comfortable family stay

lots of activities and plenty of pools. close to some nice beaches and the staff were really lovely. it’s a great family orientated hotel

the buffet food was repetitive and low quality. the rooms are quite small once the sofa bed is being used.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES!!

The kids pool, the entertainment is not bad at all, the room is spacious.

You can’t bring the food from the restaurant for take away. 😅

Great place, excellent staff

Staff courteous and extremely hard working. Flexibility to go all inclusive for a few days only. Nice pool.

Room could've been a bit bigger, and the kitchenette wasn't very useful.

Fantastic family entertainment, relaxing environment

Fantastic place for families with small children. It has several pools, including a children pool with slides and a pirate boat! They have all day long children activities and an evening show for both adults and kids. They serve great and non expensive cocktails (with and without alcohol). The staff is very friendly (from the reception, to the cleaning teams and pool supervisors). Borja, from the entertainment team is the soul of the place! He’s very attentive to all details, makes one laugh very easily and is very entertaining. One can really see he loves his job!

There are 2 days per week in which there is no cleaning service. This should be reviewed. Also, it would be great to have the dishes washed and have a beach umbrella service upon request

Very good

The hotel is very nice, it offers a very good animation and entertainment (we really enjoyed the energy of Borja and Viktoria! Thanks again). The pools are great! For kids it's very fun. The restaurant is really good. It is close to the beach, 10 minutes walking.

The check in was really cold, not so many information, I would have preferred more attention and details. We didn't have full board so we had to use the kitchen which is a bit old, not so well equipped to cook. I think a lot of things can be better for the price we paid!! The cleaning room service is great but not so much attention to cleaning, the room was often left dirty.

Wonderful family holiday in a beautiful resort.

The hotel was approx 10-15 min walk from the marina / beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic pools which the kids spent all day in and loved the inflatable section. Lifeguards on duty to 6pm. Hotel was very modern with excellent apartment accommodation.

Nothing at all. Everything was wonderful.

Good holiday

The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Room we stayed in had a balcony, seperate lounge and kitchenette. The restaurant was clean and food was ok, sometimes too salty but it was ok enough. They also had a seperate area for kids menu and they also had childrens cutlery. Pool was clean and had to of toys and floats for children to play with, always had a lifeguard on duty. Bouncy castle and mini playground was ok. Hotel transfers booked via the hotel was on time and effecient.

Food was a bit salty.

Great!

The whole resort was fantastic, we had a great time. There was something for everyone. The animation team were brilliant! They were professional, happy and friendly who invited you to participate in what you wanted to do during the day and evening. The apartment had everything you needed. We were in a one bedroom apartment and that was enough for 2 people, to have more would have been a little tight. The resort was fresh, clean and well maintained. The local supermarket which had a cafe was only across the road with a good choice of food and drink. A short walk to the marina where all the restaurants and shops were all lovely and then a further walk to the beautiful beach with clear shallow water. Highly recommend this resort and we would go again.

We were on the first floor with a balcony and we didn’t like the people in the apartment under us smoking cigarettes on their terrace which prevented us from sitting on our balcony in the evenings but that is not the resorts fault. It is something I absolutely hate!
