Estancia espectacular!!!!!

Suitable for families with young children.
Property was clean and very (young family ie babies and toddlers) family friendly. Rooms provided you with everything you needed good size fridge and microwave.
Food was ok but not always hot and choice very similar each day.

Relaxing trip in a beautiful location! Spacious and clean apartment with great food and drinks!
You feel tucked away in your own little world, very relaxed and calm! Perfect for a holiday. Right next to the marina, so you can easily access anything you need! Everything was clean, the apartment was spacious, pools were beautiful, food and drinks were great. The staff were so kind and helpful. Simona and Julio especially! Can't wait to be back.
As people without kids, it was very family-focused, and our apartment was above the kids pool. Overall, it didnt affect us in the least, and we had a really relaxing trip! Just something to keep in mind if you're expecting different.

Amazing hotel and excellent team
Excellent all inclusive options for food and drink and the quality was fantastic with nice snacks and even fruit available right through the day. The entertainment team are amazing too and the right side of getting guests involved without being pushy or overbearing plus the involvement with kids is great too. You have a great choice of pools that everyone can enjoy without worrying you'll get a space too plus the vibe is different across the 3 of them depending on what you're after. The rooms are fantastic and the cleaning has been spotless also. Finally a massive mention for the sustainable efforts as well - this is the way all hotels should be going if we're going to stop damaging the planet and the hotel/group deserve a huge amount of credit for starting to drive this.
Queues for food in the restaurant get a bit out of hand at times and and could be managed better and the gym needs updating too - treadmill broken the whole stay and a weights rack with half of them missing?! Charging for safety deposit boxes in 2023 is also a bit archaic too, I've not been charged for a safe in at least 10 years now but it does tell you clearly before booking. Lastly the rooms need a bit more storage as well because the refurb is stunning but not much space for putting clothes away in draws is all. These are very basic bits and nothing major though.

Great family friendly hotel, lovely staff
Very family-friendly hotel. Main pool area was fabulous - great with two different age kids (7 yr old and 2 yr old) as main pool slopes all the way in from shallow to about 1.3m. 7 year old could play in middle bit under my watchful eye while toddler splashed in shallows. We rarely felt we needed to use the Splash pool (with slides - in different part of complex). Good pool bar with not many queues that served fresh fruit; cakes; toasties, hamburgers; chips (and ice cream freezer), so great for snacks during pool days. Complex is low-rise (main building 3 storey) and lovely setting for rest (2 storey) through nice grounds with sloping paths (some stairs, but you could always find a slope to go up instead - so good with pram). Entertainment team were great, and you could get involved in loads if you wanted to. Mini-disco and entertainment after each night was of good quality. Apartment was big with plenty of space around beds (even with sofa bed in lounge made up). Kitchenette good if you wanted to do breakfasts / lunch if not on all inclusive. Location excellent - 2 mins to marina, 8-10 min walk to sandy beach.
Buffet restaurant could get very busy - especially for the evening sitting - though never waited too long for a table, queues at the hot food counter were sometimes long - they could better organise this so that the 'grill' (hotplates, cooked to order) is on the far end (rather than in the middle), as this sometimes caused bottlenecks. This generally was only between 7pm and 8ishpm however (as I think everyone then wanted to go through with kids to the mini-disco which started 8:30pm). Not enough loungers around the Splash pool complex, and people 'reserving' them (but rarely sat on them as with kids in the pool all day...). We always got loungers around the main pool though. Bathroom in standard apartment is older and has not been refurbished but the main bedroom and lounge had been.

Very good
Staff were really great. Pools were nice - a bit cold maybe. Rooms were fitted with TVs. Activities in the day for kids and adults, inside or out depending on the weather. Nearby marina and a beach, and lots of restaurants in the marina for other food options.
Food got a bit samey after 7 days - especially for slightly picky kids. There were themed nights but always a queue for the first hour. The snack bar options were a bit limited, and hot food from them wasn't the greatest quality. Beds weren't overly comfortable
