El hotel por fuera le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero adentro esta muy bien, la habitación es pequeña, pero comparada con otras en Londres tiene buen tamaño esta muy cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para que uno se pueda quedar varios días, muy limpio, nos tocó una habitación recién renovada y llegamos más temprano de la hora de check in y nos la entregaron antes sin costo adicional, fueron muy considerados, esta muy cerca de una parada de bus y a distancia caminable de alrededor de 10 minutos a la estación de metro de baker street, realmente es un buen hotel.

Location of the hotel good for access to jubilee line but needs some updating and redecoration

The location worked it was on the jubilee line so good for Wembley, large bed, nice toiletries

Room 504 dated in need of updating and redecorating, bathroom very small and the shower screen was missing a seal so water soaked the bathroom floor

Hugely disappointed due to it not being dog friendly as advertised.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent parking available with lots of spaces.

I booked a 'Pet Friendly' hotel but this is far from it. They have a dog policy on their website which states that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar area and they are not allowed to stay in your room alone. However, they failed to state that, therefore you cannot eat or drink anywhere in this hotel if you travel with your dog and you are forced to eat breakfast in your room, for which you are charged a fee for doing so as it's classed as room service. Luckily, I ended up not paying the fee after I made a complaint. Most pet friendly hotels have a separate dining/bar area for you to eat with your pet if they are not allowed to be left alone in your room. There was nothing at this hotel, which was hugely disappointing. Luckily we found a very welcoming Pet Friendly French restaurant after a short walk through St John’s Wood Park. This is not a pet friendly hotel, despite there being a lovely dog bed and bag of treats waiting in our room for our dog. This is a ‘pets are tolerated’ hotel. Pet owners, avoid at all costs.

A great hotel for a great trip making memories.

Our room was massive way bigger than expected, very comfortable beds photos online don't do the hotel justice, its beautifully decorated. Our breakfast was great loads of choice and a beautiful view to enjoy it.

How hot the room was even after I contacted reception to lower it. Bathroom small in comparison to the room and a bit rough around the edges.

It was handy and clean and the breakfast was fine.

The Hotel chose to upgrade our room for free. The safe in the room was handy and easy to operate. We had a fridge and cofee maker in the room which was nice.

Everything was fine.

Localización

Escaleras en la habitación, y no ponía nada en la descripción, si querías cambiar de habitación debía pagar, la última planta del hotel es de un hotel de dos estrellas

Piuttosto buono ma da migliorare

La stanza era abbastanza comoda, silenziosa nonostante affacciasse su una strada molto trafficata. Ottima la colazione: tanta varietà di cibo di qualitá, dal dolce al salato tutto abbondante. Posizione eccellente vicino a fermate di autobus e metro che permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.

Il bagno molto piccolo, senza aperture e soprattutto senza il bidet e neppure una doccetta per sostituirlo. Obbligati ogni volta a fare doccia. Il letto veniva solo rifatto e, in 5 giorni mai cambiate le lenzuola. In bagno 2 teli per la doccia ma un solo asciugamani per il viso..... mi sembra un pó pochino. Nessun asciugamano piccolo. Nessuno del personale presente parlava italiano ed i nostri turisti che non parlavano inglese erano davvero in difficoltà.

The stay was fair given that I spent more time out of the hotel than in the hotel. The room I stayed in seemed a bit dat

The price was affordable and the location was close enough to central London so that taxi fares were not too high.

The room location or configuration was surprising and guest should be given an option. I was not expecting a room configuration somewhat like a duplex with narrow stairs going up to my room. This was disappointing.

wont stay there again

surprised that i had to pay for parking - wasn't made clear enough at the time of booking curtains in room needed fixing, which needed maintenance at 10.45 pm tap loose

Very good

The location was amazing and the rooms were clean. A bit long walk to St John's Wood Station, so prepare to walk a bit. Regents Park's close proximity is a hidden advantage Good value for money, guests should use mobile bookings to save more !

Dark room with broken air con, no bedside plug sockets

Lovely food and bar, polite staff, lovely decor and location

Very unimpressed with the room which was twin bed. No plug sockets near bed, just two at other end of room. Air con in the room was broken, which was very unpleasant in hot July. Had to ask staff to orovide a fan at midnight as it was too hot to sleep. Very small and dark room, no main light just small wall lights and a small corner window. One could save a lot of money by staying in a cheaoer hotel nearby and requesting a room fan, you would probably get better lighting and accessible charing ports for your phone.

The stay was pleasant.

Breakfast was very good and varied. Facilities and staff are very nice.

Rooms are dated and could use a update, pain peeling, etc. Bathroom is small and shower has 1.2 a door so water will splash in the rest of the bathroom.

Excellent hotel, very clean and convenient location

Rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday. Hotel lobby, corridor and common spaces are also very well-kept.

Fantastic stay, great staff and beautiful hotel

Fantastic location, especially as we were visiting Lords, which is right on the doorstep. Very clean room and great food. They even left a card and some macaroons as it was my husband's birthday! Superb all round

Lovely rooms no communal spaces, on the whole friendly staff

The location, close to Regents Park, tube 10 minute walk and bus around the corner. lovely and comfortable rooms inside

Majority was lovely and only couple of niggles. Air con takes time to work and will only go to certain temperature due to being used throughout hotel. Staff were all lovely, until we queried a drink on our bill which we had not had, at this point the staff member became quite frustrated with my husband, and arguing we had it, when in fact I had changed my drink
