Bon rapport qualité / prix pour découvrir Minorque

Le calme, la piscine, l’espace de vie, le service du personnel.

Les volets qui ne se ferment pas totalement, la deuxième chambre trop petite pour deux adultes, la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

Una estáncia para no perderse

Todo genial, limpio, tranquilo, tener la opción de lavadora-secadora, nos encantó. Totalmente recomendable!!

El segundo dia de estáncia faltaba leche, agua y huevos revueltos, y habia poca cantidad de embutidos, tuvimos que pedir al camarero que repusiera las bandejas. En el baño de abajo, podrian poner un secador. Por lo demás, perfecto!

24h sans eau chaude, pas de geste de l’établissement

Le personnel était accueillant, l’emplacement est très bon.

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude les 24 premières heures mais cela a été réglé le lendemain cependant aucun geste de la part de l’établissement. L’ambiance n’était pas aussi chaleureuse que l’indiquaient les photos. Le carrelage déteint sur les chaussettes. Très peu de mobilier hormis un canapé et une table. De la poussière. Pas de ménage alors que nous avons passé jours dans l’établissement.

Une villa bien vieillissante...

Le personnel très accueillant. Le cadre et le calme CAR début de saison... Les petits déjeuners à l'extérieur bons et efficaces L'emplacement de la résidence à 10 min en voiture de Ciutadella

La déco de la villa qui ne correspondait pas aux photos sur le site puisque aucune déco !!! Publicité mensongère ? Un canapé troué, de jolis voiles aux baies vitrées mais tachés Ok pour les rénovations des deux salles d'eau mais comment oser louer avec de telles finitions 😶 Exposition de la terrasse à l'entrée de la résidence avec aucune intimité. Impossible de l'utiliser. Bref, très déçus par cette villa qui aurait pu être très agréable.

Great for families and couples, relaxing and quiet

Location short walk to marina, great sized villa for 4 of us, excellent staff, nice pool and not crowded.

Sofa was broken and we did report it on arrival but was not fixed.

Comfortable apartment accommodation, needs some modernisation.

The rooms are a fantastic size with living space, more of an apartment! Comfortable bed. Great swimming pool and area to relax around it! Buffet breakfast is always good! Staff on reception and in the bar were exceptional, very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit dated. In the bathroom there was some mold around the shower/bath so they could do with being updated. The huge uplift on price for summer, but I imagine that's all the Balearic islands norm.

Recommended

To enjoy Menorca, you should choose just for one of the beatufil beaches and relax. Nuramar was 5 mins walking to Cala Bosc beach and 25 mins to the main town. Friendly staff

Fantastic pool, plenty of beds. Not too busy, very relaxing and close to beach and town. Washing line in rear patio very useful

Family of 4 from UK. Villas ideal with great location.

Excellent staff that went the extra mile with everything. We had an issue in our villa with plumbing, it happens. They very quickly helped us transfer to new villa for our final night. Lovely complex, very clean. Swimming pools are great with lifeguard in attendance reception staff excellent . Bar / restaurant equally excellent. Elias is smashing young man and his mini complementary tapas with drinks are quality. Thank you to you all , we enjoyed our holiday. Only 10 mins walk max to beautiful harbour of Cala'n Bosch

My two daughters said single beds weren't comfy. However, our double was up to standards.

Great stay

The receptionist Martha and Tessa are exceptional. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and they even let us do late checkout free of charge. Very good value for money. They have the best staff. The bed is very comfortable and nice shower.

The only downside was the aircon, is quite old and doesn't work properly but they gave a fan which helped a lot. I hope they fix this issue.

It was a 10 minute walk from the harbour yet it was so peaceful and friendly Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure you were happy & to make you feel welcome.

This Holiday was with the entire family, booked 2 Villas, all various age groups and was enjoyed by all

Nuramar Villas is excellent, great value for money, well located, clean and well maintained. Staff are attentive and helpful and nothing was too much.

Very good

On arrival the receptionist was very good. I had pre paid for the room which caused a little confusion, but once the correct reference number was found all was well. The room was a lot bigger and more comfortable than I was expecting. Also it was a very nice surprise to have the outside area.

On the way back in the evening about 9.30 pm I wanted a drink at the bar. It was not possible to find any staff.

Perfect week at Nuramar

Everything. The location, the villa, the breakfast, the pool, it was quiet and leisurely even though most of the villas were occupied. Convenient well stocked supermarkets within easy reach and the port was only a short walk from the villa. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much tricky e and they sorted problems out quick and efficiently.

We would have liked to been a little closer to the pool as I have mobility problems and we had a little one under a year. But it was very accessible even for me.

Big rooms, nice pool area, excellent reception team, especially Tessa. Happy, polite and knowledgeable, a credit to the organisation

Pool area beds and umbrellas could do with being updated, but the hotel has been closed for 2 years so it is understandable that everything isn't perfect immediately

Very nice place!!!

The pool was really nice, the apartment was big, had 2 bathroom, air conditioning and nice outdoor place. Also kitchen was well equipped (there was salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, nice details). From the staff, Tessa was a real star, very polite, smiley and helpful! Really great place for a family holiday!

The receptionist of the afternoon, Isabel, she had quite an attitude and was not very helpful, which is not a very good combination. She definitely would need training. They didn’t offer towels for the pool, not a huge deal but would have been great.

100% satisfied

Staff were extremely friendly. The pool area was very clean, they washed it every day and it was very pleasant, with lounge chairs and shadow. Our villa was very quiet and with a nice terrace. Very good fridge and we found everything we need. Breakfast was correct, with fresh fruit and plenty of options. Pool was accesible the whole day and the water temperature and cleanless perfect

Quiet October break

The property was very quiet and accommodating. We had the pool completely to ourselves . The villas were really spacious and we were able to have a late check out - we were after a relaxing time & we got that 100%!

The villas do need updating - Cala n Bosch itself has closed as a resort - so places to eat were very very limited as were supermarkets to buy food - however - there were kitchen opportunities in the villa & the bar was open in the hotel if needed.
