On a réservé l’hôtel pour l’anniversaire de mariage de mes beaux-parents. Ils étaient très satisfaits. Le personnel se sont bien occupé d’eux.Merci

Ici on garde ses chaussures jusque dans son lit!

Le personnel du restaurant au top, serviable et sympathique, le buffet est aussi correct. La piscine est sympa.

A l’arrivée le cocktail de bienvenue était alcoolisé! La moquette partout dans l’hôtel est terriblement sale!!! Celle des chambres encore pire! Sérieux c’est abjecte, on ose même pas retirer les chaussettes! Et je ne parle même pas pas de l’hygiène de la chambre (lit, salle de bain…) Les soirées qui dure jusqu’à pas d’heure on a même pas pu se reposer avant 1h du matin.

Personnel plus que acceuillant et environnement super

Le personnel très attentif à nos besoin toujours souriant malgré ' le coup de feu " et l'arrivée des clients pour les repas.le personnel d entretien des chambres très polis ,discret. Nous étions venus pour un mariage, on en profitera plus la prochaine fois. Séjour du 10/4 au 15/4 Nous reviendrons

Quand une modification de dates sur la durée du séjour est à faire une meilleure collaboration et coordination entre bookiing et ses partenaires hôtel ne serait pas à négliger dans l intérêt du client. Autre chose que nous n avons pas compris, nous étions un groupe de plus ou moins 20 personnes qui avions fait tous une réservations de façon indépendante mais certains avaient demi pension et d'autres pas en ayant choisi le même schéma

My staying was great and I would stay again despite some minor comments.

The beach is great as well as the main pool. There are activities all the time and apparently there are other several facilities. The plans that all are included are also very convenient as in any counter we can get bottle of water, drinks and etc.

The wifi was not always available. Very often it would drop or there are shadows in the signal. The checkin also took a while to complete and apparently there was a bit of confusion of what was happening.

To be honest it was a big disappointment and still don’t understand how come this hotel is classified as 5 Stars

Unprofessional staff at reception( Rude and racist) Room was not clean (dirty towels) AC doesn’t work And worst of all Food was catastrophic ( raw and same menu) during whole stay of 5 days.

This is NOT worth a 5 Starr. I’ve seen 4 star hotel better than this.

great location. reception area is great.

The door to the room still used the old fashioned key, bedroom interior is dated Bathroom was average Breakfast options poor WiFi doesn’t work

The hotel was calme the personal were always at your service Speciale thanks to the head of waiters mohamed who take care of every person in the restaurent and made sur that every thing was in order

I have been coming to this hotel for 10yrs. The Staff and service is wonderful

The Breakfast like ALL Meals was very good. The location was excellent

WiFi reception NOT Good. Decor needs an upgrade.

All-in Hotel Ok for a weekend in front of the beach

The food was Ok, the pool, the activities and the staff were nice. The first night they gave us a really old and smelly room with view on the hotel next door, which was lousy and noisy. The receptionists did they're best and upgraded us to a nicer room (still not what one would expect for a 5* palace but it had a beach and pool view) The hotel had a nice vibe but it really needs a good renovation.

Old smelly rooms, carpets everywhere. The food options need an upgrade. Overall it's not what you expect from 5* Palace, i would rate it 3* at best

The service hotel is below 0, no respect, no service, no good food, even a waiter who only works together. Foreigners who hold strong passports. I have never seen the worst hotel like this. Even parking my car requires influence and bribery with knowledge in my reservation and I put a car park for my car, but they do not work on a reservation and they want to convince me that the Booking site is a scam and I do not believe what is written as services in a reservation Worst service and worst hotel, I don't recommend it I found the car of a football player who put his car in front of the main door of a hotel and no one spoke to him and I quarreled with a security officer over this scene because he wants me to park my car outside a hotel because they sell places Even the first room they gave me, I had never seen rooms like it with a TV from the stone age
