrybutor filtrowanej wody pitnej na korytarzu to doskonały pomysł! Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Personel bardzo miły, chętnie nawiązywał rozmowę i błyskawicznie służył pomocą. Siergiej - pracownik recepcji - fachowo doradzał gdzie w Krakowie można dobrze zjeść i co warto zwiedzić. Dostępna w recepcji mapa nam w tym pomogła. Usytuowanie hotelu - doskonałe.

Do pełni szczęścia brakowało nam tylko balkonu, a z udogodnień w pokoju, osobnej, dodatkowej półeczki na damskie kosmetyczki w łazience oraz maleńkiej, rozkładanej suszarki na mokre ręczniki.

Bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu. Przemiła obsługa i bardzo wysoki poziom hotelu.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Wanna duża i w pokoju sypialnianym. Czystko, przestrzennie i na bardzo duży plus dostępna lodówka w pokoju razem z naczyniami.

Jedyne co mi się podobało w tym Hotelu to śniadanie - smaczne i duży wybór. Do personelu też nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Pokój mi się nie podobał. Poduszki były nie wygodne, prysznic mały i ciemny. Drzwi od łazienki były uszkodzone i jakby podrapane a suszarka pamięta PRL. Tego rodzaju pokój powinien być dużo tańszy. Wydaje mi się, że tu rolę odgrywa lokalizacja Hotelu i za to trzeba dużo zapłacić.

overall hotel is very good.

good housekeeping services, room was clean and comfortable. location is 10 min walk from old town square. good selection at breakfast

this was a birthday and wedding anniversary celebrations and had advised and provided hotel with details. though we were supposed to get an upgraded room, we never knew if this was the case as reception did not mention anything. a simple happy birthday note would make a difference.

It was ok, it was clean. However, I was expecting more somehow from the pictures etc.

The bed was a dream and perfect location. There is a very cool coffee/matcha place just next door!

The toilet was a bit smelly and the shower was blocked so there was too much water. Also, the corridors smelled very much like pee in the late evening when I came back. That was a bit weird? Also, breakfast was not really inviting. Would have been nice to have croissants or other sweet bakery.

I enjoyed the stay,thank you.

Breakfast was decent with hard working staff. Location is pretty good, 8 min to the city centre on foot and quiet after evening. Room is cleaned during daytime, instant coffee packs are refilled as well.

Shampoo and bodysoap is 2 in 1. But it was not as bad.

I went to hotel Alexander and had a grate stay the shower was good and my bed was comfy would 100% recommend

the property was very modern and clean with a cracking AC the property was brilliant

Everying was fine with the hotel and my room but there could be a better value for breakfast

Great location. Nice breakfast.

Although there are elevators in the hotel, my room was located in between two floors, so you still have to take stairs, which is not very convenient with heavy luggage. The bed throw was worn-out.

The location is 10 minutes walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the main station. Room was nice and quiet even by facing small street. Breakfast was excellent and with many choices and lots of rooms to sit down. Next time we will come again.

Great stay in lovely hotel

Loved location. Is 5 minutes walk from old town centre. Lots to see and do around. Room was very smart and comfortable. Cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and well stocked every day

Needed a bin in the room as only one in bathroom and that was it.

Perfect location.

Location...that was the key to my search for hotel.walking distance from train station and to old town( square)...nice surprise for me was the small fridge and kettle in the room.i didn't expect that from 3 star hotel.breakfast nice... something for everyone ..I was happy...good value for money I paid

There was no plug just beside the beds but we managed with hotel staff help...small bathroom

Clean overall, relatively good-acceptable breakfast, good position, helpful and smiley staff, very good value for money.

The toilet bowls were extremely small and low. Overall most of the staff speak only extremely basic English, even on the front desk.
