Overall an excellent stay

Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly house keeping and the animation team who worked hard. Restaurant staff attentive and bar staff worked lots of hours. Opportunity to have crepes at the beachbar was welcomed.

Lots of choice with food, but tended to be repetitive lunch and dinner very similar. Breakfast lots of choice but the same choice daily.

Good but not good hinauf for a 5 stars hotel

Everything went fine.special thanks to the reception team(very professional)and all the staff working in the restaurant/Bar/pool/beach/animation wich tried to make everything working perfectly but maybe it is time to make some change: 1-the drinks everywhere are too warm for a 48 degree day 2-the quality of drinks must be much better(1 week was not able get a mojito(the most standard summer Drink everywhere)cause there is always something missing) 3-you must take time and invest on the beautiful bar in the pool(putting some flower,cleaning the floor,throw the fridge and make some good decoration,indeed just google it how must a pool bar looking like)those details make the difference between a good hotel and great hotel. 4-spend some money to get a summer casual Outfits for the staff working on the bar/pool,it is a hotel not a bank to be working in a suit by 48 degree!!! 5-A guest relation is a need to make progress and have an ear to the guests

Great time to relax!

Beautiful hotel, spacious clean room! Nice view from balcony of swimming pool and sea! Very friendly staff, cleaning ladies are doing there job very well! Staff in restaurant are very friendly, they do everything to please you! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is in buffet, very large and variety of meals, a lot of choice! Large swimming pool. Private parking in front ot hotel. Private beach is clean and a quit area! Every night, animation in the bar! We had a great stay!

Relaxing, fun stay with great staff and animation team

Great beachside location, incredibly friendly atmosphere with delightful staff

The room decor was a little tired and old-fashioned, but the overall atmosphere made up for this

Spring Break

The staff were excellent and helpful , especially the reception staff, simply amazing. The food was great.

The only downside was the lack of fans for the rooms when the air-conditioning was switched off for the season. For a woman in menopause warm nights are unbearable 😫. Have some fans in storage for these occasions.

Exceptional

I am very pleased with the hotel staff and management. The atmosphere excellent the food brilliant and the head chef very good all ways checking the quality of the food, to meet customer satisfaction. Car park clean and presentable. Very good security service. I recommend this hotel to everyone including family and friends.

The bathroom need to be updated, by taking out the old bath and should be replaced with a shower room.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Happy , friendly, willing to help. Would definitely return.

I would of preferred some more cereal choices. And food was quite watery which took from flavour.

I think it should of have some ice lolly’s and some crisps and sweet sections for all inclusive guests.

i booked here bc i wanted my mom to have some fun on her birthday i emailed em and i asked if they can sing for her or at least leave her a note maybe a tiny cake with a candle and to make sure i texted them on this app too the guy responded to me when i ask for confirmation but he ignored me when i told him about my mom’s birthday i was really upset bc i can’t be there to celebrate my mom’s birthday but i paid for my whole family to spent a weekend there and didn’t get what i wanted other than that everything was good it’s really clean and the stuff were nice except that one guy who didn’t respond to me I’m really disappointed bc we been somewhere else and they did celebrate our birthday

the staff are really nice

hotel is very old, curtains are dirty, beds don’t have fitted sheets, breakfast is all stale baked goods and watery scrambled eggs.

Assisted me with early check in, reception staff were helpful. Several pool area and easy access to the beach

I’ve booked a sea facing room, but when I checked in I was informed because it’s fully booked I cannot get a sea facing room! Laundry took two days and were not done (only 1 jacket), only to find out when I’m about to check out. The rooms are bit old so there is discrepancies with the photos

Good value for money with an overall nice stay, but for all inclusive should improve somethings.

Good value for money, good pool and support from the staff. Very good animation.

Plastic cups on the pool bar that smell like other drinks, the cleaning of the cups should be improved. Also the food diversity could be improved a bit.
