great apartment for a decent price!

brilliant apartment for a family. plenty of space and had everything we needed to be able to cook out own meals. short walk into the city centre and a 2 min walk to the local bonus shop. staff emailed us back straight away if we had any questions and were really helpful.

Best apartment for only family of 3 to stay.

The property location is excellent. It is very close to most of a family's daily needs. Bus stop 13 is only 3 minutes away from this property. It is also close to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. The huge parking place in front of the property makes it idle for people wanting to drive independently in Iceland. Most of the important places to be visited are in proximity. The main shopping street is 12 minutes from this location with full of activities, shops, restaurants and lots of people. It's a safe and secure property with always people walking on the streets and vehicles moving around all through the clock. We could walk very safely at 230AM to catch the bus to the airport. All in all a good property for a family to stay.

Not many utensils to cook food were available. The small windows are very old and cold air passes from outside always and this needs to be fixed. No information about what was available in the apartment was missing. Better to mention how many utensils, and kitchenware are there to plan as per family needs.Better to have instant coffee powder cum sugar, salt always and charge for the same in the final price. We had to buy after we checked in and we felt disappointed. The housekeeping staff were not cooperating as they do not speak English and this was a surprise for me. The main door just bangs always when someone tries to open and this was very irritating. Better to get it fixed as the whole apartment gets shaked. It is better to check the property before it's ready for the next person to check in as many things were not cleaned when we checked in. The heating is not uniform throughout the apartment and better to check. This will be a good property to stay only if basic needs are meet of a family.

La ubicación, utensilio de la cocina.

Podría decir muchas cosas, entre tantas, la habiatacion era pequeña, la entrada de la ducha súper estrecha, el agua se salía de la mampara porque no cerraba bien, se acumulaba el agua dentro de la ducha por el desnivel, era peligroso a la hora de entrar, el lavabo fatal no podías cepillarte sin tener que doblarte por qué había un cristal que no te permitía está cómodo a la hora de cepillarte, una reverencia para poder cepillarte los dientes, el piso tenía polvo, no habían sábanas bajeras pars los cambios, solo fundas de edredón, las chicas de linpienzan golpean y todo se escucha, y la paredes se mueven si tiran la puerta.

It was over priced and in need of cleaning

Comfy beds. Good location. Kitchenette adequate. Wi-Fi was good.

Trash in gravel yard outside the building. Construction noisy every morning. Bugs crawling on the floor. Water backing up in drain of bathroom floor twice. Electric ceiling lamp in kitchenette area had a short and flickered on and off if other electronics in use. We were there a week. A broom would have been nice.

Living the dream.

Location is really good for touring. There is a bus stop and a Bonus grocery shop within 2 minutes. Reykjavik Roasters coffee shop is directly across the road. The apartment is really good value , especially, if you don't want to stay in a hostel.

There was no cup or kettle in the apartment, petty I know! The key coded front door stuck once. Fortunately, another guest arrived at that moment.

Room well equipped Good location for exploring Rekjavic city. Comfortable beds Warm room

Side door was often left open by other guests. Could sometimes smell other guests cooking. Sometimes difficult to get a space in the car park I suspect people who are not guests are using the car park

Amazing place, would definitely come back

The apartment was more beautiful than in pictures. Everything was perfect. Clean, tidy, had everything we needed for cooking and was well equipped. Would definitely come back to stay here again!

It was funny that we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to it. No problem for our group, but if you ever stay here, ask them what floor is your room. :)

It was a fantastic stay and i would recommend to anyone

Very easy to access, minimal effort and great location! It was everything we needed and would happily return to stay again. Loved that towels were replaced and easy access to new soap each day.

The room temperature was a little too hot, although i can't complain too much about this!

Great laction and value for money

Location was great, right in the city centre. Easy access with self check-in and comfy beds. informative instructions within the room. Good communication from host

Crack in the window (on the inside) and basic bathroom and kitchenette. Glass shower door could do with being removed and a good clean around the edges. Only one pillow provided per bed, I would recommend taking a travel cushion too if you like your pillows a little higher

The room wasn't cleaned properly before check-in. There was hair on the bed covers and the floor. There was quite a lot of mould in the room and the bathroom.
