Staff were friendly and close proximity to railway station but otherwise, no redeeming features.
Bar was closed with no notice. No food of any description available. Only coffee and cereals offered at breakfast DESPITE advertising full breakfast. Room television had only four (4) channels one of which was Gaelic with no radio of any description.

I stay here often, it's a good price with a short walk to the train station. The room is always clean and comfortable, staff is helpful, and it's nice to be able to head into Pheonix Park. Ri Ri's a few doors down has great takeaway.
The hallways wind around a bit. I don't mind this at all, but it's a bit out from the city center tourist spots.

I had an appointment at local hospital and this hotel was very central...it was also near station.

Fairly priced hotel, at a convenient location. Short walk away from the Guinness brewery and not too far away from the Temple Bar. Very easy to orient as it lies near the river. Tasty breakfast, although with a limited choice of food.
It is not a luxury hotel, so as expected it only has the basic equipment (no hair dryer); average comfort of beds.

Staff are always excellent, very friendly and always willing to help. Room was smaller than most of the other rooms in hotel but still enough space and extremely comfortable. Very clean.
Nothing. Couldn't fault it. This is my second time here and I'm always happy with everything.

Excellent staff - so friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and having complimentary tea/coffee was great; the bathroom was modern and good; location to city centre and the Phoenix Park was great.

Location good.
Staff friendly.
Seemed very clean.
A little threadbare.
Scented candle in lobby made me wonder what they were hiding.
Room looked out onto trash dumpsters and rodent baits.

A nice comfort hotel which was clean.with a very comfy bed which was better than most upper class hotels..the only fault I could find was the noise from doors which bcould be easily sorted.

This hotel was value for money, very clean and comfortable. Hot shower with good pressure. Tea & coffee making facilities. The staff were profesional, helpful and friendly. This hotel is close to St James hospital, Hustan train station and the tram into Dublin centre. Id gladly stay again.
Slight crack in the shower tray but nothing major. Very clean.

Staff was super helpful and nice. Our plan got in at 530am and we got to the hotel after 6am. The staff was very understanding. They gave us a room as soon as one was clean.
Room was tiny. Quite expensive. Very bare bones room.
