Excellent hôtel

Le calme à la piscine et dans l'hôtel. Pas d'enfants, c'était une première expérience Adults only mais vraiment top

De devoir payer 5€ pour pouvoir dîner en terrasse, ou on prend le petit déjeuner le matin gratuitement, incompréhensible .

Magnífico hotel en menorca

EL PERSONAL, ES UN 1000000. BRILLANTE.

No le pongo un 10 en ubicación porque ciertamente para cualquier cosa estas "algo" apartado, pero nada que con 10 minutos más no se solvente. Otro aspecto mejorable es El parking que tienen a unos 300 metros del hotel.

Bon emplacement

Belle et grande piscine avec horaires tardive. Suffisamment de transat. Horaire du petit déjeuner jusqu’à 11h. L’emplacement.

Devoir payer 5€ le soir pour être dehors. Obliger les hommes à avoir un pantalon pour le dîner alors que les femmes peuvent venir en jupe/robe courte ou short.

Beau séjour mais compliqué pour visiter les alentours ,parkings non accesibles pour les plages .

Chambre parfaite, bien équipée (frigo,théière,produits salle de bain excellents) Grand choix déjeuner et dîner Piscine superbe

Les différentes animations pas faciles à suivre vu que les animateurs ne parlaient pas français.

Tolles, sauberes Hotel

Sehr nettes Personal, die Shuttle Buchungen haben ohne Probleme geklappt, das Zimmer groß und sauber, der Pool wunderbar, Frühstück sowie Abendessen sehr lecker. Abends gab es immer etwas Neues zu essen.

Wir waren Anfang Mai, das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

Very clean, good people, food and friendly staff

The room had a ventilation above it. Sounded like someone was moving furniture all the time. Do not accept room 326.

Superb

Breakfast is excellent, extensive choice. Great location on the Harbour. Staff really friendly. Entertainment programme really good. Large rooms that are very clean.

Has to pay for safe in room, haven’t done this for years! Usually free. Massage only on Wednesdays but not communicated it’s only one day per week - so couldn’t use. Food around pool - wasn’t shown timings so we missed it one day as they weren’t serving after 4.

Fantastic hotel, and was my second time staying there

The Hotel is clean, food is good and every evening they vary the offer, the staff is always kind.

The room was facing the street so at night we could listen the cars passing by.

Exceptional

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Love the music playing in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing so much variety and staff constantly bringing out fresh food. Entertainment was good and the location is perfect, plenty of restaurants, shops, close to the beach and regular bus services.

Phenomenal stay

We arrived after midnight and were very exhausted, the hotel employee however welcomed us with such a big smile, a warm towel and cold water bottles - from the very first moment until the last second, we felt super comfortable. The room was very clean and there was a big variety of breakfast options. The hotel is located in a small town, therefore it wasn't overly crowded, nice restaurants were only couple of meters away. All in all, the hotel met all our expectations and beyond. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

The interior of the rooms is a little outdated and the beds were okay-ish. However, won't hold us back to come back again!

Very good

Relaxed atmosphere, great food, lovely rooms which were well equipped and a brilliant size. Staff were great, very friendly and professional. Rooms were cleaned to perfection every day. Pool was lovely!

The rooms, although lovely could do with a bit of maintenance. Leaky bathtub, squeak on the bed. Nothing dreadful by any means!

Superb stay at a wonderful hotel.

Everything was great: the breakfast and the dinner buffet were excellent; the hotel location is very good since it is close to many wonderful beaches; the room located towards the swimming pool was just a great add-on.

Adult only how close the hotel was to all restaurants and shops beach. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous everything about it it was spotlessly clean all the staff was very good nothing was to much trouble.

we had to make one complained about the restaurant at breakfast. We was going in at 09:00 in a morning and they wasn’t setting the tables once they had been used. the restaurant didn’t open any way until 08:00. we had our Elderly Aunty who struggled with her mobility made us walk to the bottom of the restaurant area to find a table when there was tables up near the food area. we felt that the restaurant staff just couldn’t be bothered to set the tables again. staff do not take in to consideration some one that’s elderly with poor mobility our Aunt is 88yrs and I am in health care sector myself so priority is my key and safety first. this concern definitely needs to be addressed. thankyou.

It could be being more clear about the arrangement of shuttle bus pick up. I booked shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport that I asked the staff about the pick up time. She didn't specified clearly and she just told me around 3pm. The day of pick up, the hotel called me at 2:25pm, and told me that the shuttle bus was waiting for me since 2:25pm and keep saying (or insisting )that they did informed me the pick up time was 2:25pm. At the end I ran to the hotel lobby for catching the bus without any notice.

Lovely hotel, everything you need!

Good location, friendly staff, adults only, cabanas available and no getting up early to reserve sunbeds. They also did Prosecco and snacks by the pool for free and went above and beyond - they worked very hard in the heat!

Beds were hard, food for dinner was okay but that could just be our taste but breakfast was always great.
