Revoir la qualité de l’hôtel qui est trop vétuste

Pour commencer : - l’accueil un peu trop rentre dedans ensuite plus calme. -Chambre:pas de savon ni de gel couche ( j’ai du aller à l’accueil en demander alors qu’ils étaient en train de finir de nettoyer la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés); 1 prise dans la douche de dispo dans la chambre; porte qui se ferme pas correctement dans les toilettes; chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas !!; trop vétuste, trop de corrosion sur les robinets; wifi non accessible dans la chambre à peine à l’entrée; Un frigo assez vieux idem pour la télé qui bugais. - le repas du soir et petit déjeuner : vraiment la qualité est à revoir, la moitié des aliments étaient pas cuit ( merci pour l’indigestion) les boissons et l’eau sont payant.

Worst Hotel ever I don’t recommend

• Dirty and old property. • Location is far from most of the attraction, you need a car and it’s hard to find a taxi and if you have a car it’s hard to find a parking in the hotel. One night they asked me to park my car outside of the hotel on the street. • The property they don’t accept card they accept only cash. • No WIFi in the hotel don’t be surprised. • The room without water, coffee or tea. •The room without any glass and when I asked the reception lady for at least one glass she asked me to go to the bar man and ask and when I went to ask him he was so rude with me and he refuse ti give any glass and he told me that’s not his business to give me a glass. • I asked for extra blanket because we felt cold during the night they told us that they send all the blanket for cleaning. • the cleaner lady she was annoying us every morning opining the door without knocking, she was rude and asking us to clean the room immediately otherwise she will not come back to cleaned again later. • the reception lady Olfa she was acting friendly but in another way she wants to get a tips from us, which I didn’t like that way. • overall I don’t recommend at all this hotel.

Keeping cool in menara

Bar is air conditioned wich was vital in the heatwave as is the reception area, kept very cool and comfortable 😊

All was good ..thank you Menara

The staff at counter Abdul Olfa and Hanan such sweet people. Always asking if I was OK.. staff in kitchen would do all .of a dish wasn't on ..they would make it for you. Coffee was served alday big thanks to Director Mohammed he made sure we was comfortable.. I see some people writing the hotel isn't good etc ..but if you want to pay 100 pounds a night yes there is better .this was 50 pounds all inclusive...nowadays you can't get a bed and breakfast Menara is my 1st choice in Tunisia..

Maybe we could have better pillows and WiFi better speed . But again no big deal.. as price is peridot and facilities are awesome 👌

Other than it's closeness to downtown and the high, I didn't like anything about this miserable hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a miserable experience. The room was dirty and smelled musty. The bed was uncomfortable and had stains on the sheets. The bathroom was also dirty and had mold growing in the shower. The staff was unresponsive and did not seem to care about my concerns. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and the reception internet was slow and kept disconnecting. The breakfast was also disappointing, with stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to stay away.

Amazing restaurants around and beautiful place

I had to change the room three times. Even the balcony doors do not close, no remote for tvs, you pay even for water, very old with holes and cigarettes stains sheets, the food is greasy and little choice mainly for fruits and veggies.

Well not many things like me to this hotel only the pool and anything else and the cleaning ladies also was kind ..

I don't know where to start, at the first night the hotel initially gave us a poor room wretched room with no view and no amenities, no towels included with the promise of changing it in the morning, after we insisted, the next morning they finally changed us, in the room the lights didn't work, the TV never worked, the sleeping pillows were wretched, the breakfast was very very poor, the food was also inedible .. it is definitely a hotel that I will never go again, very poor benefits non-existent ... The stuff in reception also was not so helpful i can say indifferent to customers...

I don't advise people to spend there money for some 🤮

No wifi No power spots No tv signals Time to time comes a so bad smell in the room & the bathroom makes vomiting 🤢. A lot of noise.
