this property is at best a 3* and not a 5* as advertised. It is overrun with loud, rude obnoxious Russians. Loud kids ran riot despite areas for children to play, and the parents couldn't care less that other people had paid good money to stay there their kids were allowed to ruin your time. Locals also used the hotel and their kids were equally whiney and loud no matter where you went, they were there. The animation team constantly banged around shouting for you to join one activity or another, with no clue how to read the room, the same as the guy on the beach trying to get people to take a parachute ride or the vendors pacing up and down the sands selling stuff. No air con just a cold fan, no mini bar as advertised, hard rock very uncomfortable beds, and nothing like the glamourous photos. The view from my room (218) was that of the side of the adjacent hotel and a road ( not at all attractive and no good complaining as the staff on the desk didn't care. I also didn't get my a la carte dinner as they didn't tell you about it. I had to find out myself and the restaurant wasn't open and all I got was a smirk and "Oh well, next time" The inc drinks are awful if of course, you could get them, all I wanted was a pina colada which was NEVER available and the excuse was, oh it finished and that was @ 6 pm every night. They want you to purchase the premium alcohol by limiting the all inc that has been paid for The food to be fair was the hotel's saving grace as it was very varied and ample THE DONUTS are delicious. The pool was crystal clear, the sun loungers were plentiful This was my experience and opinion yours may be very different however I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it

exterior better than interior

the close access to the beach.. pool resorts and easy access for excersions. staff were nice and pleasant in the lobby area, perfume area, and pool and beach area.

1 bar staff was rude Downstairs leading to the outside family entertainment area. when I asked him to top my alchol drink up, felt like he needed a slap, as he didnt do what i requested and became argumentive, he was rude to other foriegn tourists, another is when the family entertainment finished, about 11pm.. 1 bar waiter thought he be clever and quickly walk passed and remove my drink off the table as they were cleaning up as I was still on my table.. in the oudoor entertainment area, without even asking and the glass wasnt even empty. so i had to place my drink back... when it came to dinner, being seated, you rely on waiters to accomodate your drink, i asked for a coke,, this guy just walked off and came back with a coffee lol and staff were unorganised... And this being all inclusive. bar staff acting like they own the alcohol, it wasn't even branded alcohol, just the cheap brand.. bathroom had ants roaming around the sink. have no idea where they came from but as the bathroom was fully tiled, it was outdated.. and bathtub has limescale and taps were old and rusty.. everyone i met weren't happy with the cleaniess of the room. Also No Internet WiFi.. the signal was horrendous. had to buy an International sim after day 3. Got fed up.

Friendly and kind staff, but the clearness is big issue; the carpet is in a catastrophic condition.

Very poor and dirty carpeting in the rooms and the corridors. Very old TV (cathodic tube!), old furnitures. Needs renovation urgently. Fitness access payable, which is weird for this category of hotels!

Séjour de noces bien passé.

Emplacement pieds dans l’eau. Le choix du pâtisserie dans le restaurant.

Comportement femmes de ménages impolies et parler à haute voix. Non respect envers le résident par femme de ménage. Personnel du restaurant: tu donnes du pourboire, tu seras bien pris en charge (pour quelques uns). Piscine pleine du chlore avec odeur insupportable.

C’est notre première fois et malheureusement dernière fois a cause de manque de professionnalisme

La nourriture était trop bon L’emplacement aussi c’est top et pieds sur mer

Le personnel malheureusement.. le personnel préfère les touristes mais pas les maghrébins…ils nous ont déplacé de la table du dîner deux fois pour mettre les touristes aussi les serveurs servent que les étrangers..on a aussi demandé de faire le ménage mais ils n’ont pas rangé la chambre que après notre deuxième demande de plus on a appelé la réception pour demander des serviettes après une longue attente on a appelé la deuxième fois et la réceptionniste a raccroché.

It was amazing.

Oh my I can’t fault it, from the very start when I arrived, first impressions was I loved the building, staff where very welcoming, it was late into the evening and the staff was more concerned about me getting myself something to eat, which I thought was a sweet gesture. Around every designated area staff where very friendly. In particular the kitchen staff they made extra effort to go and get me food and set the table up for me. Entertainment was excellent, games & sports always an activity going on. All I would like to say is El Mouradi Palm Marina be proud of yourself and keep up the good work which I’m sure you will. مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ 💞

Palm marina has an incredible team of staff who go above and beyond.

There is always a mixed selection of breakfast everyday,all staff the chefs , the waiters are so friendly and helpful. Please remember to give them some tips,they work so hard to ensure a happy service.

Terrible hotel.

There is very little to like about this hotel other than the pool is large and nice and its very close to a nice beach but so are other hotels in the area.

Just about everything. The hotel is a bit of a scam. The reality has little to do with the photos posted on hotel website. The rooms are atrocious with very dirty smelly carpets. They have no room service. Staff seem clueless and struggling. It has nothing to so with its 5 star rating. Food was horrible and the whole place seemed unhygienic. .

First of all we paid 100$ more than it was mentioned in booking, personal was very disappointing the first room they show me was inhabitable with a TV from 1999, the floor dirty with a smell, the food you better look for restaurants near because you won’t be able to eat it.

i recommend Mouradi! experience was brilliant.

one traveler is in a wheelchair - so we had some worries before the travel - but all experience was wonderfull! everything is easily accessible, staff is brilliant - we received a lot of help without asking for it. the food was very delicous, the beach also is very very beutiful and comfortable.

3 stars hotel and non professional staff.

The hotel is nice but very old and needs some reconstructions. I liked the food and the private hotel beach.

I didn’t like my room because it was not functional. The shower faucet was broken so it is harder to use. Room is tooo old and it’s definitely not 5 star apartment. And the people who are working there are very nonprofessional, rude, invade privacy… the maid entered the room without knocking and she automatically opened the door where the safe is. The guy who is booking the tours was asking me the whole day to bring the money for the trip. I decided to cancel it because It was not ok….

- while booking í asked for a ground floor room which the hotel booking had confirmed. Unfortunately when I arrived they informed me that the no ground floor room is available as there is a seminar 😕. I was very upset because my mum was sick and couldn't manage long distances. Staff working in the bar are asking everyone about their choice of drinks. My self and my mum both wering Hijab not being approached from the staff about our choice of drinks. The reason could be they are assuming we are not drinking but still we can have non alcoholic drinks. This is very unprofessional. Carpets in the room and in the courtyard need urgently to be changed ( looking very old). Towels in the room very old.
